This location-one employee in particular– views customers as an inconvenience. Do not go here if you want your order accurate or if you expect to be valued as a customer. We went the first time to order simple suits for a wedding party. The employee told us that there was only one type of suit to choose from, so we went with that one. She was very out of it and seemed like she was just trying to get rid of us as quickly as possible. We then go for our fittings a few weeks later and get a much more helpful associate. She brings up our order and it is full of wrong information(she also informs us that there are a lot of different options to chose from, contridicting the other employee). The other associate jumps in and tries to correct it. We then ask to have it picked up in a different state and we give her the city. She tells us she’ll just pick a random store. We tell her multiple times the correct store but she blantently ignored us. My fiancé asked for a printout and several of the groomsmens suits were still incorrect and the pickup location was never fixed. We asked to have it changed and she said«I’ll just change it later.» We go home to check the sizes for everyone and they have those mismatched as well! Now we have to call the pickup location and reconfirm every little aspect because we don’t trust the Bel air store. Drive a little further and go to any other location where they actually«want» to help customers!
