The food and service are consistently wonderful. Try the steamed shrimp — yum! Food is fresh and made on site.

Visited this restaurant during a recent stay at the Springhill Suites next door. I was seated immediately. Opted for the patio seating. Wrought iron tables and chairs furnish that area. I liked the seating. It was a nice, mild May Day out. I ordered the broiled crab cakes with a Caesar salad and macaroni and cheese, along with a glass of Merlot. I enjoyed the crab cakes. Two decent-sized cakes come with the entrée. *And here begins the complaints* The glass of Merlot wasn’t the best, though given the type of restaurant, that was to be expected. The subpar quality was kind of made up for by the amount I was given; about 10 ounces or more. The salad was drenched in dressing. Just about to the point of ruin. The macaroni and cheese is Kraft, I’m sure. I was super disappointed. I haven’t had that mac and cheese for at least 15 years, but you never forget. Definitely not something I’d expect to be served at a restaurant. The waitress was pleasant, but largely absent during my time seated at this establishment. My bill was about $ 27. Given the quality, I was definitely overcharged. Gave 3 stars because I enjoyed the crab cakes, I was seated immediately, the quantity of wine and the waitress’ pleasantness.

So I’ll start off by saying that, yes, I have dined in much better establishments. The disclaimer here is that this four-star rating is fitting of this geographic area, so it would not fair well against any of my other 4 or 5 star reviewed restaurants. Now that we got that out of the way, I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience here. Especially considering the nasty hotel that I’m staying in next door(Candlewood), as well as the fact that there are not many respectable eating options around here. I was greeted warmly by a few of the folks that worked here, and served promptly. The place seemed clean overall. It’s your standard bar/grill menu options, and it seems as though they do everything pretty well. I had the wings, and they were crispy on the outside and moist inside, with a good flavor to them. They do have a full bar, so they must have got a full service license since some of the reviews claimed they are beer and wine only. The banter behind the bar was entertaining. The staff all seem to get along, so there was an overall positive energy. There are 3 televisions I believe, so there were sports showing in the background. So I guess this is my new go-to place to grab a bite when I’m stuck in this forgotten town. I mean really, what other options are there? Ruby Tuesday? Subway? Cracker Barrel? Please. It’s still all about Arby’s for lunch though. ;)

So came in after seeing this place last week while at he Springhill Suites. Limited draft beer selection but bottle beer is cold. They have outside seating which is nice. I am big on service and servers being servers not order takers. When the hostess or order taker said«did you decide» I was 2 star max. Very diverse menu I had the cream of crab. Just ok. Wings are nothing special. With all the hotels around here you would think busy. But crappy service and I will go to ruby Tuesday. Decided to get a club which became what do you want on it so I decided I will just get a Reuben It wasn’t bad. Decided to try it again while staying next door. Decided on Nachos. Overall pretty good, could have done better spreading chili but very flavorful as with last time, don’t come here looking for great service. The server I had was taking care of all tables. Most were getting average service. As stated before, with all the hotels near this place, increase your service staff and give great service. Teach them how to be a server and not a Waffle House order taker. Still only 2 stars.

We were driving through and came upon this restaurant while doing a search for a quick lunch of burgers and big salads beyond the fast food options. This restaurant exceeded our expectations. The Cobb salad was generously topped with more«Cobb» than salad — which is a good thing. I had the dinner-sized Caesar salad topped with crab. I’m pretty particular as to the dressing, and they hit the mark. As for the crab, I could have eaten a big bowl of it — it was tender and sweet perfection. Others in the party had burgers and fries, which looked great and were thoroughly enjoyed. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. We will definitely come back when in the area again.

Great food, atmosphere, and drinks. Did I mention the service is excellent? One of my favorite spots to just grab a drink or eat a juicy steak. Definitely check this place out.

Went for dinner. Drinks were good, not watered down. Service was great. We ordered wings and Texas Manhandler. Wings were okay, nothing too special, but the Burger was cooked perfectly, nice and juicy too, and seasoned well. Fries were crispy and delicious! Definitely would go back again to try other food on the menu.

Was not impressed at all. Came in bar was full and was diverted to a shelf area to wait for a seat at the bar. Was not offered a seat at a table because bar was full… Would not go back…

My associates and I love that they are so close to our hotel. We’ve eaten here off and on since traveling in this area since August. To this date we haven’t been disappointed. Especially the cheescake!!!

Ugh… let’s start with they got two out of four orders wrong(ordered a combo plater for appetizers but only got wings and my meal chicken parm comes with a salad never got it until I asked what happened to it). When they decided to correct it the salad part they put it on a side plate with it hanging off the edges so it touching the table. What happened to the salad bowl. Next I ordered a kids chz burger for my 3Yr old to find a tooth pick in deep inside the burger wtf. Pasta was also over cooked on my chicken parm, really hard and rubbery. But they seem like nice ppl that’s the ONLY reason they get a two star Oh almost forgot the table was dirty and there was on set of silverware for us to us luckily most the stuff we ordered u can eat with ur hands

If you’re stuck in the middle of Maryland with limited dining options, this isn’t the worst. Pretty standard bar fare. The food is relatively well-executed, but really unoriginal and nothing special. I will say the crab cakes were very solid though. The service was good when it wasn’t busy, but once it sped up things got a little spottier. Some of the chairs inside had lost their cushioning, and there’s just a general feel of darkness… you wouldn’t pick it for the ambiance or creative menu, but if you’re stuck there for work it’s not the worst you could do.

Read the Unilocal review about the crab cakes and it’s true! They are delish! Awesome fries too!

This is a restaurant searching for an identity. Service was acceptable which is no surprise since I was one of ten patrons in the pub. The soup was lacking crab and seasoning and was a bit warm. I stuck to the basics and got a blackened blue burger and was pleasantly surprised. Overall, not bad, not good, average. I wish the owners best of luck.

The atmosphere is nice and the waitress was good. We ordered calamari, which was pretty good. My daughter and I both ordered hamburgers. She wanted medium arms I wanted medium rare. Both came out well done and dry. The home made chips were good, and the lettuce and and tomato were nice. My wife said the nachos were ok, but nothing special.

Only reviewing the hamburger. It was exceptional. Service was friendly. I am not sure what the social media piece is about, but we did not see any such issues.

After seeing their unprofessionalism on social media, and having not been very impressed why their food in the first place, I am downgrading them to 2 stars. Look at the pictures I’m about to post(screenshots from a negative Facebook review on this place, and the establishment’s horrific response) Unbelievable.

Great service. Nice cozy atmosphere. Good beer selection. My Chicken St. Michaels was yummy and hand tons of fresh veggies. Would dine again. When I left behind a belonging, they mailed it to me, no problem. Very kind.

Recently gave this establishment another try after a couple horrible experiences. It was much busier this time, and was promptly greeted at the front door. Service was friendly and prompt. I ordered a Jerk Chicken Sandwich and Fries, which were all excellent and fairly inexpensive. Based on this experience, I can say that I give it 4 stars, barely. I still remember the bad experiences to really be excited about this place. If you must go there to eat, I highly recommend the Jerk Chicken Sandwich/wrap. Very good.

This place was so convenient as it was within walking distance from my hotel. They’ve got a nice menu with lots of variety and a nice atmosphere. Despite being a bar they’re not a dive at all. Their cream of crab soup is good, very liberal with the Old Bay which is nice. There’s also a shaker of it at the table in case you want to add more to anything. Their steamed shrimp is good too. The cheesesteak is good too, as are the crab cakes. The service is awesome, too. Both times I went they were very nice and attentive.

Stopped for a late lunch on Sunday afternoon. Quiet, wouldn’t have a problem bringing kids here during the day. TVs sufficient if you need to catch a game but not overwhelming like at the turtle. Nice ambience. Ordered a Black and Blue burger and a flat iron steak. Both were a bit overcooked but not terribly so. French fries were amazing. Mashed potatoes seemed like they had sour cream in them, and it seemed like a bit much. House salad was mixed greens, tomatoes, cukes, radish, and mushrooms. I’ll definitely come back and try something else. And i’ll be getting a basket of fries.
