Today I had my first massage appointment with Mike. I wasn’t sure what to expect, and I was a bit nervous. I had absolutely no reason to be! What a great experience! Mike is a kind, and very skilled masseuse. I loved how interested he was in making sure he addressed all my needs during our session. I have a lot of back pain, and I haven’t found any relief in years — I’ve been to a chiropractor and physical therapy. This was the first time I felt that there might be light at the end of my back pain tunnel! :-) Mike has a new client for sure!

To echo another reviewer, Mike offers the best and most inexpensive massages I’ve ever had and probably ever will have Stateside!
I saw Mike weekly this past summer at the recommendation of many others and in turn, have been raving about him to anyone looking for professional, effective bodywork from a kind, skilled, and knowledgeable massage therapist.
Mike worked with me to tailor my deep tissue massages and I always left feeling incredibly relaxed and peaceful. I’d recommend booking your appointments well in advance as his schedule can fill up quickly!

Simply amazing! This was my first ever massage and Mike was so nice and did a great job. I went for carpel tunnel pain and after leaving I had so much pain relief! He also worked on my mid-​upper back and was awesome!
I’d recommend him to anyone and everyone not only are his prices great he is so professional and polite and just an awesome massage!

I’ve been getting massages from Mike for years and I’m sad that I’ll be moving out of state.
He’s the best masseuse I’ve ever worked with: he does deep tissue massage and is great at communicating with you to make sure the intensity level is what you need. He’s affordable and the massage space is really pleasant. I kept going to him even after I moved to Greenfield. Mike was worth the drive!

As the others have said Mike is a very friendly easy-​going guy. The massage was great and I have already scheduled to go back…

Amazingly affordable, highly-​expertised, deep-​tissue massage.
I’m usually partial to businesses with a significant web presence, but the two existing reviews were so outstanding I had to give it a shot. I’m happy I did, and now I only wish I lived close to Belchertown!
A robust man in his 60s, Mike has skilled hands, strengthened from 3 decades of working construction followed by years of studying various techniques of massage. He’s professional, relaxed, chats when you’d like to chat, and doesn’t when you don’t.
Upon entering, you’ll be guided up to the airy, loft-​like second floor, which is dedicated to his home-​based massage business. You’ll fill out a generic health form, have some water, and go over any trouble spots you’d like him to focus on. Then it’s into the next room for a out-​of-​this-​world, fantastic massage!
If I’m ever up in that area of Massachusetts again, I’ll be visiting Mike for sure.

This is the best and most inexpensive massage you will ever have in the US!
$ 30 for an hour of deep tissue pleasure!
I have been coming to him for the last three years. He advertised in Northampton at Smith College and I was skeptical but other people were raving abut him. They were right!
I heard you go to his office in the woods that sounded strange but then I went and WOW.
He works out of his and his wife’s home in the woods. He is a kind and friendly giant with the most muscle hands ever. I don’t usually like massages from men but I feel so safe and comfortable with him. He is very calm and careful and asks about your preferred pressure and areas to focus on. He does incredible deep tissue, Swedish and Reiki body work.
Do yourself a favor and book a weekly massage.
He is amazing.
