Unique of Boston

I am visiting from out of town, desperately needed a haircut! I checked out reviews and Unique of Boston stood out to me. Although busy, she kindly worked me in on the same day and I received the exact haircut that I’ve been trying (unsuccessfully) to get for the past year! I am so impressed that I plan to go back while still in town for the highlights I need!

I have hair that looks great when it is cut well. After one cut, I trust Unique — and THAT is saying something. My cut is trendy and fun and very well suited for me — lots of compliments. I would highly recommend her and I am sure her other stylist is good also.

The best haircutter anywhere in the US. This is not an exaggeration: my mother and sister have both flown from Virginia almost exclusively to have their hair cut by Unique. What’s so great about her? Aside from her fabulous no-​nonsense but loving attitude, served up in a thick Boston accent, the moderate prices are almost unheard of for a hair salon of this quality.
Most importantly, though, Unique is a magician with hair. With one look at your hair, whether thin, thick, short, long, frizzy, or limp, Unique sees the perfect cut and, with a few well-​placed snips, has you out of there looking perfect in no time at all. Every time. That’s something I’ve never been able to say for another hair salon, and I’ll keep saving my haircuts for my visits to Maine until I can.
