Cuevas Chiropractic

I went here a few months back because a friend recommended them, she went here because of the low prices and she didn’t have insurance. I have insurance so I thought I would just have to pay my co-​pay and it wouldn’t be a problem. Prior to my visit I called my insurance and asked them what the co-​pay would be just to make sure and they said it would be $ 15, just as it is everywhere else. So I go to my appointment and he honestly didn’t do a bad job, and my back felt better right after. As I go to pay the nurse at the front tells me it will be $ 25, and I ask why and she said because my insurance doesn’t cover enough. So okay, understandable it’s not that big of a difference so I pay it. My next appointment is in a few days and I go in with a headache and he cracks my back and I ended up getting a migraine. On top of that I was forced to pay $ 25 again even after arguing with her about my insurance. I decided I will never go back there, and after a few weeks I receive the bill that they charged my insurance which was over $ 2000. Please explain to me why I would have to pay $ 25 instead of $ 15 when they are billing my insurance so high? This place is horrible and sketchy. DO NOT go here if you have insurance, try going to a place that actually cares about your health and isn’t money hungry.

I’ve been here many times over several years and have NEVER had any problems such as those posted by other reviewers, (which by the way, the 2 reviewers in question have a total of 10 reviews between the two of them, 0 friends and no photos. Not true Unilocalers.) Dr. Cuevas is great & even treats my kids. He always makes time for anybody that needs to be seen. Front staff is is very friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend De. Cuevas to anybody who needs to be adjusted.

Worst chiropractic care received over the years of receiving chiropractic treatment … he’s always in a swift urgency to rush you out and never provides appropriate chiropractic adjustment

I’ve been going to Cuevas Chiropractic off and on for 5 years now. The staff is super friendly and accomodating. Don’t let the location fool you, you are getting great care here! You be the judge. try them out and I’m sure you will keep going back for treatment.
