So annoying how they don’t have food the last 45 min or less before they close. Idiots wtf. They should just close then why the hell do you have the store open if you only have rice chow me in and old orange chicken

They serve old food that’s been sitting out for a while. It’s CLEARLY dry and crusty. Keep an eye out. They charge enough for a plate with skimpy portions to be able to throw old food away every now and then, so wtf? Then the fried rice is 30% dry/old or uncooked cause you’re chewing through it and spitting out hard ass rice grains. Save your teeth & skip this place.

Once in a while you have that one employee anywhere you go where he or she either makes it or breaks it for you in that place. Well let me just say that my usual experience is very normal, not outstanding, but today I received excellent customer service by an employee named Sunny. She is an excellent employee who provides great customer service. Her genuine attitude and care for all the customers that were standing in line left me impressed. I want a Sunny everywhere I go. Keep up the good work.

I was a fan of Panda for a while, but considering the quality of food I got served was a disappointment. Rice was literally crunchy and over cooked, and the orange chicken(which is my favorite) was full of fat and wasn’t tasting the same. I understand everyone needs a job but please hire another chef.

I work full time and go to school full time. I usually get out around 8:45pm starving. I’ve came to Panda about 5 times arriving at 9pm or so on days that they open till 10 – 10:30pm in the last month. I eat little to no carbs so I always substitute chow mien & rice for veggies. EVERYTIME I get there they have no veggies and very limited choices. I ask if I could wait for the veggies and they deny my request. Is there a limited amount of veggies? Because I see boxes full in that fridge. I mean why stay open till 10 – 10:30 if there is no choices of the regular menu? Just close earlier if your not going to provide the full Panda Experience. I end up walking out every time. No veggies, we have a problem. My advice Don’t go late, because the employees are ready to clock out 1 hour early.

one word: ew. seriously, if you’re in the mood for panda express, drive a mile or two further to south gate. the girls there are a lot nicer and the tables actually get cleaned. the last time I was here, the co-manager charged me for a drink I didn’t ask for and had an attitude. um yeah, NOPE, I’m done at this location.

Who’s not down with Panda Express!!! Dirty Chinese food that is affordable? I’m always down. Try to get to this spot before or after the lunch rush hour because they have a huge following! The staff here is crazy nice and they let you taste whatever you want!

Rude services, tables are not clean. I don’t know, but the cook also the server and clean the table afterwards(after taking 15 break). The manager needs to smile a little bit, seriously. I have been there 3 x. Its a good food, but need to change people work in there or needed customer service 101. Thank you.

The food is always delicious, however sometimes they make you feel rushed to order. The tables aren’t always clean and the line always reaches the door. Its good food though :)

So… first of all, I’m not a fan of Panda to begin with. I mean, it’s not nasty food, but it’s Americanized Chinese fast food, so you get what you pay for, right? Anyway, my main complaint isn’t regarding the mediocre quality of the food, but the following: when I was leaving the restaurant after suffering through my lackluster and overly-salty lunch, I didn’t want to take my leftovers with me in the bulky styrofoam container that it came in, so I asked them for a small paper takeout box. To my chagrin, they refused to give me one! I was the ONLY China man in the entire joint(including the workers), and they wouldn’t give me a takeout box that probably cost them 1 or 2 cents… how sad is that?

Panda Express is far from being considered good Chinese food. It’s mainstream fast food. It’s not authentic. But that doesn’t stop us from stuffing our face with that greasy egg noodle chow mein and orange chicken on occasion! This particular Panda is one I frequent when I’m in the Commerce/Bell Gardens area for school. It’s in the downtown area of Bell Gardens near many other restaurants and shopping. Service is good. The entrees are usually well stocked during the days I visited. Customer service is great also. Friendly staff. I always come back when I’m craving some of that Panda Express kung pow chicken!
