I went on a Monday afternoon it was empty, so the place was very clean the salad bar was clean and fresh I really enjoyed it. The pizza on the other hand was a bit salty it was eatable though. We had a blast playing the games although a couple of games were broken. When it was time to exchange tickets we head over to the prize line, the Employee«Andrea» was terrible she didn’t greet us, or even smiled at us; she just took the receipts with the ticket count # and added it to her calculator to get the total. We had to read it from the calculator she didn’t even tell us with her own voice how many points we had. Looked like she didn’t want to be there or she hates her job.

the only reason why i come here is because I have a 3 year old nephew. always busy, there’s never tables available, it smells bad, machines are always broken, and there food is not that great I prefer to drive a couple more to johns incredible pizza were it at least doesn’t smell bad and their games are working most of the time

This is absolutely the worst Chuck E Cheese ever. As soon as you walk in the door you are hit with the foul odor of dirty carpets and overall lack of cleanliness. There is no way that a food establishment of any kind should smell this way if there is any sort of routine cleaning happening. Terrible, terrible place.

This was the first chuck e cheese I have visited in this decade so I had forgotten what to expect. I visited for my bf’s brother’s birthday party and was taken aback by the lack of games. The games are all relatively cheap one token per game which translates to 33cents or 25 depending on the bundle, 30 $= 150 tokens $ 20= 80. The food was better than I expected but the salad bar was very messy behind the counter which could be due to the few people working on the floor. Overall I enjoyed this visit to chuck e cheese.

This is the worst Chuck E Cheese I have been to. Out of six machines that I used, I had to call the attendants to help fix/repair three of them. Worst part is the attendant gave us attitude.

Here for the first time in five years. Play area has reduced significantly and less games. To top it off, my celery still had dirt on it. I cannot imagine what really goes inside that kitchen if they can’t even wash their celery. nasty!

Smells bad but the food was good. They need more people to help with the work and cleaning. The food could of been a little faster on the making but the staff was friendly.

The place smells disgusting and more than half the games don’t work… I felt sick after just 5 mins of entering this place. It really is a rats house kind of smell… Didn’t know chuck e would smell and have his place just gross with food everywhere and everything sticky.

Last time I was here it was for my niece’s birthday party and the service was terrible. I hate coming across employees who are in a bad mood or hate their job and somehow think that it’s the customers fault. I’m always polite, fair, and understanding and I’m always in disbelief that despite my politeness I still get rude service. In ONE night my bf and I dealt with multiple crappy attitudes. Unbelievable.

Man was I hoping for a more cheery crew of employees, but nope. Immediately as we are greeted, the woman up front letting us in was rude and gave a face. Another woman behind the counter serving beer also couldn’t care less about being a decent customer service representative. I would imagine it’s usually busy during weekends for kids’ parties, which was the case for us earlier this month, so don’t expect an employee to be of assistance immediately. Beer was alright at $ 5.50 and they only have your domestic beers. Pizza’s okay and I think the salad bar was the highlight of the night(eeek). Peace out Chuck E!

Came here for a school fund raiser night. My main complain is the smell. Not sure if they washed the carpets? Perhaps for some reason the didn’t dry properly? Or it’s just really dirty however the fact remains, the whole place smells like wet dog. The funk is horrible, I mean awful .My kids don’t want to leave because all their friends are here tonight. I can’t wait to leave. It’s sad this place use to be great

This place is super dirty !!! I brought My niece because she was asking to come here, since she lives around the area we came. The pizza is cold, the whole time there was no ice! The bathroom is super dirty no maintenance at all!!! No one to keep this place sanitary, and clean!!! Am so surprise that this place is so nasty. The people who work here didn’t even bother to help. I was getting ice and they were standing talking to each other did even bother to have god costumer service… Seriously this place need to change management ASAP!!!

Happy birthday Emma baby. Ok, where do I begin. It was my niece’s first birthday and since it was on a weekday we decided to take her to this Chuck E Cheese’s. Well, as soon as you walk into the facility it smelled extremely bad. I can’t even put in words what it smelled like, something rotten? Anyhow, after a couple of minutes I got use to the smell so it wasn’t too bad. The pizza was good, hence they are getting 3 stars and not 2, oh and the employees where not the friendliest bunch but they weren’t rude either. They sell beer, who knew that Chuck E Cheese’s sold alcohol? I didn’t. One thing that I do love is the kid-check feature they have in place. Keeps the kids safe, especially leaving with strangers. They only let the kid(s) leave with the party they came with.

I’ve had the poor fortune of being in line twice. Each time, two folks in front of me and each time 10 – 15 minutes to get my order in. The folks are really sweet and especially sweet to the kids. Unfortunately, the service is really poor.

I’ve always came to this spot as a kid, now it’s a great feeling taking my son. The menu is good for $ 20 I can eat and have some fun with my kid. The games are only 25 cents each! Only thing I don’t like and taking away a star is the people that go in there. Drinking beer is ok but have your limits! It’s a family spot not a bar!

I used to come to this place as a child and hoped my son would have the same awesome experience I had. Yeah, he didn’t so much. As you walk in you notice the Kid-check feature which I love that they have. Essentially the party you come with is the party you leave with. I was pleasantly surprised that the attendant took her job so seriously, as she should. Once inside, the place is as you would imagine, kids running everywhere, loud noises coming from the arcade games and the sweet smell of fresh pizza from the oven. During my visit I noticed the staff on the floor working very diligently but you can tell they’re not happy. Kind of a bummer but oh well. This location expanded and has more games now, although not too many infant friendly games I must say. While I was there, they brought out our pizza and all of a sudden there was a citywide blackout. Manager was very courteous to come around and let us know what was going on, after 30 minutes of pitch darkness. Eventually, power was restored and we were all given 4 tokens for free play. Food is good, ambience is good, although the staff need to step it up a bit to really deliver great service.
