Trash service, not customers fault that workers there are unhappy. The French fries served after 10pm taste so stale it isn’t even funny. I feel as if they serve the fries that didn’t sell. McDonalds is an overall horrible place.

The drive thru cashier was exceptional! I was having a really bad day as far as customer service at other retail locations .And from the time that i order to the time off paying to the time picking up food experience was great. The cashier even made a little joke about the cuopon i was using he made me laugh I really needed it after a long bad customer service at other places. The only thing i noticed with this Mc Donalds the prices are just a few cents more than other mcdonalds in the area but you know what i would rather pay a little extra and have great customer service.

There is a reason why this McDonald’s only has a few stars. It should be lower!!! I’ve been here once before and I remembered the drive through being ridiculously long waiting. I thought maybe it was just that one time so I gave it another shot. 20 min in the drive through!!! How is that possible these days!!! Will never come here again!!! Nor should anyone else

staff at this particular branch were so friendly they deserve a mention. Specially Jonathan he was welcoming and helpful, not at all like the automatons that staff some fast-​food places. place looks very clean and even though the place is always busy the stuff have time to smile and every one is very friendly

Just went through the drive thru. I ask for a lemonade light and two cheese burgers. Had an opponent to get to. Started drinking my drink and it was plan water. I couldn’t go back and didn’t have anymore time to buy another drink. I was so disappointed.

9⁄30 @ 6:45p. I hate to even give one star, but the food is bad and not fresh. Your better off driving alittle further to get better food at a different McDonald’s. If the personal is bad so will the food!

By far the worst service. Our order was done over drive thru. We purchased two small lemonades over ice one having strawberry and the other just regular (we received two FROZEN lemonades. We also ordered a happy meal (which came with no beverage and no yogurt). We payed nearly $ 10. We usually order the same thing except for the size of the lemonades we usually get medium at another McDonald’s location for $ 2 less and a COMPLETE order. I asked why it was overpriced the employee said it was on the management.

It’s a good Mcdonald’s. Nothing too exceptional here, I just order my stuff and leave. One thing I have noticed was the «sassy» attitude of some of the employees that work there. Be careful or they may get snappy with you. One major annoyance is their lack of soft serve ice cream cones! And if they do EVER happen to have some, they cannot dip them in chocolate! I love soft serve dipped in chocolate, and this is the only Mcdonald’s that sticks up annoyingly like a sore thumb by not having it. But then again, it is very ordinary otherwise.

Just an average McDonald’s. This place used to have horribly slow service at the drive-​thru, not to mention wrong orders, but it has since changed and you can make it out relatively fast. The only downside about the drive-​thru at this location is that it’s very small and there is an alley adjacent to the parking lot so when there are cars lined up in the drive-​thru they will sometimes block the alley and the parking lot so it’s easier to enter from Gage. Other than that, go inside, the service is usually quicker when the drive-​thru is packed.
