Their service is beyond horrible! Slow DT, ALWAYS receive my orders incorrectly! Visited this location last night; «blonde» girl had attitude ansd was far from being helpful.
Food was cold, my raspberry tea was watered down and they were out of ranch.

Katy at drive thru is horrible got my order wrong gave cold wedges both orders took 5 mins to give me one order then the 2nd one another 5 mins I asked for ranch sauce and napkins and they were not in the bag. And female closed the drive thru door on my face. So i will call corporate on the bad service thank you..

The reviews below are REAL! I pull up to the drive-​tru and was told there was a 15min wait time for the 10pc summer deal. Once I agreed, I was told to wait in the parking lot. I was patient… but…45min later, I decided it was time to walk in and ask to see if my order was ready. I was then told the manager had walked out with my order a few minutes ago. The manager was no where to be found… I was confused. Then I was told I would have to wait another 15min!!!
Please, please don’t waste your time at this location. I only gave it one star cause I had to.

Terrible! They never have anything ready. They tell me I have to wait 25 minutes for crispy chicken or for chicken breast. If it weren’t the only KFC or fried chicken restaurant in town I would NEVER go here again! Their chicken pieces are also tiny and their strips taste like rubber.
I’ve called corporate and complained and nothing improves. Disappointing!

Go there an hour or so before they close, they are out of everything! Besides making it for you anyway because you are the customer and technically they are open and they have to give you what your order, they tell you what they don’t have JD make you choose what they do. That’s at night.
But during the day, they are nice and the food is yummy, but that whole night thing I talked about above, is very inconvenient and irritating

Su day January 25th 9:30pm I go tru the drive thru and guess what I see the cashier ducking and the other 2 people hiding on the back,.When I left they got out and stared to see if it was clear but guess what I went back again got my order and also got her name… best believe I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning, kfc don’t need lazy people as workers… They should hire people who actually wanna work…

worst kfc. seems like there is always something wrong with this place. A couple of months ago i came here around 7pm and they didn’t have chicken. Now there customer service sucks they make you wait a long time and when we got our order it seemed like they just threw everything in the bag. I’ve giving this place to many chances and will not return again

Awful customer service. The employees seemed as if they didn’t want to be bothered to actually work. Left empty-​handed. Terrible. It was so bad I was compelled to write to KFC’s customer feedback service, but haven’t received a response. KFC needs to work on their customer service training.

The worst KFC that exists by far. The sad part that this is in my neighborhood & I have gone here all my life so I have experienced ALL of their downsides. I have yet to come accross something good about them in so many years (about 3 decades worth).
They just remodeled it within the last 18 months but despite the «rejuvination» it has gone thru the people still don’t know what good customer service is, great food that makes you want to come back for more, expanded parking lot or eating area & the hoodlums still live in this neighborhood & hang out around there…
Go up the street on Gage to Ya Ya’s Tortas, Bill’s Burgers or McDonalds even…

The most dangerous KFC I’ve been too! The funny thing is I passed a street called ‘Hood St’
My Pep-​Si was watered down, I had to wait 10 mins for my chicken sandwich, which tasted like it fell victim to a drive by.
Oh Oh Oh the best part was the employee requested that I pull out of The drive thru and make a U-​Turn on The streets to get back into their tiny parking-​lot. Not safe!

What does a girl gotta do to get a chicken pot pie?
First encounter: I drive thru and order the chicken pot pie, I’m told it will be 25 minutes. I’m on my lunch break so it’s needless to say I ordered something else. Now, lunch time again and still craving that pie. I call ahead only to get a rude & ridiculous answer. Now it’s a 45 minute wait for a pie that I’m sure they just nuke in some massive microwave. Craving KFC, do yourself a favor and talk your taste buds out of that one, especially if you’re in the HP area. :|
