Very nice people over there… Best costumer service… thankyou Ana, you are so friendly… my daughter notice that, she got 9 years old. so sweet!, all the food are fresh in there, vegetables, bread, and a clean place!!, keep doing a great job!,

I went in today and was helped by Jesus. Definitely the best customer service at any subway I’ve been to! Keep it up!

Horrible service got my order to go and had to go back they provided me with the wrong sandwich. When I get their its my fault and wanted to charge me extra. .Jesús was rude and reaised his voice. Horrible experience terrible cistomer service.

So they got rid of the $ 5 soup meal… once again another bad luck on my side… I did get a chance to try the guacamole on my Italian bmt… and I gotta say it was delicious
The line was moving fast and all the veggies looked fresh

Obviously this is a review on the relative scale of Subways– but, as Subways (and chain fast food in general) go, this is about as good as it gets. The lunch time line gets long, but man oh man they keep it moving. I can get in and out within under 10 minutes at the height of the lunch hour with a long line. Also, the staff is so super nice and puts service first, as though it wasn’t a fast food joint. I think it comes from the manager. The manager during the daytime is always very efficient, but makes everybody feel welcomed (he’s usually the one on the register). He makes a point to remember your face and ask you how you’re doing.

I like this Subway the best. They keep it tidy and the servers are courteous. What more can you ask for from a fast food chain?

My best subway experience by a sandwich artist. Jesus helped me and he was the best customer service person and made sandwich just how I liked without attitude. Great experience ad will keep coming back as I go to the Starbucks next door.

I went here for an Italian cold cut just about a month and a half ago. I ended up leaving work early holding my stomach in pain. This branch gave me food poisoning i was out sick for 2 days with hot and cold sweats while getting sick every 2 hours not being able to keep anything down.
I will never return to this Subway nor any Subway due to their cleanliness and health practice is slacking and must not be regulated properly. I lost money in work, i work sole commissions 2 days out means a chunk of my check is missing.

NEGATIVE 5 Points!

i hate coming here, but i have limited options. its either jacks, McDonald’s, or teriyaki.
1. Some of the employees are agreeable but some (girls in particular, which for some reason seem to be the only ones working during lunch) seem like they rather be hit by a train. I’m sorry you don’t like your job but don’t take it out on customers.
2. They use the same knifes without washing to cut avocado, spread tuna, or spread mayo. I don’t like mayo nor tuna, so when i request that they use a clean knife the girl looks at me like if she wished she threw daggers out of her eyes. Besides I don’t know how long that tuna was sitting on that knife, not sure I want to get sick just to please others.
3. They constantly keep hiring new employees, and for some reason they are the ones working during the busies times, LUNCH??? So my half hr for lunch is pretty much spent waiting in line because they are slow.
4. Ask one simple question regarding price and the whole production stops, manager has to get involved, and the worst thing this particular person decides to talk in Spanish about me in front of me??? HELLO I SPEAK SPANISH!!! what was the question, (background, i usually get a 6″ turkey w/​avocado, based on that i usually pay the same amount) on this case, the girl charged me a $ 1 more, so i asked her why it was more, without looking at me she said oh its because you ordered with avocado. i told her, i always order with avocado. her reply was just they probably never charged you for the avocado. then she proceeds to call the manager and talk about me in front me while I’m there.
ugh, i hate this place. i used to go three times a week, then once a week, and now once every two weeks. pretty soon I’ll never go.
I don’t have much complaints in the quality of the sand-​which, the customer service just needs to improve,

If you compare other fast food places like jack in the box subway has a better value but when u start making the food I hate keep asking them to fill it up with more vegetables if you are to polite to ask for more then you food is worthless
U better get what u pay for
The portion of the food will be lower if you don’t ask for more

The best subway in the area! Great service and quality sandwiches

This has to be my favorite Subway of all time. I’m not sure why but the sandwiches taste better here. If I’m craving subway I always try to come here, even though there is one a few blocks away I’m willing to drive the extra mile to this one. I’ve been to so many Subways that I can’t even keep count. They are extremely fast and efficient. Their meatballs are tasty and not overcooked and dry like other places. They make the sandwiches neat and not falling apart and spilling out. I LOVE their raspberry cheesecake cookies, they are soooo good. Try them next time you’re there. :)

Terrible service. The lady that make the sandwiches was on the phone laughing and talking, and when she saw me, she failed to approach me, and asked me what I wanted. And I had waited for 10 minutes for her to finish up her conversation, until I had walked out of the place.

The reason I give this place 5 stars is strictly for Jesus who works there! He’s efficient, funny, quick and makes the cleanest, nicest sandwich I’ve ever had from a Subway Sandwich Artist. Subway is not even my favorite place to eat but I find myself going here more often because I know Jesus will make it a pleasant experience!
