Great staff and lovely dentist. Cannot ask for a better one!

Dr. Mason is the best dentist we’ve ever been to easily. I went to a couple who told me I needed tons of work done, though I had no pain or problems in my mouth. One told me that they couldn’t even clean my teeth without doing the deep cleaning ($$$). That’s what you get with GroupOn!
Dr. Mason was recommended to my family and we would go to her strictly forever, but we moved from Houston. She’s honest, super knowledgeable and has a perfect office & staff.
This office really is the perfect combination of high class with low maintenance/​no bs.
Sure hope we’re able to find someone half as good as her!

We found Dr. Lora Mason’s office when we moved to Houston several years back. They have a nice office in Bellaire (with nice views to look at while you’re in the dentist’s chair), a nice staff, and Dr. Lora herself is great.
For the first few years our appointments were routine check ups and cleanings. Dr. Lora was involved in these personally herself each time.
Recently I had to get a crown for one of my teeth. From the diagnosis, to the explanation to me in terms I could understand, to the first appointment to put on the temporary crown to the final appointment to put on the permanent crown — Dr. Lora and staff were great.
Never a fun process, but they made sure I was comfortable, knew what was going on each step of the way, and the final product was very good.
I have full trust in this office and plan to remain with them as long as I’m in Houston.

I am one of those weird people who like going to the dentist. I had a dentist in Nevada but they kept making changes and I wasn’t too thrilled with their upsell. I heard about Dr. Mason who is in a building near a relative’s office, and decided to make an appointment while home to prep for my wedding.
First thing — the office is cool! It is nicely decorated, really neat and funky. Second — when I walked in, I was greeted by the Doctor herself! That never happens!
The staff was great — Lisa at the front and Crystal doing x-​rays. Dr. Mason did my cleaning herself. Everyone was so personable and it made the experience easy. I was in and out in an hour plus the short time for paperwork. I don’t have insurance but the price was reasonable and I also got the home teeth bleach kit to use with bleach trays I already own for only $ 50. Dr. Mason told me to call her after Memorial Day to let her know how the bleaching is going. She offered to come in on the weekend if I am ever in from Vegas and need to see her.
I highly recommend this dental office — it is night and day from the service and treatment I have had with other dentists.
