Valuable original artwork entrusted with this UPS Store for repackaging and shipment was lost or stolen on 12/​16/​2015. The large box containing the artwork disappeared and UPS corporate records indicate the painting was never received for shipment. I requested that the management of this UPS store review and **preserve** their video surveillance of the incident. On my fourth visit to the store (1÷12÷2016), management indicated that video showed the painting being received by UPS drivers but that this video was subsequently overwritten and is permanently unavailable (!!!).
There is a large reward for the painting’s safe return. Its tracking number was 1ZW1451V0306157810 and it was last seen at 5116 Bissonnet Blvd., Bellaire, TX 77 041

Accidents happen, but after this humiliating ordeal I must avoid this UPS Store.

I always come to this UPS to return my college books from chegg and they always have me out in no time. They help you in case you need packaging or any kind of protectant inside of your box or envelope and they are very courteous. Really like the customer service here! Will keep going back!

I was in Saturday at 12:30 having a package shipped and the man working at the counter rudely beckoned for me to hand him my package. He never opened his mouth to greet me. He proceeded to scan the package and hand me my receipt. He never once looked up at me. I then said thank you. He didn’t have the decency to say your welcome. I will never come to this location again. Such inappropriate behavior and lack of customer service. 0 stars.

You pay more but you avoid the long lines and rude staff at USPS’s.

This UPS Store is convenient to us and for the past couple of years we’ve been using their shipping services. They also sell a few office supplies, print big posters, and pack stuff. They are friendly and efficient.
The caring staff here is great; they don’t treat you like A # like the other place! Usually quick service even with a line of customers with odd requests. Always seem to have at least two staff members on duty and willing to help.
Staff answers questions well.
Be aware that you’ll pay much more for basic postage services than at the good ol’ USPS.
Also, several other UPS store locations in the Houston area provided good service too.

excellent, excellent, excellent!
penny is the owner of this small UPS store located just north of bellaire street on bissonet. she is super nice & friendly & doesn’t butt into conversations unnecessarily. they also do notaries here for about $ 6 & there’s hardly ever a wait! mike also helped me mail something out & he was quick, efficient, & also very nice. thank goodness i found somewhere that will mail things out for me in a much better way than the postal service!
