This is more of a review for CONCORD MANAGEMENT. I have done everything by the book here at Belle isle, I have been a great tenant, improved the apartment better than i received it (except for replacing carpeting). Which management swore they would do (4 years later still bot done). Well i am vacating in month and was told i need to give 60 days notice, after giving the 60 day notice now im told i will be charges 1900 dollars for breaking my lease a month early, which doesn’t make sense to pay 1900 for one month for breaking my lease or just pay my rent which is cheaper than 1900. How stupid. Now i know why i am leaving Belle isle apartments. Not really good business. Know now why they go through employees like water.
