Not good folks. I showed up at dinner time and found no selection whatsoever. Instead, I discovered mediocre food that was greasy and largely bland. The four sushi offerings were taste-free and spongy. Also, the man making the sushi closely watched the herd of grazers to see who left«tips» for his wares. Meats were chewy and nondescript. The rice was crusty. I had a stuffed mushroom cap which was rendered inedible due to being stuffed with a foul cheese substance. The desserts were stale and dry. They had some sort of «rib» dish but in reality it was just sugary breading. It was less than half full, and at dinner time that spoke volumes. For an eleven dollar meal, I was sorely disappointed.

Best hibachi/chinese buffet I’ve been to in awhile. Went there close to 2pm and everything was still fresh and refilled. One thing I noticed was they actually replaced the food bins and did not just dump the old food in the previous bin on top. Everything I tried was really fresh and the quality was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

I live 20 miles from them. It is well worth the drive for great food at a great price.

Went for dinner today around 7pm but we weren’t told that they would close at 730. We paid for«dinner»($ 32.00) for two people, but they were out of a lot of things and never put more out. No crab legs as well. The items that were out were hours old, cold, hard, and not edible. I brought this up to the girl at the register — after several minutes of them deciding who would ring us out and is standing there — and she said to make sure we tell her next time, but there will definitely NOT be a next time.(Side note: we watched them take trays of hot, steaming, fresh food to a side room for all of the employees to eat, but took away most of the Buffett well before close).

We like to go here whenever I’m «back home» It’s a delicious buffet with great food. My family likes it and not only because I pick up the tab! Service is always friendly. Food is always hot and fresh on the buffet. There is a hibachi grill they’ll fix you up nice. They have options that kids will like so it’s a real family friendly place.

Completely awful. Maybe they should be a little less worried about what people are eating and focus on not giving people food poisoning. The manager insisted on throwing a childish fit but should perhaps align those efforts with food quality.

I have probably been here a dozen or so times. This time, much like the others, was decent. They have a good selection of different types of food, including items like pizza, mac and cheese and what not if you or the kids aren’t in the mood. The value is MUCHBETTER if you go during lunch hours. I wouldn’t give it as high of stars for the more pricey dinner cost. The servers are all very friendly and it is a very clean looking establishment.

Surprisingly good buffet with a hibachi bar where you pick the foods and they cook it. Huge selection of food, although American fare than I’d prefer(pizza, quesadillas, baked potatoes, etc) but to each his own.

Hibachi buffet is a standard Americanized Chinese buffet. There is a decent variety of cuisine, everything from classic American dishes such as Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy to Chinese take out staples and Japanese teppanaki. it’s good, but nothing extraordinary… A great place to cure a hangover or stuff your face on the cheap

A 5 star buffet, you say? I jest not. This place is welcoming, warm, very clean to the point of sparkling and the food is lovely. General Tso’s chicken that it is still crunchy and tasty, not limp and waterlogged. Hot & Sour with traditional ingredients — both hot and sour. Homemade dumplings put together with care and the accompanying sauce is magical. Fresh sushi rolls at lunch — limited selection(5) but fresh and tasty. Food cooked in small batches so it’s fresh when you put it on your plate. For me, the tell that this was run by someone who actually cares is the black tea they serve. I worked in China recently for several months and the Chinese typically treasure high grades of tea. This is good tea. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a nice meal here. Attentive staff, great food, and a hibachi grill makes this a gem. Enjoy!

Pretty damn good. Lunch was 7 bucks a plate and food was really good. Way better and cheaper than anything I can get in Ft Lauderdale.

Hibachi is the best Chinese restaurant in the area. They have everything I could ever ask for. Like every Chinese restaurant, they have the usual. The highlights(for me) of this place are the sushi bar, the steak, crab legs, and also the hibachi table where you pick what you want to eat and they prepare your meal for you. You can either watch, or get another plate together until he is done. The sushi is pretty good. There are I think, four different plate trays that they place two rows of one type of sushi on one plate. So there are four types of sushi. I believe they have just California rolls too for the none fish lovers. The steak is succulent, juicy, and breaks apart nicely. Crab legs I rarely get, but they are there, and they are nothing too special. Just some crab legs. They also have ice cream the kind you scoop. And a nice fruit/salad bar. The waitresses are pretty good at making sure you always have something to drink, and they are not pushy with the check unless it’s near closing time. This a place I would take my family or a date too. Classy and has good atmosphere. 5 of 5 stars. :)

A great value. We had the weekend dinner buffet and the price is around $ 14.00 with a drink. It is a buffet(generally I’m not a fan) but they have enough traffic that the food stays fairly current. Very large selection including more and better seafood than I would expect given the price. Some of the offerings are prepared on demand(very nice). Even had some steak that looked pretty good(I didn’t sample). They are able to handle fairly large groups. Staff are authentic.

I do like the food here but the employees are using bait and switch tactics on the takeout food. I went in, asked how much the takeout food would cost per pound and was told $ 3.99. I proceeded to select some items, went to the register to checkout and was then charged $ 5.50 per pound. Very dishonest and underhanded business practice. I’ll likely dine elsewhere from now on.

WOW and OMFGWOW! We stopped in for lunch, expecting a regular Chinese Buffett. We were AMAZED. $ 6.99 for lunch. If you want a soda a bit more. Service excellent. Food was really good for a chinese buffett style resturant. Food was always fresh and hot. They location also has a Hibachi grill. FANTASTIC for the price. And they had HUGE shrimp which was worth the price alone. Also, I would HIGHLY recommned the steamed pot stickers — best I’ve had in years. Also recommended is the sweet and sour soup! OUTSTANDING. If you are driving down 70 west or east… stop here for LUNCH!

I’m not sure why all of the great reviews were filtered and the only bad review is what is shown(seriously, check out the filtered reviews), but this place is one of the best places to eat in the area, and you can’t beat the price. I come to PA to visit family 1 – 2 times a year and this is where we stop for dinner on the way home from the airport, where we stop for lunch before returning to the airport, and usually we grab another lunch stop while I am there as well. The shrimp on the hibachi is worth the price of lunch alone, and when I tell them to make my food extra spicy then listen and pile on the chilis. I usually get 1 – 2 plates of hibachi food plus a little of this and that from the other stations, my mom gets a mix of everything, my kid eats the non-hibachi stuff(he doesn’t like to wait while they make it and he would rather dive into all of the pre-made options) and my Dad, who doesn’t really like Asian food, eats the Americanized stuff and says that it is good as well. The service is excellent, the food is flavorful, and again, the price can’t be beat. I would give it five stars but I am afraid that they would dump my review in the filtered stuff and again show the only negative review on the main page. If you want to be snobbish about your food then fine, don’t go here, but if you want flavorful food at a really good price then this is the place to go.

My wife and I stopped yesterday for lunch and found the nicest, cleanest, best supplied and most reasonable buffet EVER… bar none. The food was wonderfully prepared and presented. The flavors all melded beautifully… and fresh! We loved this place, frequent the area and had never stopped… but no more! We will stop every time we get into Belle Vernon… Best food I’ve had out in years… YEARS…and we eat out probably on average, 3 – 4 times a week some weeks! Great value at any price, but their price is just $ 6.99! WOW is the best description!
