McDonald’s

I was here at around 11pm after a long night of flying tried to order a Big Mac value meal. I pulled up to the first window and after 2 minutes of waiting, I pulled up to the second window. I was then greated by a yelling women who said «you don’t listen to directions» «what’s your problem» I then asked for my card back and said I would rather go somewhere I was treAted with respect. She then proceeded to flip me off and say «we don’t need you» I’ve never been back since.

Garbage. waited in line for 40 minutes, and when I received my food it was luke warm with hard bread. The fries were soggy and cold. Sure glad I waited 40 minutes for this trash food from this TRASH mcdonalds.

By far the nicest and cleanest bathrooms we have ever found at a McDonalds. The quality of this make over is very high and I hope it carries over to other stores. Falls in line with the corporate campaign to burnish the image.

2 stars. Almost every time I come here my total at the ordering is different when I get to the window (cheaper).Always get a receipt and check your bag before you pull off cause more than likely you’re missing an item. Otherwise the fries are good but the shake machine NEVER works.

Customer service at its worst!!! Every single time I have gone here my order has been messed up!!! Today was the last straw for me. Get people in there that can listen and take orders and get them correct!!! Horrible customer service!!! No wonder why McDonald’s is suffering!!!

I was pleasantly surprised with this Mcdonald’s it was very clean and had a funky décor. I liked the interior design, it had a positive energy. I ordered a coffee so I can not speak for the quality of their franchise food, but I would go back for something else ! Friendly and fast staff :)

Be sure to make sure you check the food bag. Drive thru late at night and had to wait 10 minutes for 3 cars ahead of me and I still don’t get all my food. Sandwich and fries is a simple order and all I got was fries…

Its a McDonnalds. I give it a 3. They r trying! But still need more to get a ⁴⁄₅.
Recently they revamped the place added dual drive thrus a new paint job.
The dual drive thrus help but barely. Traffic is still backed up to the exit/​entry way. I decide to go inside hoping for faster service. I got that!!!
Wanted a straw for my oj. No straw or napkins! Decided to drink the juice the old way strawless. Have some napkins in the car. Decided to go have breakfast in the car.
The manager made a comment, «good that you dont drink coffee». I guess the extreme line is probably cause they are out of coffee!

This is one of the slowest McDonalds I have ever been too. Even now with two lanes, you still find yourself in for a long wait.
The service is always rude and abrupt. If they heard you wrong on the speaker and you they to tell them that, you get nothing but silence as you watch tour order being changed on the screen. Then when you finally go to the window to grab your food it is practically thrown at you.

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to as far as customer service! Before the remodel they were slow, after it seems as though their concern with accuracy has diminished. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me (and the manager acting as though my wait was no big deal) I get home to find my sandwiches were not included! After repeatedly calling and getting no answer, not even a voicemail my husband went back. Do you think they could be bothered to apologize? Nope! I won’t be back! There are too many other places around that have much better customer service!

They just redid this place. It looks better but it’s still a MickieD’s so do not get all excited or anything. Silk purse and sow’s ear comes to mind.
This drive through is only good early in the morning (oatmeal is surprisingly tasty here as is a yogurt parfait) or around midnight. These two time periods you will get hot food and accuracy. Every other time of day is not a star when you are taking out. Soggy fries more often than not and frankly that’s all I am coming for. I think they are what half the planet comes to Mc Donald’s for, duh. Luckily the double cheeseburgers are always decent, not a buck anymore as they should be but they are tasty-​ish in a pinch. Skip salads at this particular locale as they always suck (think edible plastic flavor) except for the fruit and walnut one. Sadly McD’s got rid of that one :(so yeah just skip salads.
Come enjoy the remodelling and be sure to eat those fries dine in style because to go they will suck. At least if you stick around you can bitch until they tire of you and get it right. Yes, I have done exactly this on more than one occasion. They just love me here I’m sure.
