This used to be a Wireless Toyz store, but they are now strictly an authorized dealer for Metro PCS. I understand the other companies that Wireless Toyz represented like Sprint decided they wanted to keep the business to their own stores. Makes sense to me! They are usually somewhat helpful when I have been at this location. The one thing that irks me is that they charge you a $ 3.00 fee to use your credit card. This is just stupid if you ask me. I pay cash so they don’t scam me… Shame on you Metro PCS for this practice…

A full service cell phone store. They buy & sell used phones, activate phones and sell phone service contracts. Authorized to sell the major cell phone contracts, packages, and non-contract service. The staff is knowledgeable and like all paid by commission sales people, affable & helpful. They are informed. Their income depends on information and your finding them likable. As with all persons who work on commission, you can trust the staff to answer your questions according to a lets call it personal calculus. As a group, sales staff can provide more knowledge than Walmart or Target phone kiosk clerks but some of the big box store clerks are very knowledgeable and when it comes to saving you money, more reliable because unlikely to love their employer and there is nothing in it for them if you end up paying more than you needed to for you phone service. If money is no object to you, then I recommend Wireless Toyz without rerservation. If you earn your own money and wish to keep more of it for other things, it would behove you to gather information from a few different sources and plot your line of action at home, knowing what you want BEFORE you take your signature and credit card to Wireless Toyz. Remember, when you think the commissioned sales person«serving» you is a swell fella, you should leave. Return another time. Your wallet will thank you.
