Earpiece wasn’t working on my galaxy s5 so I stopped in to have it looked at. The assistant Manager Louis gave the phone a once over to see if it was a setting issue due to a recent update, sadly it was not, the phone was broken. Fortunately it was still under the manufactures warranty so Louis provided me all the needed info to get in contact with Samsung to have it repaired. I returned a few days later to have an old phone of mine activated while my s5 was being repaired, activation took about 2 minutes. Once I received my repaired phone I went back to have it activated, it was Sunday and I showed up 5 minutes before close (thought they closed at 6 not 5) and they were still happy to activate the phone for me. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thanks Louis!

This place opened for business on June 2010 and it is surprising that today I had to add it to Unilocal.
Store is managed by Marvin and operated by Shawn and Lewis. Great bunch of guys. Very knowledgeable in what they do, and that is customer service and sell phones for Sprint.
They also sell other stuff here as well. Not just phones. They sell headphones, speakers, bluetooth headsets and phone cases.
Store is always clean, well kept up and inviting for business. Well lighted and serviced.
And the service is excellent!
