Cadillac of Bellevue

Not recommended, stay away. They changed the bluebook price on a vehicle by 9 grand. I am not happy. If you shop there you will be disappointed for sure. Do not make the same mistake I did. Do the right thing and send me some money Bellevue Cadillac.

Reviewing from a servicing standpoint as I bought my car elsewhere.
They do an ok job of taking care of my vehicle. Seems everytime I bring it in for an oil change something else just happens to be wrong. Don’t know if its truth or an upsell but I have a warranty so its really irrelevant from my payment standpoint in most cases.
My only qualm with their service department is timing of my oil changes/​repairs. You make an appt for an oil change at noon and it «should take 1−2hrs» and then finally you get a call at 5pm that your car is done. Bothersome when trying to plan your day.
Other than that, the staff is attentive and accommodating. Never had a problem getting a ride where I’m going or a loaner when its going to be a longer repair. But the communication and length of repairs is an issue for me.

I brought in my 2015 GMC Sierra Pickup to get an Oil Change and Tire rotation on 11−28−15. While there, they also completed a Software update and washed and vacuum my Truck, without me asking! That’s great service!

Clearly the service advisors understand Service. They are helpful, prompt, quick. Efficiency is the name of their game. I can’t say enough about their courtesy and politeness. I would recommend this dealerships service to anyone.

Why do people go to places like Fife to buy cars? I think there is a common misconception in Seattle that one will get the ‘Bellevue’ price if buying there. That is certainly not true. Cadillac of Bellevue has great prices and strives to work with you for your business.
Okay, so buying a car isn’t easy. The dealer wants the highest price, and the buyer wants the lowest price! The difference is, Cadillac of Bellevue has Nick. He stepped in and saved me from leaving a great Escalade behind. The negotiation took awhile, but Nick stayed positive, friendly and respectful thru the entire process. Any questions or concerns we had, he took it to heart. He truly had a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude in satisfying the customer. I ended up with a beautiful Escalade for a great price, and a fair price on trading in my old Escalade. Thanks Nick!
Also, I remain impressed with the Service Dept. at this dealership. They are very astute and try hard to work with your schedule.
One more little side note I would like to add… This is the place us ladies can go and be treated with respect when negotiating. They treat everyone with respect.
Buying a car is not a scary process at Cadillac of Bellevue, unlike other dealerships.
Go there, you’ll drive home very happy!

my Brian .! I buy Cadillac Escalade 2014 with Oscar Mosqueda at same dealer, after I buy the my vehicle and he say will sent to me another key, (come with the vehicle) but they never responsibility back to me, I try to call many times, and he asking me pay $ 200-​$ 400 more for the key. that suck. I don’t know how they can do business, don’t believe him.

Last week we were looking to buy a car for our daughter. We were looking for a FIAT 500. After a disappointing experience at another dealer, I saw that Cadillac of Bellevue had one on their lot. I contacted them online and had a response from Dylan first thing the next morning. I called and let him know we were very interested but had limited time and would be there in an hour. He called back telling me he would have the car pulled up front for the test drive.
True to his word, when we arrived the car was ready for a test drive. Now here is something different. Dylan handed us the keys and told us to take it out. You mean he isn’t going to sit in the back seat and tell us where to drive? We were stunned and surprised.
The car was just what we were looking for our daughter so when we got back we sat down to talk to Dylan. He presented us with a cost breakdown. He was honest explaining the car had been on the lot for a while and they would like to sell it. He showed us what the «out the door» price would be. Only one counter offer and we were done. A few minutes later and we went to sign papers. Car was detailed and we were driving it home.
This is an open and honest dealership. We would not hesitate to recommend them and particularly Dylan to anyone.

Got a new car there. I came in prepared with online info, talked them down to a deal I was happy with. They didn’t have what I wanted in stock, but could get one delivered for free… It would take quite some time, so they put me in a fancy nice loaner car for free for 10 days! Even drove it out to my home for me, since I’d been getting by without a car! They also kept me in the loop, calling every few days with status updates.
Alas, the original car wasn’t available, but they found another new car, same trim, but minus a sunroof… They honored their original deal, minus the cost of the sunroof. I then haggled them down a touch more for not informing me of the change directly, and they gave me a bit more.
Throughout, the whole team was professional, friendly, and definitely interested in giving me a great experience. Andrew, Nick, Ronnie and Keith were easy to work with. I had thought going into a dealership would be a nightmare. It was actually relatively painless!
It’s a traditional dealership, so you do have to do some negotiating, but it was never personal, nor at any time did I feel weird or small. Just remember, they want to make a decent profit, you want the best deal, and in between you can work out what you want.
You hear about car dealers being sleazy — I never got that vibe with Cadillac of Bellevue. These guys were professional and courteous. Nice to see salespeople doing their job and pushing cars, but NOT aggressively or unpleasantly.
Bottom line: would deal with them again. Customer service excellent. I got a great deal. Prepare to negotiate, you’ll be fine!

I recently got a used Cadillac SUV SRX from here. beware of all the additional charges they add in. For e. g Glass etching, which literally no one needs, $ 600. Car insurance, one of the most expensive ones. Take a look 3 times on the bill of materials added as they won’t even explain the glass etching and stuff to you.
When I bought this to their attention, they promised to refiund me. After 10+ phone calls and all promises, I have now given up on it.
Recommend not to go with them if possible.

Normally, I go to great lengths to avoid bringing my car in for maintenance at a dealership. I will drive a car until the bumper is scraping the road and the paint job is halfway peeling off and still not feel compelled to get it repaired.
Then upon seeing a friend of mine, he informed me that I spent a week driving my car around with the hood barely attached and how dangerous that was and that my posture was also terrible that day. What can I say? I’m useless.
Only men find shit like this without being asked. It’s like their dicks naturally seek to change your car’s battery, replace your toilet, and open pickle jars with a sense of urgency.
So I decided to quit letting my vehicles fall apart. After my car told me that it’s in need of service for a stability sensor issue, I took it into this dealership. Spoiled brat. It was serviced in under an hour and the problem was fixed. The invoice wasn’t even as ridiculous as I thought it would be.
My second visitation was for an oil change and that was pretty much zero hassle, zero upselling, and no disagreements to be had. They were friendly and dealt with my stupidity calmly. It drastically improved my day.
This is the least annoying dealership that I’ve experienced. Go to them.

I have had to buy 3 new cars in the last year, and this was the first experience I actually enjoyed. Normally, when buying a new car they care less about the persons satisfaction with the car and more about just getting a sale. This was the first dealership that took the time to go through cars in my price point, and patiently sit through my driving and wait for me to make the decision.
the only slight ding to why this is four stars is I feel when you are given that many options of cars its hard for both you and the car salesman to keep straight what car had which feature. I was pretty bummed when I was told the car I was buying had proximity lock but after I bought it found out it didnt. It was a minor thing I might have been willing to pay more for, we just messed up the details in the handful of similar cars I was looking at.
overall though its been an awesome experience, the detail job on my car they did after I took it on an 1000 mile camping trip was awesome and they have been nothing but nice to me, even after I bought the car. Other dealerships pretty much treat you like the scum of the earth after they make the deal and this one still made me feel like a person, which is huge in my book.

Just leased a 2013 ATS and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience! Rhonda and Anne got me an awesome deal. More important than the end result was the way they went about it. They didn’t lie to me (see «Brotherton Cadillac»), they weren’t overly pushy and they actually listened to me!
I started looking for the ATS two weeks ago. I worked with Bellevue cadillac, Doug’s up on aurora and Brotherton down south. My experience with Doug’s was fine, they were helpful but also didn’t give me a good vibe. My experience with Brotherton (which may not be typical) was terrible. One of their online sales guys straight up lied to me about having a car in stock that they didn’t! I don’t need to be babied but I definitely don’t want to be lied to. And finally my experience with Bellevue was great! They didn’t call me at all hours of the day, they continued to communicate with me via email and text (instead of insisting over and over that I come in) and when i said i didn’t want something they didn’t push it.
I use Unilocal to get honest opinions and here is mine: if you’re looking for a cadillac definitely contact Bellevue cadillac. I just had a pleasant experience, which is how every major financial decision should be.

I first have to qualify this in that I have not bought a car from this dealership, nor do I own a Cadillac. That said, if I were to buy a Cadillac I would go out of my way to AVOID buying from this dealership. I had received a $ 75 Callaway gift card from Cadillac last year at the Boeing Classic golf tournament. To redeem the card I only had to take a test drive. My husband and I were in the market for a sedan so we took a test drive. Rather than simply getting the card activated, we were told the actual gift certificate would be sent to us via email. I never got it. I sent 2 emails asking about it and never got a response. The exact same thing happened to a friend. If this dealership can’t honor a $ 75 gift card, I certainly wouldn’t want to buy a car or get a car serviced from them. The whole experience put me off on Cadillac in general.

Usually I have nothing nice to say about dealerships.
But Cadillac of Bellevue is where we take our Escalade to get serviced and they always do a good job at getting our car out within reasonable time. We utilize their online appointment setter and their drop box.
I usually set appointments for early in the morning like 6am then drop the truck off the night before and drop the keys in the drop box. Usually, by lunch time or early afternoon our truck is ready to be picked up.
Good customer service from the encounters we’ve had and never had a problem with their work.

Very good service from the service department. Some borderline warranty issues on the Caddy covered at n cost to me with no hassles. Thanks Government Motors!

My husband and I just purchased a new 2012 CTS Coupe from this dealership. We searched for a year for a new car for me and Cadillac had everything we wanted.
From the moment I drove in they were amazing, our sales guy, Art Sloan was one of the nicest, most interesting, and kind person I have ever dealt with at a dealership.
He was not pushy, he was fun to work with and I loved seeing him get excited when we would test drive a car.
He even showed me options I had not even thought about, like the coupe vs. the sedan.
The financing was easy and quick and painless.
I will def. recommend this dealership to everyone I know.
I love my new car and I love the people I worked with at this dealership.

Excellent Customer Service
We purchased an Escalade out of state and chose Cadillac of Bellevue for service. We have taken the car in two times now for service and could not be more pleased with the results. All of the guys in the service department are very helpful and great to work with. Both times they have fit us in quickly and our repairs were done perfectly. I highly recommend Cadillac of Bellevue. Two thumbs up!
