Infiniti of Bellevue Pre-Owned

I love going into car dealerships… and I also love getting a tooth pulled at the dentist… and goin’ to the DMV! Actually, strike that last one.
Well hey– it’s time for a new (used) vehicle and trading in a car and getting a new one is always painful– the time suck, the bargaining the HASTLE. But, I have to report great service from Infiniti of Bellvue. Fred and Brandon were honestly great to work with! They gave me a fair trade in and took time with me. No HASTLE on the test drive– asking if things were going ok. I just really appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured into anything or made to feel like I don’t know anything about cars, because– hey, I’ve done my research.
The car was clean, and I felt they worked out a very reasonable price. Fred was really easy going, considerate and genuine.
The lobby area was clean, hospitable and accommodating.
No matter what– whenever I leave the lot, I always feel a pang of sucker-​punch. I don’t know… it just feels like I got taken, but it feels LESS so after coming to Infiniti of Bellevue.

I had one of my most frustrating interactions with a retailer in my 48 years of life. I had my QX56 offered on Craig’s List and Infiniti of Bellevue contacted me enthusiastically wanting to discuss buying my car. They had my price, my vin# and gave me a clear commitment that we were in the ball park in pricing. They asked if I could come to Bellevue and I was crystal clear that I was not interested in driving an hour to the dealership on a Sunday evening to be given the run around. Here is a cut from the last email from them: «I’m EXTREMELY interested in your car. I’m buying cars for the Infiniti of Bellevue pre-​owned department. It’s a new location and we are trying to fill up our inventory.» Needless to say, we drove two cars and dedicated 5 hours of time only to get the run around from the Used Car Sales Manager. He wouldn’t engage with us directly, only though a sales person and came back with an offer 20% below my asking price which was priced fairly ($ 33.9K for 2011 QX56 w/​60K miles and two complete sets of tires/​rims (Road/​Snow). In the end, there were a few elements that they uncovered in their inspection to justify a reduced offer that I would have supported $ 1,000, even $ 2,000 off but since they felt that I was committed by driving so far, they tried to low ball us with exactly what they said they wouldn’t do. To top it off, when I shared my anger for the tactics they promised they wouldn’t deploy, the Used Car Manager Dan, said in all his years in the auto industry, customers don’t tell the truth and that I didn’t offer full disclosure. In essence, it was my full disclosure including all records of two cosmetic problems that we fixed that he used against us in the price justification. The tactics spoke volumes to the attitude towards customers but the reason I am posting this is simple. I hold integrity at the highest level in my business, my dealings and with my family. To have my integrity questioned to justify their behaviors that only negatively impacted me left me so angry that I am posting my first «1 Star» rating in my life.

This is the new location of Infinti of Kirkland, right across 8^th St from Mercedes/​Audi. It is a beautifully architected space, relaxing comfy chairs if you’re waiting, and a lounge with coffee/​hot drinks custom to your order, cold beverage and pastry fruit displays. My 5-​Star rating is based on my experience with the entire staff here, particularly Fred Rohavi, who is one of the Sales Managers here. I can’t think of anything else that a sales guy can do for you that he didn’t go above and beyond to complete for me. Fred texted me the pics I asked about the vehicle in question, kept me posted on other potential vultures that were trying to swoop in on my sweet deal before I could get there, and gave me a deal better than I anticipated. Fred is not pushy and gives you the time you need to check out everything and test drive, and he’s all about making every transaction transparent and clear for the customer. Heck, who can’t dig a guy who’s sold cars to Matt Hasselbeck and Sir Mix-​A-​Lot! I can’t tell you how happy I am with my purchase, and Fred and the team (Rohin and Steve) at Infiniti of Bellevue deserve a round of applause.

Last week I worked with Tunir and Nate at Infiniti of Kirkland. They were the most knowledgable, professional and fun car sales people I have worked with. Unfortunately rare with some salesmen, they replaced pressure with knowledge and seemed to have a genuine interest in «helping» me find the car «I» wanted. I have purchased three each Mercedes — Lexus and BMW’s over the last 40 years and Tunir and Nate, although young, were the best.
Give them a chance. They are young and they are «earning» their way.

I usually don’t write reviews but Infiniti of Kirkland is WELL deserving-​I have never had a more pleasant experience buying a car in my life! Tanir in Pre-​Owned was very knowledgable, helpful, and best of all-​not in the least bit pushy-​He listened to what I wanted –no up-​selling-​great guy!
Brandon in finance is outstanding in all ways! I cannot believe how excellent he is at his job as well as going way out of his way to make this experience the absolute best! He is truly one of a kind-​a big thank you to Brandon

My wife and I recently purchased a Q50 from Infiniti of Kirkland, it was the absolute best car shopping experience we’ve ever had. Both Dan (Pre-​Owned MGR) and Tanir (Sales) were patient with us providing weekly updates on inventory as we were looking for a specific Pre-​Owned vehicle. From start to finish we received the best customer service and most importantly honesty, at no point did my wife or I feel pressured. When the perfect car arrived at Infiniti of Kirkland (on a trade in) Dan called with the update and his best price; we were out the door within an hour. Dan and his team aren’t in the business to sell you a car once, they’re in the business to support you with every vehicle you need for life. We highly recommend visiting Infiniti of Kirkland for your next vehicle purchase.

A pleasant experience overall. I worked with a salesperson named Piper. He was very friendly, took time to get know us and didn’t pressure us at all. After identifying the vehicle we wanted, I asked if we could work a deal by phone as we had an appointment later that day. He obliged and called me within the timeframe promised. He made a fair offer in my trade in but didn’t reduce the sticker price. I counter offered and after consulting with his manager, came back with a counter which I found to be fair and acceptable. I explained I would pay tax and license in cash so I asked him to to give me an exact breakdown of what amount would be financed and how much would tax and license come out to. He struggled to explain it to me as he was only 6 months on the job. He didn’t B.S. me with some lame response. He did the reputable thing and said, let me go ask so I give you the correct information. I had already ran the numbers for myself and I wanted to be sure they matched why they had come up with. He called me back with his manager on the line but Piper did the explaining. I was cool with that as it showed great training from management. His manager was on the line just to support him in case he got stuck. After he broke it down, his numbers matched mine so we made a deal. I explained I had financing in place already and didn’t want extended warranty protection. I told them I would be in that evening and just wanted the car and paperwork ready. We showed up and 20 min later we had our new car. Great experience !

I’ve met convicts that have a better moral compass than some of the salesman that work here. These guys are straight gangsters, and they will feel nothing when they sell you a vehicle for way more than it’s worth. Plenty of better places to buy from.

My husband and I purchased a car last week.
FRED the salesman was professional, kind and knowledgeable about the car. We give him a 5 star rating.
Mario the finance officer gets 0 stars, misleading and pushy.
Unfortunately this is a recurring theme with Kirkland Infiniti as we purchased from them last year as well.

The WORST buying experience of my entire life. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
The ONLY thing that comes out of their mouths is lies. No kidding. Lie after lie after lie. I’ve never seen anything like it. From the services they performed on my existing car, to the charges and services they would and did perform on the car I bought. Over charging for everything, making up stories to cover themselves, broken promise after broken promise. The service and sales employees there would lie DIRECTLY to my face, again and again.
I finally wrote a letter to the owner to try to get some relief and never heard back from him. Left message after message and couldn’t get anywhere. From there, things only got worse, even though I didn’t even think that was possible.
A couple more examples, dropped my car off for service and got it back with ALL MY BELONGINGS gone, money, papers, toll pass, clothes, everything, They had thrown It all out. Gave me the excuse there was a misunderstanding that the car was a trade in.
After buying a used car, I almost immediately started having issues with it, turns out they totally lied about all the services they did to it, to get it ready for sale, so they agreed to fix some of them. They kept the car 4 days and did NOTHING but change the taillight light bulbs. Kept my car all those days and did almost nothing. They then left me a message saying they didn’t know what services needed to be done, even though I did a full walk through and used an Infiniti service checklist that was left with the dealership!
They are the BIIGGEST LIARS IN THE CAR BUSINESS. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM INFINITI OF KIRKLAND. YOU WILL WITHOUT A DOUBT REGRET IT.
I’m now taking my issues to the Attorney General and just want to shout to the rooftops about how horrible these people are.
One last thing I do want to mention, although the relationship was severely damaged and they had zero integrity in my eyes, things really got bad once I wrote the letter to the owner. After that is when the retaliation came in to the picture. That’s when they deliberately began to try to punish me and do as much damage to me as possible.
After the letter an example of things that happened —
Putting hundreds of miles on my car, told me and charged me for breaks they never gave me, gave me a loaner with no gas whatsoever, I made it on fumes to the gas station down street, threw all my belongings out (mentioned above). There is so much more that’s happened, I could write 10 pages.
Please don’t buy from Infiniti of Kirkland. Seriously.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Infiniti of Kirkland (Used Car). The experience had the potential to be positive, but ultimately came up very short.
For starters they indicated the vehicle had been detailed on the inside, but seriously doubt it ever was (if they did, they should fire their detailer). They also stated it went through their service area and checked out great — even providing brake life. I ultimately purchased the vehicle which actually went pretty well, but after a couple days noticed a fluid leaking near the front so took vehicle back (it’s a 2006) — there was a hose that needed to be replaced. I asked why it wasn’t replaced when it went through service/​inspection!!! The response I received is the driving force behind my two star rating — they stated it NEVER went through service and must have slipped through the cracks. It’s absolutely inexcusable for any dealership to allow a used car NOT to go through service.
Overall I feel Infiniti of Kirkland Used Cars should take a hard look at their operation and not be so consumed with turning vehicles, and rather place increased emphasis on the safety of their customers (ensuring service inspections — i.e. not slipping through the cracks) and customer experience.
