The facility is nice but the management could be better. Went there for a private party. The owner had her kids there playing! And they were bullying the other kids. My friend paid an arm and a leg to have her kids party there but the manager/owner acted like she couldn’t be bothered.

This is the first indoor play establishment I’ve experienced. I was really excited to find it. My mother, husband and 20 month old son arrived and were impressed by the play area for the kids. We got there in the afternoon and were planning on having lunch there as well, since they advertised a café. While my son was playing, I ordered the food — two sandwiches and a «chicken cutlet curry and rice dish». The lady at register even asked me to tell her the price of the rice dish, which I did but was kind of surprise she didn’t know the price. After waiting nearly 30 min, I followed up with the lady who took my order. At first she said she didn’t include rice dish and asked for my card. I said are you sure, I mean you asked me the price and I told it to you, I watched you punch in the price. She they said hold on, went to her register and realized I did pay for it. After waiting forever for this rice dish, I again followed up asking how much longer. The younger girl went to who I assume may be the owner, she was the oldest looking one on staff. They proceed to point at me, as I’m looking at them from across the room, and obviously talk about my follow up with the food. The older lady then smiles and waves at me, while the younger one just stands around as if I didn’t just ask her how much longer our food will take. She eventually comes over to my table and tells me 2 minutes, it came out in 10. After waiting about 1 hour for two sandwiches and the«chicken cutlet curry and rice» dish, our order was finally complete, HOWEVER the rice dish came out as curry sauce with rice(NOCHICKENCUTLET). There wasn’t any meat! After about two bites, my husband realized there wasn’t any meat only small potatoes. I then went to the counter to make sure I said the right dish(which I did) and then brought it up to girl who took my order. She seemed lost about everything. She then talked to that same older lady, who came to our table and apologized for the wait. She threw in these egg puff things(which aren’t that good) and said she’ll refund the meal. NEVER once did she mention the word difference of what I paid without chicken cutlet. She talked about how it’s a new menu, workers aren’t really familiar with it, etc. After offering a refund and letting us try some bread dish, I thought those were nice gestures, and we’ll just try to enjoy curry sauce and rice. But it wasn’t what I ordered, it wasn’t what I paid for, and my husband left much of it on the plate. But oh well, people make mistakes. Upon leaving, my husband said they gave him $ 2. I said what? I was confused. The older lady left the building and only the younger staff were there. They got her on the phone because I told them she said she was going to refund us. The younger staff passed phone to me and I was then told, «oh no I meant I was only going to refund the difference of the curry and rice dish vs. the chicken cutlet curry and rice», which was $ 2. She then tells me, well your husband did eat it, we have to account for our business cost, and we gave you that egg bread thing to try for free(which we didn’t ask for). I was shocked. But thought maybe it was a case of they didn’t have the meat(she did say it was new menu). So then I ask, did you even have chicken back there? She said yes. I said why didn’t you say that, I mean why didn’t you give me the option to wait for the chicken. She then said since you waited so long, I assumed you didn’t want to wait and just gave you the curry and rice to eat. I was shocked. She assumed I would want this and didn’t even have the courtesy to offer to give me the correct dish(which they had the whole time), or even change my dish altogether. How are you going to assume and decide for me what I should be okay eating, especially when you are the one who made the mistake. And at what point am I suppose to care about your company’s overhead in making one dish wrong. Over the phone, she basically began to negotiate with me, and said she can do a 50% refund. I said forget it. I politely expressed how disappointed I was in this visit and how it’ll be my last. This experience is going down as one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Great for toddlers and babies that crawl and are starting to walk. Not so much for older boys who need more action and a bigger space to be rough and tumble. I thought the price was a little steep, but it’s clean and the kids are happy so what the heck. One little kiddo took a header down the slide but landed ok since it’s super cushy at the bottom. If I had younger ones, I’d be back, but I think this will be a one time stop for me.

I really enjoyed taking my kiddo here for a play date! Very clean, colorful & cozy. Love the window benches with cozy cushion for a nice sunny day. Staff was friendly! & diligent in cleaning the young lady was vacuuming & spraying down the play area . The owner was very personable & friendly. The at area sported some cool slides & maze like tunnel. The seating area is diverse, they offered the cushion seats mentioned, bar seating & table top seating. All with a great view of the little ones. The bathroom were very clean & had cute little potty seats that were hygienic & clean. Another nice thing was you receive all day access with your initial admission fee. Thought that was pretty cool.

Visited this play café today, twice really thanks to the all-day admittance. here’s what I thought. Pros: –Small lay out means I can see my kiddo no matter where he is(just about). I don’t worry about him here like I do at some of the bigger play spaces. –Great for toddlers, all the toys, activities and obstacles are totally toddler friendly, and again that means no worrying for the parents. Everything was at the right ability level of my two-year-old, and he really enjoyed the whole play space. –Café is very convenient and the coffee is great! –Friendly, attentive staff. –Very clean and well maintained. –Paying to play means you can leave and nap/eat then come back later which is great. My toddler felt like it was an extra treat to get to go back again! Cons: –The price to play. I felt like a little over $ 10 to play was a lot considering the size of the space and the location.(Tucked back behind lots of auto businesses.) Just seemed like it would have been a bit better bang for your buck at a place like this. –The café is also very expensive. Got the smallest cappuccino they sell, it was over $ 4, which seemed like a lot to me. My tot got hungry and while the café is convenient after spending over $ 14 to be there I just couldn’t stomach paying even more for snack and drink so we headed home for snack time.

I’ve not Unilocaled in a while being busy with three little ones of my own now, but felt compelled to write one about this place after having just celebrated my daughter’s 1st birthday there. First off, let me say that the place itself is nice, clean, and good for little ones up through 7, maybe 8 even. Food catering was good but a little pricey for what it is. The party coordinator was helpful in a quiet manner. I had reserved the place for my daughter’s party for about 40+ people under the value package, which included an all day play for guests after the party time ends. I had to change the date from Saturday to Sunday a month ahead of the party and was ok’d for it. While at the party, I was told that my guests could not stay to play past 90 minutes and that I had to clean up 10 minutes before the 90 minutes(not the 15 minutes AFTER the party like we had talked about.) The owner mentioned something about another party coming in after, which I had thought meant that we had to leave the party room, not the play area. So I had to tell my guests they had to get ready to leave at 90 minutes and no extra play time for the kiddos. Thankfully the kids were all good about it. I wrote the owner to express my surprise and disappointment regarding this and she hasn’t written back since. We did not even get the 2 for 1 play passes for guests that was listed in the value package as well. I am very disappointed about this part as it would’ve been great if the kids(and their parents) were allowed to play longer(as listed in their value package!), so I feel like the owner did not care to repair this since they got their money already. I do not recommend this place if the owner cannot be honest and upfront about what they offer nor try to keep their customers happy with a follow up etc.

It’s located in the very back of some strip mall along with automobile body work shops, etc so it can be hard to find. The owner was very nice and the place is fairly small but is sufficient for toddlers. Mine had a great time playing(until she got hangry!) and it was safe enough for me to sit back and just watch her. I accidentally pulled out some snacks for my hangry toddler(sorry, instincts!) and the staff came to say no outside food but wasn’t mean about it which was greatly appreciated in the midst of a toddler meltdown!

I love this place. I come here with my two girls and they love all the slides/climbing toys. The balloon«room» is especially popular. The owner is fantastic and very involved. The place is clean and definitely worth the entrance fee of ~$ 10. They even have snacks for kids and espresso machine for parents ;) We recently had my daughter’s 2nd birthday party there. All guests were impressed and said they would come back. The table was set-up nicely and we had enough space/privacy to celebrate. They took care of every little detail and were super helpful. We’d definitely host a party here again. Thank you!

Callia and her staff are very friendly and helpful. they set up the tables with my selected theme and took care of all cleaning afterwards. the food was good and enough. all the kids had so much fun. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to celebrate a little kid’s birthday. Very well run.

My son absolutely loves this place and I like it because it is brand new and clean. The play area is always being cleaned while we are there to prevent spread of contagious diseases and germs. There was a little motorized self vacuuming gadget rolling around by itself while we were on the premises. Very cute and efficient. The food is of a decent variety and a bit on the pricey side but satisfying. I like the eggettes that you can get fresh off the griddle. It’s very reminiscent of Nyc Chinatown. My son loves the balloon area and the parents who frequent this business are always very friendly and respectful of each other. A really sweet and fun place to brig your kids to.

This is a fun place for toddlers and reasonable priced. The play area is closely located to the bathroom and café which is conveniant. While we were there they wiped down the large structures making the place look nicer. However, They weren’t actually cleaning places were kids touch and climb: like the makeshift ladder/staircase, side bars for the slide, handles for the ride on toys or bathroom knobs. Also they should have a small fridge for guests to easily access to store sippy cups or bottles. Also every wipes container was empty.

My son had his 3rd birthday here this past weekend and everyone had a blast! The place is very clean, bright and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff(and owner!). Wide range of food and drinks to choose from for the party. A great indoor playground for the kids and families. Highly recommended!

My younger daughter just had her first birthday party here this past weekend and everyone had a blast! The space is very thoughtfully designed with the café area, the play area, and bar stools set up around the play area so you can watch your kids play while eating food or drinking coffee. The owners are very nice and accommodating, and very organized — especially considering this place just opened. The slide is very fast so careful with the very little ones. But my 3.5 year old loved it and everything else about this place. Other parents there wanted to bring their kids back here to play. We will definitely be coming back — often!

I am rating this place based off of similar play spaces I have visited. Most tend to be about $ 10 for a visit. This is also $ 10, but includes all day access. So, you could always come in the morning, go home for naptime, and return later. That’s nice, especially if you live closer than I do. I actually just went to scope out the place, but the owner was kind enough to let my son play and see how he liked it. Since my son is walking, but definitely not running or super into climbing, a lot of these places are a bit advanced for him. I would say this place is also a bit advanced, but unlike some of the other places, it wasn’t super crowded, I was allowed to roam everywhere with him, it wasn’t excessively loud, and the kids were fairly well-behaved when I was there. They seemed to recognize that my son was younger and not up to their level, so they would patiently wait for him to move out of the way, or go around him. I liked the set up of the place: great cubbies to store your bags and shoes, open feel, bathrooms in sight of the play area, and tables as you come in for the café part. I have no idea about the food since I wasn’t there long enough to eat, but I will check it out on a future visit. The owner was very sweet, and I do plan on returning soon for him to play a little longer, even though I think he might still be a bit young for it. They also have craft events which look fun for slightly older children as well.

My son had his 5th bday party here this past weekend and everyone had a great time! We had the place booked for a private party w/90 people and it was spacious, clean and fun! The employees were very helpful and Callia(the owner) worked with me to plan a great time for my son. My kids(2.5yo and 5yo) had a great time and can’t wait to come back to play.

Know the owners so got the chance to check it out pre-opening. My 3 yr old son went absolutely wild running around jumping on the equipment and having a blast. I had to bribe him to get him out. He has been asking to go back ever since. The café wasn’t finished yet but it looks like my wife and I can sit and relax while he burns off all that excess energy.
