They are certainly driving their business into the ground by using the horrible Lasership delivery service which dumps your pkgs anywhere; good luck finding them. I would like to be able to select type of delivery service for my orders.

Really bad shipping policies and terrible customer service. Recently ordered large order of items we needed. Order shipped from New Jersey. I live in PA. Short ship time to PA (2 days) ten Lasership holds package 20 miles from my house for 11 additional days!
doesn’t care. First they don’t even read my original message– send back form letter about 1 day delay with Columbus Day. When I wrote back — they continued to spout policies about no guarantees. How do they think they will compete with Amazon if they partner with substandard shipping and brush off customers.

on September 8^th was a supply of an OTC item no longer available at retail, locally. I did price-​shop online, and found the combination of free shipping and item price to be the best for suppliers whose references differentiated them from the many potential fly-​by-​night online sources. Now seeing their more recent Unilocal reviews, perhaps that assessment was premature. Their website didn’t indicate anything other than the item being in-​stock and ready-​to-​ship. My order was paid ($ 96) thru PayPal, and the
confirmation was received within minutes. So far, so good.
From the point where this order was placed a steady stream of commercial emails began– it continues to this day. Obviously,
had declared their sense of priority, as two weeks later I was still waiting for my shipment. Despite all the emails, the courtesy of advising an out-​of-​stock or delayed shipment wasn’t among them.
The package arrived toward the end of the month. Fortunately, nothing ordered was fragile, as packing was (at best) half-​hearted. The product was reasonably fresh.
My experiences with
are a mixed bag, and they may see a reorder from me in the future. Their approach toward customer service leaves much to be desired, but at least I now know where their customers rate in their eyes. I wouldn’t have a comfortable feeling with their sense of organization and priority to trust them with a credit card.

I was shipped four bottles of mouthwash in a flimsy cardboard box, with the bottles floating loose. One leaked and made the side of the cardboard packing box very wet. I called to report the problem, was promised a replacement bottle. And guess what! A package arrived this morning containing one bottle of mouthwash leaking all over the inside packing slip because CARE WASN’T TAKEN to ensure that the bottle was snug inside the box, which was as large as the four bottles were originally shipped in. I called to report the problem and a very snippy customer service agent offered a refund on the fourth bottle. WHAT PERFECTLY LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE and the people they hire to package the stuff they send you don’t give a shit if it arrives in good condition.

. I also paid for 2-​day shipping ($ 9.99). I received part of the order in four business days and the other items I never received.
I called customer support and was told that it was the fault of the shipper. There was no offer of a rebate for not honoring the 2-​day shipping and I was asked if I still wanted the items! I explained that I had already paid a premium for the items and that unless they could rebate my shipping, yes, I would still like the items I had not received.
Incidentally, this is the second time I’ve had a situation similar to this with
, so I guess it’s really my fault… Lesson learned. I won’t use them again!
