What? Why no reviews of this store? It’s been here for years, located on the ground level by the old JC Penney entrance. I’m a huge fan of Quest bars(great source of protein, low sugar, and they’re tasty to me — unlike every protein shake I ever tried. But I digress…). I usually get them at Super Supplements, but I was recently at Bell Square and I was out of my protein bars so I ventured into this GNC. The store was devoid of customers. The young guy at the front desk was nice, asking me if I needed help finding anything. I didn’t, of course, as the display of Quest bars was right at the store entrance. And they had a good selection of them, and they were on sale(bonus! These bars are rarely on sale). I was a happy camper. I briefly walked around to see what other products GNC sells. Not a bad selection of protein powders and vitamins and minerals. My only reservation about this place is how they have two prices for most items: one for«members», and another for«non-members». Of course the prices for members is less. And there a price to become a member(an annual membership fee. I forget what it is, but I know it’s not free). I don’t like that. And I noticed the non-member price for items, in general, is more here than the prices for the identical items at Super Supplements. But hey, in a pinch, I can get my Quest bars here!
