Super Supplements

Worst place to purchase vitamins. Highly overpriced and the staff are not competant in the items they sell. The items are marked up and double the cost of what vitamin websites sell. I went to
. Way cheaper. Better service and they guarantee all their items. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

I went to this supper supplement which me my boyfriend, and family spent lot of money !!! I wanted to return the new vitamin I bought a month ago When I bought this I asked the sales person if I had reaction with this new product can I return it back or not? he said «yes «so I used this product five times, and made my body have lack on energy, and I feel like I will pass out. I went back to return it today 11÷1÷15 and I talked to the person who was by the door and I asked him if I can return this back? I said I used it five times and it’s not working with my body system. He looked at me With a very mad face he grabbed my tablet which they come in 60 tablet and start dropping it in his hand to count them, and of course lot of that vitamins fail on the floor :(he grabbed it from the floor dropped it back to the container and he said «half of this been used «I said no I used five times only !!! I said I need the gift card so I can get something else !!! He said they don’t give any gift card. I was so mad at him because he was manager himself and he could give me a gift card I’m been shopping here so many times. I grabbed my stuff and I said to him I will never give you business again:(he said it’s up to you have a good day. I was shocked they have some one like this rude person running there store as a manager other customers were around just listening to this conversation !!! Luckily I came home and I found my receipt so I went back I was hoping to see the same manager but it was some one else I told the new manager what happened and he said why didn’t he give you gift card I said that’s what I said to him but he told me we don’t give any gift card the new manager was shocked any way i know now I will never shop in that store again for sure not because I’m not forgive that manager. No I will not ship there again because I have respect for myself. I rather give business to other business who appreciate there customers !!!

Like siblings from same parents are not all alike, this one would be the crème dela crème. I always get good service leave feeling good.

The staff is very informative (if one doesn’t know then they get someone who does) on all the products because they actually use the products. I used to shop at GNC who only tries to sell u their most expensive gnc made over priced crap and have never used any of their own products or looks like they never worked out before (at the Factoria GNC).

They have everything, from vitamins to supplements. In addition to the mainstream work out brand names, Super Supplements have their own brand and natural medicines.

–Location is in east Bellevue, so slight drive to get there from downtown.

Great selection, decent prices, customer service people pretty knowledgeable and always ready to help.

Needed location, awesome staff, always fully stocked, great products, always super clean and organized, and of course awesome prices! That sums up the awesome experience I consistently have at this location!

I’m not sure why there are so many poor reviews, especially regarding the customer service. Every time I’ve been here, there is always at an extremely helpful and knowledgeable sales associate to help me. I’ve never had an experience where someone here isn’t friendly and welcoming.
One time, my immune system was breaking down from physical exhaustion, sleep deprivation, and the winter cold, so I started having allergies and slight infection. There was a woman (I wish I had gotten her name!) here who recommended the best natural supplements to take. My allergies were gone within an hour, and I fully recovered from infection the next day!
My mom loves this place, too. She would come here every time she visits, and would have me ship some supplements to her in Asia.
If people are just looking for weight-​loss or muscle-​building products, then isn’t the place. There’s GNC for that.

Good selection, terrible customer service. I have been three times and never once been asked if I need help — most times I have been the only person in the store with 2 other employees. Tip: If someone is wandering aimlessly down your aisle for 15 minutes, ask if they need help.

Hit or miss in this location, depending on who’s working. I stood in front of a product shelf for ten minutes, with an employee or two walking by. None offered any help. When I finally asked during check-​out if they were out of a certain product, the girl mumbled some answer, clearly not having any idea what she was talking about. They are also no longer doing the Stamp Card… so if you played their little game like I did, you just wasted your time.

this is a really nice store! i came in here looking for vitamin e oil. they have a lot of natural health & beauty products, essential oils, a small selection of non-​toxic household cleaning products, lots of natural hair color and gluten-​free and healthy snack bars. they even had two flavors of zing bars i’ve never seen anywhere else!
the people working there were friendly but it did take a long time for someone to ask if i needed help — which i did.

Honestly I thought Super Supplements was only a supplement store, but it turns out the selection here is more like an extensive selection of products you would find in the health section at Whole Foods.
Yes, you will find the aforementioned health supplements here at slightly better prices than most places. But the main draw for me is that they carry specialty personal care items like soaps, body washes, shampoos, body oils, etc. It was tougher than expected to find a shampoo and body wash with sea buckthorn oil as an ingredient. I went to a few shops and had no luck, but I found both items here.
The prices here are discounted at least a little from the MSRP price, which makes shopping here overall cheaper than places like Whole Foods or PCC, unless they are running a promotion. Though the prices on the Super Supplements website are even better than in the store. But I found it worth it to shop in store since I wanted the product now rather than waiting.
Since I didn’t ask for help, I can’t really comment on customer service. I don’t know if they are pushy with their products or not as a few reviews mention.
In conclusion, if you are looking for a specific natural personal care product and not having any luck at places like Whole Foods or PCC, you might want to try Super Supplements to see if they carry it. Though it might be best to check the Super Supplements website first than make the trip to the store and be disappointed.

Last Saturday, 04÷22÷12, I was buying in Super supplement in Bellevue and I could see once more, that is still the best in customer service, at the best prices and quality products. Amazing!!!

The employee are so friendly! They genuinely want to help which is really fantastic because supplements can get pretty confusing if you don’t know what you’re looking for.

I went here looking for something kind of specific and unfortunately didn’t find what I was searching for… however, immediately upon entering the store, I was greeted and directed to the area where I figured my best bet would be to find this product. A different employee came around to ask if I needed assistance and considered the product I was looking for and took me to another location in the store with other products for the condition I wanted to treat. Unfortunately there wasn’t anything perfect at the store, so my husband will just have to wait for his special shampoo to ship from the internet somewhere…
That said, though, the staff is obviously attentive and helpful. The store is clean and well organized. The prices seem decent. I didn’t feel like I was being quizzed or like I had to become a part of the specialty vitamin team as I do when I’m in a GNC. If I’m looking for something vitamin/​supplement-​like, I’d definitely go back.
It was a rare sunny day when I stepped in and the store was quite cold, so maybe bring a sweater if you get chilly easily like me!

I recently relocated from another State where I was used to purchasing all of my supplements at one store. In the first few weeks of living in the Bellevue area, I found it very difficult to find one store that carried everything. One day I went to 3 different stores.
I was very excited when someone from another store suggested I try Super Supplements. Oh, to my surprise they have everything! I was so excited.
When I walked in I was immediately greeted and was able to get assistance. It was a very pleasant experience and friendly atmosphere. I spent more than 20 minutes in the store. I was thrilled to see many other products that I love and are familiar with. The prices were what I am used to. I also found many things discounted. That was nice to see.
I am so excited to have found Super Supplements!

I’ve been to this store three times in the past three weeks. The first time, I had questions about protein bars and energy drinks. The staff had no idea about their product line at all. They were friendly — just not knowlegeable. The second time, I wanted to try some whey protein powders. The lady who helped me really knew her stuff! She was extremely helpful, and she also knew a great deal about the vitamin lines as well. The third time, I wanted to get two tubs of chocolate and vanilla whey powder, but the store was out of the chocolate, and when I finally found someone to ask about inventory, the gal wasn’t sure when the product was due to come in,
Prices are reasonable for these types of products, I think (although I’ve never really shopped around). The store is very clean and well-​laid out. When the store is well stocked, they have a very large selection of vitamins, protein bars and powders, drinks and more. When they are fully stocked. It’s hit or miss with the staff, though. If you know what you want, then you’re good to go. If you need advice and guidance, you may or may not be in luck, depending on when you go and who’s working there that day.

This Super Supplements is a much better alternative to GNC. No club memberships required, yet still great prices and selection, possibly better prices and selection. To echo Julia, yes their job is to sell you supplements, but I do not think they make commission. So they’ll push some products onto you that they are passionate and/​or knowledgeable about, but it’s not that bad. But yeah if you know what you want, stick with what you want and/​or need. I’ve come here for fat burners, whey protein, glutamine, flax seed oil (great to put in your dog’s food for shiny coats), fiber supplements, and hell even odor eliminators (they sell one that works a crap load better than febreeze IMO and it’s not too expensive).
Anyway another thing I really like about super supplements is that they will give you a full refund on products w/​in 30 days if you don’t like them. Not saying it’s an invitation to abuse the policy, but… you know all those supplements you see on TV and you always wondered whether they work or not. Now you can actually try em out and see if they are worth the hype or just a marketing scam. (i.e. a lot of that Xyience stuff does work, but the lesser known brands work just the same for 30% less).

This store is only a few years old and the layout is simple and useful. Staff are helpful but you have to be careful; their job is to sell you supplements, so it pays to be at least a bit sceptical. I prefer to go in there with an exact list of what I’m shopping for so I’m not sucked in by some new trend.
You can often find a $ 5 off $ 25/​$ 10 off $ 50 purchase coupon in the local shopping mailers and newspapers, and I’d say it’s worth it to look; it makes their normally pretty-​good prices hard to match.
They have a great big basket of free samples by the door. I scratch my woo-​woo itch as much as I want there for free. :-)
