Worst customer service, trying to return a dress never worn but he said there’s sprinkle on it. His attitude was really bad, and kept saying that the dress obviously was worn before. Of course it was worn, people go into your store and try that dress. Would never go back to that store again!!!

One of my favorite stores in Bellevue square. I loved the friendly stylists! They were so helpful and sweet!

This location doesn’t carry much men’s clothing. However, everytime I’ve shopped here, I have received great customer service. The thing that lacks is the selection of men’s clothing. The south center location has a lot for men. The Pacific Place location is about the same as Bellevue square.

Really bad customer support– WOULDNOTGOTHEREAGAIN I bought a sweater at Guess and when I wore it the first time a realized that the seam on one side was about 1.5 inches longer than on the other side. It looked very crocked. I took it back to the store for exchange or return, and… I had receipt and all, but I was told that their policy is to take return only of items with the paper label attached. Explanation, that trying to wear it with the paper label still attached is not good did not do me any good. The manager clearly stated that it does not matter that the item is faulty — no money back, no exchange. So I have a crocked sweater and there is nothing I can about that. If you agree with the that this level of customer support is wrong– don’t go to Guess at Bellevue Square.

I saw a woman wearing a tee shirt with«Guess» on it… so I said«Implants?» The customer service is a hit or miss at this location, sometimes they are helpful and other times not very friendly. I admit, I used to like their jeans back in High school but right now the clothing has no appeal to me. I come here mostly for my wife who likes their shoes/boots and jeans. But they are A-OK in my book compare to the South Center Mall Guess store location which is ghetto and so untidy!

I love GUESS shoes. They fit my feet like a glove & are sooo comfy! I was about to buy my latest pair on when I decided to look for a cheaper price on the GUESS website. I found the pair I like and remembered that if I order from a GUESS store, the shipping is free. I hadn’t seen them in the GUESS store the last time I ws in there but since it had been a couple weeks, I decided to call the Bellevue Square GUESS store. Dina answered and was super friendly. She put me on hold & verified that they had my specific style & size in stock. She offered to place them on hold for me. Then she added that she thought they may be a part of the next day’s promotion with an extra 40% off. She told me to call the next morning & she would scan them & let me know before I came in. Sure enough, the next morning I called, Dina scanned them and they were at a GREAT price!!! I was so excited that my co-worker went with me and also bought a pair! Dina exemplified fabulous customer service & as a result, brought on a new customer(my co-worker). I love my shoes & Dina deserves big props!

I don’t shop at Guess. I don’t like their stuff, however, I did stop in here to browse the other night. The staff was relatively nice, however I had a hard time taking them seriously. The store is sparse. There is not much here. I am not talking about quality, but quantity. The vast majority of the store is empty space. I get that they’re trying to give this big open feeling, but it’s a bit too much. I can see clear across the store without anything deterring my vision and it makes me feel a bit weird. I like having some level of privacy – clothing racks separating me from other shoppers, etc – because it gives me room to breath. That place is just too empty. But, it was clean, and nice, and I think it deserves an A-OK.

I love this shop. I exclusively shop from the sale rack because I’m not too good for a sale! They have great jeans, tops and even dresses that are marked way down. You can get a pair of designer jeans for under $ 40! Awesome. The salespeople have never been rude to me, maybe there are all different employees? Or maybe I’m just harder to annoy.

I have a secret. Once upon a time, many years ago, I used to work here. It started with me shopping here, graduating from the gangsta jeans and thug clothes that were hot in 1993, then finding out that designer jeans and clothing that actually fit are a bit more appealing. In 1994, working here while in high school allowed my wardrobe to triple from the 50% off discount, and I met a few celebrities coming in for the jeans — this is way before 7, True Religion, Citizen — As time has gone by(rather quickly I might add) I’ve went on to Barneys, Macy’s, Kuhlman, Urban Outfitters, and of course, my next favorite store: Nordstrom. With Guess Jeans, if I’m in desperate need of a new shirt for some event, I can always count of finding exactly what I’m looking for. Every single time. Never fails. This location remains my favorite, and I’ve been to every Guess Jeans store from Vancouver B.C., to San Diego, to South Coast Plaza, to the outlet Guess Jeans stores in Camerillo to Gilroy, CA, to Las Vegas. I’ve never experienced a bitchy salesperson here, but then again, I’m a guy. Throughout the years, I’ve watched the prices climb, and there was a time that once an item hit the sale rack, I’d never be caught in in again(ok, so once upon a time I was super vain). Anyway — you can find some great deals on the sale rack, but you have to keep looking every week, as the popular sizes go first. One thing: if you see a Guess Jean’s shirt at Macy’s, they usually don’t carry it at the Guess store.

I can’t quite put my finger on what it is about Guess that draws the ugly yet stuck-up b*tches as employees. This location is no exception. I mean, Guess is one of my favorite brands, but I will admit that it is a far stretch from the Gap or Anthropologie threads. It’s sheek and trendy, and gives you the confidence to feel hot when you’re wearing it. And for some reason, the store hires/attracts employees who have the confidence to treat customers like crap. I would love to tell my stories, but really– just visit a Guess store and you will understand. Unfortunately, I will always return because the brand is just so cute & reasonably priced.
