This person will use «Craigslist» to post advertisements and will seem nice but is really unreliable and unworthy of being a reputable car sales/​consulting person. They probably give you the same customer service as Comcast’s internet service, flaky, overpriced and unreliable.
Her name is Susan Harms or Sue. 425−221−5450. One incident involved her posting a vehicle and quickly flaking the arranged meeting day to look at the vehicle. This incident occurred after we had exchanged several text messages/​emails. Within the email, I had asked her if she would be okay with an pre-​car inspection from a reputable car mechanic (Gregs Japanese or Dynamix in Bellevue) and that is when she «already made a deal with her cousin» It seemed that several people were also patiently waiting for her return from «vacation» and were they must have been screwed over too.
hmm, that fast of a transaction on «vacation»? seems fishy huh?
My question to Sue is why did you even bother posting the vehicle? Many people supposedly offered more than the asking price but you sell it to your supposedly cousin for cheaper?
Your marketing strategies, unreliability and poor business practices are not going to be successful to the newer car dealership/​used dealership approach of «TRUST». Maybe go back to school or step into a car retailer and find that they don’t mark up or throw-​in things. They give you better customer service.

I bought a car that Sue recommended. It was loaded with issues. Tried to call her to discuss the matter. She would not answer repeated calls. Also her voicemail was full so no one could leave a message. I suggest you steer clear of Harms Auto Consulting and Sales.
