Jamba Juice

I love fresh juice, so i went in to Jamba Juice to get some. Fresh Juice? Nah, the machine is broken…
Clean? If sticky floors and the smell of vomit are considered clean…
Napkins? Nah.
I don’t think I will return to this location.

Ordered a Mango a go go this morning and after within an hour of finishing the drink, I got the worse case of diarrhea that I’ve had in years. Im a regular at this location so I’ve never had bowel issues after drinking shakes prior to today. I literally had to run into the restroom at work every 30 minutes for at least 3 hours. Reading the other review about how the blenders they use don’t seem to be cleaned properly worries me. I will never go back to this location ever. I highly suggest that King County Public Health perform another food inspection at this location. Not trying to be funny but I did have a co-​worker who came in during my second battle and ask me if I had mangos for lunch.

The cashier here does not know how to do her job at all. I had a card for bogo drink and food and wanted to use both. Nowhere on the card does it say I cannot combine the two in one transaction. This girl rang my friend and I up and charged us for two drinks and discounted the food… She didn’t try to even tell us we couldn’t combine the two offers until I asked her about it. Regardless, she could’ve discounted the drinks instead since they were the most expensive. No common sense. I presented a simpler fix: two separate transactions to which she replied, «I actually can’t.» More like you can’t actually do your job properly.
At least the drinks were decent.

Ordered the chocolate smoothie and the pineapple smoothie. Pineapple smoothie tasted better than the chocolate. Service was slow but wasn’t too long of a wait.

terrible customer service. walked in and saw a couple of people waiting and 4 employees working all with their backs turned. I stood in front of the register waiting for someone to help me or say they would be right with me. employees turned around and looked at me but no one said a word. finally one of the girls making the smoothies turned to the guy and said has she been helped? and he finally came up to help me. I understand being busy and all but I don’t think three customers compared to 4 employees working should be that difficult. when paying over $ 6 for a smoothie one expects better service at least to be acknowledged

Jamba rocks for introducing a ton of fresh juice options! I now like Jamba again.
Pro: fresh squeezed juices
Cons: sometimes too slow. They should have more people working to improve the slow lines.

By far this my favorite location! Always, friendly service and fast, plus professional. Everyone seems to be happy working here. Greeted everytime with smile! No problems with parking here. Plus, you can hit the rest of mall while you are here.

Your basic Jamba Juice. Clean and convient, nothing super special about it.

I love Jamba Juice! I would drink one every day if I could afford it. But most definitely not from this location!
1. I ordered a power and apparently this location had switched to the small-​med-​large set up (my normal location had not yet so I didn’t know) and I was given a medium. When I questioned them I was rudely told «we don’t have power we have large». When I asked why my order wasn’t rung up as a large when that’s clearly what I wanted and I was told «we don’t read minds we just make smoothies». I was irritated but it’s not that big of a deal so whatever — until I realized I had paid for a «large» (I know this because I drink them — a lot).
2. I noticed as I was leaving, and had already been drinking my smoothie, that the bottom of the blender containers (the plastic containers the smoothies are made in) were discolored — like brown, scummy, rotten fruit stuff kinda discolored. They look like they haven’t been properly cleaned in months!!! I have been to many Jamba Juice locations and have never seen blender containers that looked like that!
Between the rude staff, the nasty looking food prep containers and the upset stomach I got from my not-​so-​yummy smoothie I will never go back to this location!!! You might have to wait in line and park further away at (some) other locations but at least their blenders are clean and their staff is nicer!

Jamba Juice, unlike their competitors, has no added sugar in many of their smoothies. Just fruit and veggies! They are truly healthy and delicious!

Unless they forget your order, I presume there’s not a whole lot of things Jamba Juice employees could do to get a bad scoring. I like this location the most because (and of course this will be bias), it’s close to home, the parking lot is HUGE, and regardless if they want to be there, they always order and serve with a smile. Even when it’s hot in Seattle and the lines go out the door, they do well and don’t stress about their customers waiting.

I absolutely love Jamba Juice, I love fruit smoothies, and the fruits are fresh, you can see the person cutting the fruits up and blending them in the blender.
My only complain is that the price is kind of expensive. The store looks clean and organized and there are tables inside and outside where you can drink. I normally order the Caribbean Passion or mango, Jamba Juice is a excellent place.

If you have been to one Jamba Juice, you have been to all of them. The taste of the drinks are pretty consistent at every store that I have visited. And that is no different at the Factoria Mall location.
This store is bigger than other Eastside locations. Parking is another huge plus. But it does fall suspect to the problem that I have with Jamba Juice in that their stores are unwelcoming.
There is a vibe here that makes you want to take your smoothie and go. It does not have the ambiance of a coffee shop. Honestly, I don’t think any juice business has mastered this. Though Evolution Fresh is certainly trying.
There is seating at the back of the store near the mall entrance. Then there is an empty hallway followed by a little seating at the front of the store near the parking side entrance.
That empty space gives it a disjointed feel. It is an awkward setup because the back of the store feels like a foreign space to the rest of the store. I think a renovation would be good, but don’t think Jamba would bother given the expense.
The smoothies here are fine, though it is not the most comfortable place to lounge. The Panera Bread a few spaces away or the many seating areas within the spruced up mall offer better places to sit and unwind than Jamba.

I love the Smoothies here! Delicious and fresh. Friendly service, too. I gave it 4 stars because of the «pretzels.» I ordered 2 expecting them to taste like pretzels and, well they are just not. They were more like actual bread and dry, too. Pretty disappointing.

I am a carrot juice lover and this place happens to make good carrot juice.
Staff here are friendly in general, and few even remember your name. (I guess it’s hard to forget when you go there almost everyday during weekdays)
Nothing to complain about so far, keep up the good service and carrot juice.

I am a regular customer at Jamba Juice. Not just at this location but everywhere. Consistently good smoothie. Caribbean passion. Can’t go wrong with that.

Very convenient, neat and organized store. Cool staff members that are very down to earth. Love my Banana Berry smoothie with a Daily vitamin boost. Got my smoothie within two minutes of ordering. Just amazed and wowed at the rapid pace the workers get tasked completed. There is a variety of merchandise right across the counter, which is very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this location to people in the area.

I am a huge Jamba Juice fan so I have been to quite a few stores of Jamba Juice.
It is a generally neat and quite empty store right next to panda express.
The workers are quite friendly thought the place is quiet.
I personally enjoy the drink they make more than the other stores.

I nanny 6 and 8 year old sisters. They had never been to Jamba Juice. We looked up the secret menu online, and headed down there to try it out. This is what they had to say…
6: The smoothies were really good and healthy. I had chocolate covered strawberries with a vitamin boost. It didn’t take a long time for the food, and the smoothies you make at home aren’t as healthy. The people were really nice to us. We both tried each other’s smoothies.
8: It was the boost kind of smoothie I have tried in my whole entire life. Um, I had the sourpatch kids, it didn’t look like it was going to be sourpatch kids because it was pink, but it tasted exactly like sourpatch kids. For my boost I had vitamins. The service was very kind, and they made it very quickly. That’s why they are the best smoothies.

The smoothies I’ve gotten here have been inconsistent. I think it might be due to the high turnover rate, I’ve rarely seen the same people work here at this location.
Despite the inconsistency I still like jamba, my favorite is the Orchard Oasis. It’s peach, pineapple, strawberry and blueberry goodness.
