Jamba Juice

I’m disappointed to say the least. I’ve read some of the comments here and I do have to agree with them that this place doesn’t seem to like to stick to their hours. I am a regular jamba juice customer, but I’ve just been refused a service. More specifically, I arrived at the place 10 minutes prior to closing, but the doors were locked and the cashier mouthed to me from inside that they were closed, when it’s clearly written on their door that they are supposed to close at 9 pm instead.
Maybe I should consider coming in an hour earlier the next time I think of buying something from jamba juice, though it won’t be likely that I’ll be going to any in the near future.

i supposed to get my freking juice and they are really bad customers service they even they did not say hi or any thing iam a customer that means i pay them not to get bad treatment am feeling angry they treat me bad.

This place has horrible customer service. The kids taking orders yelled right as we walk in «how can we help you» in a sarcastic tone. They had friends in the waiting area who started laughing. During the order the cashier was yelling to their friends in the waiting area behind us. Complaining about not being on break yet. Plus they were making free smoothies for their friends as we waited. Very unprofessional. One of their friends who was maybe an employee (he was wearing street clothes) started making smoothies for his friends and didn’t wash his hands. Yuck! I will never come back. Any suggestions for another smoothie place in Bellevue? Smoothie was good one star. ⁸⁄₁₉ 7pm.

Very disappointed and upset! We came to this location TWICE in the morning on July 25^th, 2015. ONCE at 7AM stated on the store front hours and ONCE at 8AM stated on the online page. Nobody was there to service us and we had to get a little league soccer team some Jamba Juice in the morning for a tournament. NEVER been to a retailer who didn’t open on a Saturday morning by the time they state they are open…
Such an inconvenience and now we have to drive farther to feed all the little children…

Jamba Juice what a drastic change with your staff and management. Service standard have surely improved over the last few months. Great new faces as you walk in. Very friendly and providing exceptional customer service. This has surely helped in improving the smoothie standard. Your smoothies are slightly pricey compared to other smoothie joints. We understand rent is hire at the mall so it’s ok.

I had never gone to Jamba Juice before and when my cousin heard that, he took me there later that day. When I got there, he ordered something for me from the secret menu and man was I blessed! After that I became a fan and plan on visiting more often.

Jamba Juice — you lost me. You lost me a month or two ago and I am just now updating my review.
I was frequenting you 3 — 4 times a week paying roughly $ 15 per visit. I had been going to your location regularly since June 2012.
You were out of ingredients for drinks almost every time I came in. I’d order a veggie harvest every time and you’d be out of greens or beets or carrots. Seriously?! ALL THE TIME!
Your smoothies are always chunky, I had thrown several away that were not drinkable — to where I was (at the end) ordering it double blended.
Talking with your employees, I say Safeway is right next door, can’t you take out petty cash? They say we are only allowed to take out petty cash for bananas and peanut butter. WHAT??? Pretty ridiculous that you can keep bananas and peanut butter stocked, but not other ingredients. I come in 3 — 4 times a week and just want the same drink every day that is on your menu.
I gave you MANY chances. For a smoothie/​juice place you are super consistent at being out of ingredients. No thank you and I’ve happily taken my money elsewhere.

staff seems to be comprised of high schoolers who try, but aren’t doing the greatest jobs. orders came out on par, but slow (er) compared to other jamba juices. okay seating, but no electrical outlets or restrooms.

4 large and 1 medium orange juice $ 41.33,I give $ 50.00 cash, she say I can’t take $ 50. Dollar bill? Ok where is the sign say we don’t accept $ 50 dollars bill and $ 100 bill?

Friendly staff, always very quick and they all have smiles on their face. Small, kinda cramped inside when it gets busier though. Always seems to be pretty clean as well. Easy to read menu and drink pricing.
My go to drink is the Caribbean Passion — delicious! Every once in awhile I’ll add a boost or two, especially if I’m feeling sick.
There is a secret menu, but I have never ordered anything off it!
Also to other mall employees, they give us a mall discount! So make sure to ask for it! :)

You probably know what to expect from JJ smoothies. I personally think they’re delicious and love that they’re introducing more fruit/​veg only options without all the juices and yogurts.
The employees at this location are always friendly and as quick as possible. It often seems understaffed, but they keep smiling and blending away as best they can. Special shout out to the cheerful brunette girl who works early mornings — I can tell even when she’s stressed she puts on a smile and asks friendly questions to her customers.

So I’ve been waiting 20 mins for 2 drinks. On a Saturday that’s no bueno. They had a new girl and someone that hasn’t been there. Very bad customer customer experience

Super friendly staff and great service! The smoothies here are just perfect they also offer a secret menu.
My favorite here is the white gummy, if you have a sweet tooth be sure to give this one a try you won’t be disappointed!
The only drawback to stopping here is the parking, not much in front and the ones there a very tight. There is additional parking in the back but this is a place to consider walking to if you are in town.

I was super disappointed with the service — AND the product — today. I came in with my 2 kids and ordered 3 drinks. I went to use my ISIS wallet (the tap to pay on my phone) and the cashier had no idea how to do it. She called the manager over and the manager didn’t know either. I was supposed to get $ 1 off for using ISIS. Finally I just said forget it. It was embarrassing to hold up the line. Then the actual pay portal wouldn’t work. So she moved to the next terminal and re-​rang my order. Because she moved terminals, I forgot to reenter my phone number for the rewards program into the new terminal. When I asked the manager to enter it retroactively she told me, with a bitchy attitude, that there was nothing that could be done. Fine. I let it go. Then our smoothies came up, and every one of them were shorted at least 2 oz. How disappointing. I hope this was a one-​off bad day, and not a developing pattern for this location of Jamba Juice.

Know your allergies. For years I’ve always loved the chuncky strawberry parfait!!! Always a bit afterward my throat didn’t feel right, just a bit uncomfortable.
One day I had 2 in the same day and my throat was hurting and swelling up. This is my fault of course because I must be allergic to something in the chunky strawberry but it is sooooo bomb!!!
This location is like any other Jamba location. They are all consistent in product and a bit of a wait which is fine as long as the product they turn out is good.
Nothing over the top which is 5 stars for me.
4 stars means consistently good product/​service.
Did I mention I love the Chunky Strawberry???

Well, it’s a Jamba Juice!
The location is pretty central to Downtown Bellevue, so I find it convenient when I’m looking to get my Jamba on during the work day. The people appear to be friendly the times I’ve come here. The store is clean. The parking here though, is beyond horrible. If you’re craving some Jamba around lunch or after work, this is not the place to go.

I have been going to this Jamba location for years and have not had any problems. The store opens at 6 AM, perfect when I need a smoothie before heading to the office. My new fav is the Apple and Greens. Obviously this is not health food, but I can’t complain about the low fat content and decent fiber! Anyone who lives in Downtown knows trying to park at this location while Chipotle is open is a mistake.

Normally, Jamba Juice is good with keeping the food/​drinks the same across all locations so this review is just about the customer service at this location.
My friends and I were on our way to church and wanted to grab something quick to eat/​drink. We searched Unilocal and found that this was the closest place open. We arrive only to find that Unilocal was wrong and it actually opens 30 minutes later. We knocked on the door and the guy signaled 10 minutes (or it could have been 10 o’clock but the open/​close sign said it opens at 9AM so that couldn’t have been it). Since he said 10 minutes, we waited…
30 minutes later, he opened the doors when the store opened. If he came out and told us, that he wouldn’t open until the store business hours, we would have left and not been upset. It was the fact that he told us 10 minutes but made us wait until the store opened.
After he opened up, I asked about the sandwiches and he told me it would take 3 minutes. About 5 minutes later, he told me it takes time for the machine to warm up. When I asked how long that would take, he said he doesn’t know. I wish he would have told me this before I paid for it.
Definitely won’t be back here.

I love me some Jamba Juice. Hanging out in Bellevue today I found myself feeling really hungry just before I drove back to Seattle. Not wanting to sit in traffic and feel my stomach growl, I noticed a Jamba Juice across the street. I duck in and order up my usual — a Caribbean Passion. YUM!
But I also spotted some pre-​made sandwiches that they toast up on the spot. Sure, why not, I thought. So I got one of those too and ate a delicious meal before getting back home to Seattle. I usually hate traffic but it was so slow getting home that I had plenty of time to (SAFELY) eat some lunch. *I don’t recommend driving while Jamba-​ing, but hey — I was hungry.

Don’t come here during lunch time — the parking lot is overrun by the Chipotle next door and it is impossible to find any parking!
Other than that — great service — same as any other Jamba Juice really! I love love love their smoothies, probably because they make them extra bad for you with tons of sherbert and other goodies.
