Jujubeet bellevue is not consistent with their customer service or quality of food. Their Go nuts wrap is either stuffed with so much veggies it falls apart or too little. Also labeling of the juice bottles for the cleanses is not consistent. Customer service is the morning is terrible. I didn’t feel welcomed; not a great way to start the day. I definitely will not tip for poor service. For the price I pay for the juices and smoothies I expect consistent customer service and quality food. I hope the owners look into improving training their employees.

Bleh. The smoothies and juices are not good. They barely put any greens and fill it with water/ice. Where do these small juice businesses get off thinking they can charge $ 12 a smoothie? I live in this building and I will still never return. I can make a smoothie at home with 3x the greens for half the price. I wish there was a Jamba Juice in place of this store. Although Jamba Juice may add more sugar than desired, they at least charge half the price for their smallest cup size and have way nicer employees! Maybe I like the way larger companies/corporations run their businesses because they can guarantee fair prices and employees that aren’t just sitting around and acting like they would prefer you to leave. Don’t worry, I wont be back! I hate giving one star reviews but I think rude employees, over priced items, and lies about how much greens are really put in my smoothies are fair reasons for 1 star.

Overpriced with a bit of attitude. I really, really want to like this place because it’s close to where I live. However after experiencing a «take it or leave it» attitude a couple of times with their overpriced products, I’d rather walk to another place… in the rain… with no shoes. Recently I paid $ 10 dollars for a watery smoothie that was about a half inch from being full. After requesting it to be topped off(like the second one that was provided right next to the first), the employee got down and looked at it and said it hit the fill line. $ 10 bucks is a premium price that deserves a premium product & service. To top it off, this was after they put extra ice in it to fill it up(and failing) and still thinking there was something wrong. Result: watery partial product delivered and a customer that won’t be spending $ 20 a week at your store anymore. And they ask for tips? Why does every service person think they deserve tips for a purchase? This tip request for non-tip service is ridiculous.

I’m a cleanliness freak, and unfortunately since going to this place about a year ago to today it has gone down hill when it comes to being clean. The thing I always think about is, if they can’t keep the front looking well and the stuff behind the counter that we can visibly see, what’s going on behind the scenes? The two smoothie mixers were loaded with old smoothie mixes, there was stuff all over the floor, and the counters were dirty and needed a good cleaning. The inflammation shot was fine, a little on the bland side, I remember it being much more sparky the last time I had it. The happy greens was good, loved the taste and it was filled to the top. Well done. Wished they would use something other than plastic bottles though. I gave three stars due to the cleanliness.

We love this place! Have a hard time not getting one of everything when we go. Awesome elixirs too for colds, energy etc!

Fresh! Organic! Amazing! Addictive! If all juices taste this good, I’d be drinking a lot more juice. And I am! Came in here last month for a quick post lunch drink and ended up buying their half day cleanse for 3 days! Talk about juice overload. I’m a very picky eater /drinker. I dislike almost all juices out there except fresh squeeze green apple juice. I’m allergic to orange juice and I dislike most acidic things. Most juice places have«juices» in their juice. Ahem~ evolution fresh! And it taste horrible! How can you taste organic and fresh ingredients if you add a ton of processed stuffs in it?!! You can’t! That is not the case here at jujubeet! Most juices are made fresh to order with 3 – 5 ingredients that you can spell, pronounce, eat and taste! Talk about Ahmazingggg! I even loved their green juice! Happy greens~ organic spinach, kale, fennel, cucumber, celery, Apple and lemon! All organic! Crantastic is a smoothie made to order! It has a kick of ginger! Just beet it~ my absolute favorite juice from here! It’s all about beets! And no coloring! Very tasty and refreshing. I can drink this all day :) The spicy elixirs are pretty amazing too. Super immunity has major kick! Super hot! The lemon water is a simple lemon and water. And Go nuts with almonds! It is super tasty and very filling. Juices and smoothies are not cheap here. Average is around $ 7.95 and smoothies can run up to $ 9.95 for each. But think about what you’re paying for! Organic products, fresh made to order service! Zero added sugar! And they all taste amazing! I wish I can drink their juices all day everyday!!! I may even give up my beloved pasta! For one meal that is :)

So since my Juice experience here, I have gone back several times for just one thing. the Acai bowl. This, they do well. Its just a thick Acai smoothie topped with granola and fresh fruit. for $ 10.70 it’s damn expensive but like I said before I get pretty lazy. I have yet to try their juices again, but over my repeat visits I have noticed they have some people that love the drinks. I guess it just wasn’t for me.

Yeah, for what I paid for my smoothie I could drive to macphearsons and buy two to three bags of produce and then make a stock pot full of juice. Another ten dollars would net me a carton of almond milk and a container of almond butter… Which would be ingredients for an additional ten or so smoothies. I feel robbed.

I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cold service I just experienced. I bought a 1-day cleanse yesterday from a young lady who was informative and very helpful for a first time cleanser like myself. I didn’t realize that one of the smoothies in my cleanse had pear in it, which I am allergic to. Although it was my fault for not including that in my form at the beginning, I would think that a business like Jujubeet would gladly honor this despite my mistake. The lady working today tried to guilt trip me about it as I asked if a new one could be made. I even think she went in the back with the blender to spit in it or something because she went out of sight with the blender! Other than that, great tasting juices and smoothies…

Walked here from the Westin after doing a search for Acari bowls and finding this place on Unilocal. It’s a cute little placed with nice décor. There were two people working and from the looks of it one was training the other. It took a little longer to get my bowl because of the training but I didn’t mind at all, they were both very friendly. I got the Acari bowl with added protein, it was soooo yummy! I also got an energy ball which was yummy and did give me some energy! It was a bit pricy so not something I would get regularly, more of a once in awhile treat.

This place is convenient and perfect for a quick lunch or even if you have some time to relax. I have tried a wrap, the soup of the day(thai peanut) and two smoothies and can not wait to try more. I was impressed by the the quality, taste and freshness. It can be pricey, as most organic places tend to be. Do I feel like the price was worth it? yes. They also have a reward program where you can earn stuff back for every dollar spent. The staff is inviting and helpful answering questions over the menu. The café has a super cute and simple layout. I am happy that I gave jujubeets a chance and will continue to go there on my lunch break.

This place is convenient. Juice is a great way to get your nutrients and the pre made ones in the cooler are great, but I will admit… I’m a little skeptical about how many days they have it written down that you can keep the juice. Not that I’m skeptical it will go bad, my skepticism is only in how nutrient filled the juices are if they have sat a few days. The juices are tasty and for me, I don’t have to go through cleaning out my juice extractor(yes, I have not upgraded to a masticator which I hear is easier because my mom gave me this juice extractor that is almost as old as I am… but also means it is much harder to clean.) My dad has been ill and has been juicing daily and it is a nice break to come in and have a juice made for him… and yes, it can be pricey but… do you know how much organic produce costs these days? And do you know how much produce goes into a juice? To me, it’s worth my time not to have to do go buy the organic produce, lug it home and clean and chop it, then clean the machine after. it is worth it’s weight in gold. It makes for some good juju.

I’m loathe to admit that I’ve become a bit of a juice junkie(or «connoisseur» as my husband is so sweet to say.) I’ve even purchased a masticating juicer for home — I don’t go for fruit based juices or anything that has more than a touch of Apple or pear but even that I will avoid, if possible. It’s green, green, green for me! I needed a quick juice fix and didn’t feel like heading over to Seattle so I searched Unilocal to see if any new places has cropped up.(I think there’s a bunch I just don’t know about.) This one sounded good so we went to check it out. I was really hesitant to go to Bellevue because… Well, Bellevue. I hate dealing with the malls and such — but the location of this one was nice. It was situated away from the main mall areas, parking was easy peasy, and no crowds at all.(Mind you, it was early Sunday evening.) They have a decent juice and smoothie menu, enough options for someone like me who wants mostly greens and VERY little to no fruit. I got the green limeade which had just a touch of Apple and a good deal of lime flavor.(I LOVE lime, it’s a nice change from lemon and they did not skimp!) I got the same for my 5 year old son and he loved it. My husband got something with red bell pepper(immunity something?) and he chugged it down. I also grabbed a couple already made bottles to go for the morning. I grabbed the«millet balls» to take as a snack on a long flight for the next day. I couldn’t resist taking a bite — they’re tasty! The salad and wrap options liked delicious, I’ll definitely go back to try at some point. I like that they have a points-frequent buyer type thing and the staff was really friendly. Lastly, I was pleased with the prices — I’m used to paying the same price for smaller bottles. $ 7.95 for 16−18oz of my green limeade juice was a fair deal. And the last few times I’ve asked them to skip the apple in my drink and they happily replaced it with more green. I dig the points system, too — I recently had enough points for a free juice but decided to hold on to them and maybe go for a smoothie next time.

I wish I could quit you, Jujubeet. This location is, however, far superior to the Redmond location in terms of consistency and quality. I love what they are all about, but they are far too overpriced considering their customer service is terrible. I’ve only had two women who worked there be nice to me, and one of those women was the owner. The other employees that I encounter seem like they hate life, I honestly have no idea how or why they have a job in the service industry. If it weren’t for the terrible customer service, I’d be here more often. I’m almost tempted to start working here so I can turn this place around.

I am officially addicted to their protein acai bowl and Tropical glow juice! I am not impressed with their service and hospitality though, which is unfortunate considering how often I come here.

High end juice place. Really good prepackaged juices but they are not cheap. The smoothies were just ok, I got a green one and it needed more flavor. Best part is you can go to top pot and get a doughnut after

This review would have gotten three stars if it wasn’t for the great customer service. I’m not sure of his name(he didn’t have a name tag) but he was so friendly and helpful. He explained the drinks well, he definitely knew what he was talking about. He was friendly with everyone who walked in the store and apologetic since the line was a little long. He is definitely an asset to this juice bar! As for the product… I got an acai bowl. The acai tastes good, would have been a little better if it had some sort of tangy fruit like apple juice or orange juice in the mix. The fruits were fresh and tasted good. But the granola was very odd, no oats(which is my fav part) only a ton of seeds and dried cranberries. Maybe it was the amount of granola put in there… But it was overdoing it for me. If the bowl had original granola and maybe some agave sweetener on top… It would have been an easy five stars! I haven’t tried the smoothies, I’m sure they taste great! I will definitely give this place another try, I will just modify the bowl next time!

How did I not know about this place? I randomly stumbled in their shop today and was extremely satisfied! Everything was fresh, no preservatives and yummy whole foods! Think — your grandma cooking evolution fresh style but even fresher and yummier! I bought a wheat grass shot which was delicious and I think I’m still buzzing from the energy. A quinoa salad which was $$ but yummy! And I also bought a lil millet ball– protein and almonds= I’m happy. I also noticed they had one of my fave brands of protein– sun warrior! yey! very very very good work guys! The staff was friendly and energetic(prolly the bee pollen which they said gives energy! I’ll have to try next time) I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Jujubeet! Im coming for you! ;) Overall, these guys get five stars Cuz this type of store and mission are just simply my heros and I wish everyone would jump on the wagon.

Would not recommend. Poor tasting smoothies and the WORST acai bowl I’ve ever had. I’m used to paying $ 10 for a bottle of juice back in SF so I have no problem with the price. What I’m not okay with is the poor quality. I’ve given this place two chances and both times have been extremely disappointing. I also agree with the reviewers below with the subpar service. The cashier girl did not want to explain the points system to me at all. She rushed through it mumbling with a bad attitude and I did not hear a word she said. The first time I got the green beauty premium smoothie and it did not taste like what the ingredients were. Second time I got the acai bowl and it was the worst acai bowl I’ve ever had. First off, my cup wasn’t even filled halfway with acai(what’s the point in this huge cup if you’re not even going to fill it halfway with acai?) it was seriously CHILD sized. [see photo] Second, the acai base contained lemon juice or something similar in it. I’ve never had an acai bowl that used lemon juice as their primary base(it’s usually apple juice or soy milk). All I could taste was tart lemon juice. If I closed my eyes and ignored the purple color of the acai, I would think I was eating lemon sorbet or something. Third, about every other bite I took had raisins/dried cranberries that I had to spit out(I guess that was in their granola). I’ve never had an acai bowl that contained raisins/dried cranberries. It just does not go well together at ALL. Last of all, they couldn’t even get the fruit right. Strawberries were hard and tart. Poor acai, poor granola, poor fruits, poor portion. I definitely DONOT recommend. I honestly don’t think the people who put acai bowl on the menu have ever had a real acai bowl. I don’t know what the heck I was eating but it sure wasn’t an acai bowl.

My new favorite breakfast spot in downtown Bellevue! Why? The Muesli Bowl with fresh fruit! I also enjoyed one of their seasonal(peaches and greens!) smoothies recently, but was much more satisfied by the Muesli Bowl and quickly realized that both are too much food. I like that the fruit toppings in the bowl are not always the same… one time I got strawberries and banana slices, another time I got those two plus blueberries. The prices are a bit high, but juice bars normally aren’t «cheap» spots… especially when they use organic ingredients. I believe the manager said everything except one(kale?) salad is vegan. The café is also super cute. I love the little plants on the tables and the wall next to the big table. The most«interesting» thing about this location is probably that they’re next to Top Pot doughnuts. Makes me wonder who their neighbor is in U-Village! Their third location will be next to a fitness(barre?) studio in Redmond Town Center.
