Freakishly fast my ass. Delivery took over an hour. Gal called me and said that the delivery guy had tried to call and got no answer(funny. I got her call) and he couldn’t find the address that I had given on line. They have delivered here before. I walked to the street corner and waited for delivery guy #2. He was very apologetic, but still doesn’t make up for the fact that my sandwich was so late. Plus, there was no straw in the bag. To make matters worse, I had pre-tipped since I ordered online. Get it together you guys!

Why do people like this stuff? Stopped in for lunch last week, only my second JJ experience, but that’ll do. Bread(sub style roll, even though I ordered a club) is nothing special, almost plastic stiff on the outside. Meats were certainly fresh, but standard condiment build made this an absolutely nothing special meal. I just don’t get the mystique. Employees were fine, but the product is so «me too» that this me will go to a different door for food from now on.

These guys are so fast. Our office gets their sandwiches basically constantly. I love their commitment to speed as they jog through the halls. I love their french bread and their mayonnaise and their even distribution of toppings. I love trying to only eat half but not being able to resist finishing the sandwich off. I love Jimmy John’s. Some tips, because really I’d give 4.5 stars: — They give you like a tsp of avocado spread. I’ve ordered extra avocado and still have gotten sad smears. — One time, delivery did take forever. Usually it’s within 30 minutes, though.

I was mad at them for a while because they stopped delivering to my area… but then I found out it was for good reason so with that. They get 5 stars. I love the vito with lettuce instead of bread. The staff is really nice and helpful and the delivery team is great too!

Slowest JJ’s ever for delivery! I’ve yet to order where it comes less than 45 mins. Everyone in my office knows if you want something fast and easy then this location is not your pick — if you want a sandwich in an hour then they are it! Freaky fast… more like snails pace fast!

I just ordered from this location. The delivery took 45 minutes and the driver was a bit rude. I’m use to better service from Jimmy John’s in Auburn WA,

These guys deliver to my office on a daily basis, all the employees are really awesome, my order had never been messed up, and always tastes AAAMAZING! It takes a little longer to get my order right at lunch 1130 – 1230 which is understandable so if you want your food around that time order a little earlier then you usually would. Thanks guys for being so amazing and saving me when I forget my lunch!

Like other Jimmy Johns locations, this restaurant overcharges almost every customer who purchases a club sandwich on wheat bread. They sneak an extra $ 0.75 plus tax on top of the advertised price for wheat bread club sandwiches. The extra cost for wheat bread is only supposed to be applied to their cheaper sub sandwiches, but the franchise owners are ripping off customers who order the premium club sandwiches on wheat. Worse than the ripoff is the fact that the managers and owners KNOW they are improperly overcharging their customers, and that they are doing it without informing the customers of the bogus additional charge. Unless you point out the mistake and insist upon them removing the overcharge they will not do so. And sometimes they still won’t do it because they’re clueless teenagers who think it’s ridiculous to fuss over an extra $ 0.83 charge(with tax). This undisclosed and improper charge violates Consumer Protection laws as well as good business practices, because who wants to trust a business who deliberately and secretly keeps robbing their customers, making several hundred dollars more than they are entitled to each week per location(confirmed by a former JJ manager). Neither the franchise owners nor the JJ corporation itself has taken any measure to remedy the overcharge, despite admitting it is wrong. So, boycott JJs, or at least demand that they remove the overcharge from your order prior to paying for a club on wheat. Personally, I’ll never give them another cent.

There is nothing wrong with the food here, but I have a huge issue with the staff. I ordered a sandwich online for delivery and tipped whatever 15% was. When the delivery man came in her asked me if my tip was a joke… So rude. And took some candy that my company offers to our guest and said, «this will do as the rest of it.» I also have a coworker who ordered over the phone and had the staff tell her that their drivers accept tips as well.

Called on a Saturday at 3:30 pm for a delivery order. I am located 1.8 miles away from the store and these guys said that it’s too far and that there is no store that will deliver to me … Are you serious?

Apparently the boundaries for delivery were redone and now they won’t deliver to a business 1.3 miles away. Pretty poor service for a chain that seems to pride themselves on their delivery. I’ll drive past JJ and go to Jersey Mike’s every time now.

I don’t think I need to review the taste if their sandwiches as these are pretty standard. For this location I am only rating delivery service. I work a block away and service has always been quick. I usually get my sandwich within 15 mins of ordering. Only one time did they screw up and forget my veggies(yea, not sure how that happened) but I called and within 10 mins I had a new sandwich, free of charge. This is always a good fall back when I don’t have lunch and need something delivered quickly.

e-mailed to the corporate office: On 8÷10÷14, at about 1200, I placed an online order at store #0594 which is located at 141106th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA98004(order #108914796).(deleted sentence about where I live) Let me start by saying that I love Jimmy John’s and I’ll be back but I’ve been very disappointed at this particular location. I’ve never used the online ordering service before so when I walked in I tried to get the attention of the employees hanging out between the front door and the registers. They were talking amongst each other and never stopped to see what I needed. I waited but was ignored so I said, «Excuse me» but that didn’t see to do anything. I just talked over them and asked, «I placed an order online. Can you tell me where I go to pick it up? I’ve never ordered online before.» One of the guys walked over to the sandwich making bench laughing(about his conversation) then looked down the line. He walked to the far end and said, «It’ll be over here, it’s almost finished.» The girl at the beginning of the line asked for my name and said that they just started my sandwiches. The original guy just walked in the back area where I couldn’t see him. I asked the guy at the register and the girl making my sandwich how I pick up my order if there is a line? They both said that I would have to wait my turn in line. What’s the purpose of the online order? After my sandwiches were made, a girl at the other end told me that I could just walk up to the 2nd register and tell someone that I have a paid order to pick up so I don’t have to stand in line. I realize that Jimmy John’s is a first job for most of your employees but this is also the place where young men and women should be learning professionalism and good business practices. It’s obvious that the manager isn’t training your new employees properly or keeping constant communication by passing on current internal changes and procedures. It’s a shame because 90% of the time we prefer to walk to Taco Time instead of Jimmy John’s due to the service. You guys have better food and their service is only marginally better.

I dropped by this morning to grab something before I attend a 4hr long class. I had the #7 sub, and it was amazing that within 5minutes my sub is done. I am so happy that they are fast, not knowing that I-90 to Seattle was crazy, I made it on time for my class. And, I didn’t starve!!!

I assume most people know how sandwiches tastes here, it’s not bad but not too great. I actually never dined here because I always order sandwiches online for delivery, and I’m impressed how fast they deliver. I live in Downtown Bellevue area and I usually get my sandwich within 10 to 15 minutes from the time I place my order online. I recommend their fast delivery sandwiches if you want to eat something cheap and quick.

Jimmy John’s is really great in that they’re always consistent in their sandwiches, wherever you go. At least in my experience, anyway. Normally when I go in, I am instantly greeted with a cheerful hello which is so bouncy that I wonder if the staff is on crack. This time, it was closer to close and everyone was cleaning and didn’t really bother to look up. They seemed more concerned about closing down the place. No friendly«hi’s» or «bye’s» but the sandwiches were standard and quickly made.

JJ’s is known for quick subs and this place serves it up. Seems that this place is very popular with the delivery service as there were about 4 drivers in this location the day I went in. Makes sense being so close to all the big businesses in downtown. Not as much seating in this location, but service was quick and friendly, and they got my order right the first time. The un-wich I got was a little sloppier than I’m used to but it all tastes the same, so who cares? It’s close to home, so I’ll probably be back again soon.

It’s Jimmy Johns. It’s not going to be excellent. They make a fairly edible BLT sandwich(JJBLT) and they deliver it in 18 minutes. Good for when I am craving a sandwich at 9pm or am too lazy to go get one.
