Mariners Team Store

Basically the rudest people I have ever encountered. An employee yelled at my boyfriend and called me a liar. Then the Asian manager tried to scam us by applying a discount to our refund. I tried to contact the Mariners customer support line and they didn’t even respond to me. Highly disappointing and with there was someone I could talk to.
I am also a manager in retail, and I would likely terminate any employee who behaved this way to a customer.

Great place to get Mariners apparel, novelties and tickets. Staff knows their statistics about the organization. Store is divided into different sections. They’re honest and upfront about getting tickets to a game. Store is much smaller than the Safeco Field location, but the merchandise selection is just as good as any of their stores. Go Mariners!!!

Super helpful staff, great selection of baseball gear. Was happily surprised to find Raniers gear here as well. This will be my go-​to for Mariners and MLB stuff from here out.

You know how easy it is to go online and buy your tickets? Pretty freaking easy. You know what’s better than that? Coming in and having someone help hand select your tickets. I absolutely adore the staff here. They are all super knowledgable about the Mariners, the stadium, and giving you the go-​to information about how to have the best experience at a game. I refuse to buy any tickets online now because I always get the most honest pricing, and best seats for whatever I feel like spending on a game that week.
The store itself is always super clean and well put together, and even when there’s a line, it goes with ease, and the staff do a great job of acknowledging you when you walk in, and letting you know they’ll be with you when they can. I don’t expect much from retail locations these days, so I was completely impressed when I came in to buy tickets for the first time at the beginning of the season this year. I even brought a friend in to buy super last minute tickets for the first game of the season, and even though they knew it was already sold out, the staff still went above and beyond to try to find anything that was left and could potentially work.
If you ever have a question, ask for Chris, he’s absolutely fantastic.

Love this team store! My hubby is a HUGE Mariners fan, so when we lived in Seattle, we were regulars here. (In fact, we just visited recently and they *still* remember him!) Everyone is friendly and helpful. It’s smaller, of course, than the team store at Safeco, but way more convenient to get to and more zen-​like. :) (You know how crazy the main team store can get during games!) I’m always impressed with their selection of stuff, given it’s smaller size. We’ve seen the Mariner Moose dressed up as Santa Moose here, as well as a Hot Stove broadcast with Jay Buhner and Rick Rizz– granted that was all a few years ago. Not sure if they still do special events, but check it out if they do. You won’t want to miss Santa Moose! Great to get M’s tickets here as well. Run, don’t walk, to this team store!

For starters– I don’t look like a baseball fan. But the big guy that always seems to be working here hooks it up! He’s friendly and talkative if you want, and if you’re just trying to shop he leaves you alone. Perfect. He knows everything about the team and merchandise. He also knows where the best seats are. I always leave in a good mood.
The store is expensive but that’s to be expected everywhere for legit Mariners merchandise. There’s a good selection of t shirts, sweats, hats, souvenirs, and even a couple cases with signed balls and bats.

To clarify, I do not really follow baseball. However, I had gotten a deal on Mariners tickets, so I dropped in to pick them up. The shop is small, but they had a variety of products for groupies and people like me alike.
The guy at the counter was helpful in selecting the specific seats, and let me know when to leave to avoid traffic. VERY helpful if you’ve experienced the traffic around gametime!
All in all, this store makes me wish I followed the Mariners. Maybe I’ll just settle for a cute tee shirt. ;o)
