The most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen. One toilet filled to the rim with a clogged toilet and poop. The next stall, filled with toilet seat covers, pee and hair of all sizes. Refusing to make myself use the facilities, I went to wash my hands, hair again. Obviously from the same person. I brought the issue to the attention of the manager, and nothing seemed to happen, we sat in front, in the parking lot for 5 minutes and not one employee went into the bathroom. Never returning. EVER,

I am going to change my review to three stars based on the excellent service I get from the morning crew (the only meal I will now eat here). Always friendly and fast through the drive thru they always get my medium coffee and sausage mcmuffin order right .
Won’t eat nuggets here ever again but happy with breakfast

the staff is fast & nice, place is well kept. it just bothers me (in a non-​pnw way) that people just go in there to loiter, use the restroom & free wifi, while many seemingly are just killing time with a roof over their head and/​or waiting for their bus.

I realize it is a little silly to review a large chain like this, but I wanted to provide feedback for this specific franchise. This location is closest to my work, so its where I usually go when I forget my lunch and need to grab something cheap. This Mcdonalds consistently messes up my order. The other day it was mayo on a McChicken that I requested no mayo. Today, it was the wrong kind of mustard (I checked — the receipt was correct). I always go through the drive through, so I don’t have time to go back to get what I really wanted.
I appreciate that you have a quick drive thru but can the staff PLEASE double check the order?

I came through the drive through on wednesday the 5^th around 3:30 and the man who took my order (long hair) had one of the best customer service attitudes i have ever come across. With all due respect to McDonalds, his service was far beyond that expected and it actually made my day better. My order came out as expected and i genuinely enjoyed going to McDonalds haha! Give him a raise

I have yet to experience any negativity from this location for the past ten years. I am usually there to pick up and go or just sit in the dining room for a quick bite to eat before rushing out.
I am rarely there during rush hour, so I do not know how busy it can get.
The remodel looks good. It gives the dining room a more of a restaurant feel than the previous colors (that I would rather have blocked out of my mind).

I was in the mood for some junk food that was fast. There is nothing that has more than a consistent taste of McDonalds. So this Bellevue location is the first time I’ve ever been to. There wasn’t that many people there, so my wife and I missed the dinner crowd. I know it was non-​peak hours, but I was disappointed to see it dirty and a lot of trash in the dining room. There wasn’t a lot of trays sitting on the tables or unwiped tables, I’m talking trash on the floor (ie. cup lids, dirty napkins, etc.) Now, I understand that they are low staffed during non-​peak hours, but seriously, it looked like whoever cleaned the dining room area forgot to clean the floor. If MCD/​McCafe is to compete with the SBUX or whomever as a hangout place, they certainly need to revisit this location. I definitely did not want to be hanging out here knowing that my shoes/​feet could be rubbing up against trash.
Aside from that, everything else is consistent with your regular McDonalds. I haven’t been in a McDonalds for a while, but their menu looks awfully confusing. They’re practically eliminating the Dollar Menu since it had a very small section of the display area. Personally, I don’t blame them, because with inflation, you cannot buy much for a buck these days anyways. I can’t imagine they have any good profit margins on Dollar Menu items.

I went to get some breakfast for the family for Mother’s day so my wife doesn’t have to cook, and they forgot my wife’s order. Thanks McDonalds for starting off Mothers day so special.

Are you for real? I think we can give that honor to you for «starting off mothers’ day so special» by getting your wife McDonalds for mothers’ day. What a treat that must have been! hahaha

I use to not like this mcdonalds till it got a remodel. Its still a place where disrespectful pre teens and teenagers go after school since the school is right down the road so the noise can become extreamly loud and unplesant (Note to company, never have a mcdonalds right next to a school please). So when it comes to the inside of the place, the look is very nice though i don’t really like the high chairs by the main doors. Its hard to sit there and takes up a lot of room. In that small area, there use to be 2x as many seats as there is now.
Service use to be terrible but they’ve improved overtime. I’ve been going to the drive through lately and thats even improved. The waiting time to get your food is a good average. 4 – 5 minutes, sometimes even 3 minutes.
Food taste better then before. Of all the Mcdonalds in Bellevue, this place has improved the most over the many years. Its rated as 2^nd Best Mcdonalds in Bellevue by my standards. But then again the competition isn’t fierce because many of the other ones are 2 stars or below and can’t even compare to this one.

This McDonald’s SUCKS. Ordered a strawberry shake and it was sooo thin and runny. Asked manager and he said that’s now they are. B. S!!! Also, tomato on burger was green. This location is crap.

First and foremost… I LOVE MCDONALDS! I LOOOVE MCDONALDS!!! I’M LOVIN THIS MCDONOOOLLLDS! (I would give it 5 stars but its still fast food…)
Now that that is out of the way I will say that this McDonalds over the years has gotten very very good. I’ve seen all the below reviews stating that it has horrible service, not clean, whatever, etc… However, this is not the case and it is in fact quite the contrary. It is very clean and neatly maintained. The service is prompt and accurate. Helpful and competent peoples be up at them cash registers ringing up your order to the dot.
The atmosphere is very nice and combined with the awesome sunny Bellevue days makes for a perfect ambiance after you just got done playing sports or if you wanna stop in for a quick ice cream cone (which let me tell you for its price is pretty got damn good. So is their sundae… with deez nuts. Get dem nuts with dat hot fudge chocolate).
Now this is what I recommend you do in these following steps which I will outline in extreme detail you can achieve McDonalds Satisfaction Guaranteed Combo (basically this is what I do every time I come to McDonalds)
0. Play a lot of sports or do some kind of high energy expenditure activity.
1. Bring $ 10 anyway you can… steal it, borrow it, rob it, cop it, earn it, etc.
2. Buy 2 McChickens ($ 2.20 including tax).
3. Buy a #1 Big Mac Combo Value Meal. ($ 6.19 including tax).
4. BAM. BAM. BAM.
5. NOW YOU EAT.
6. GO HOME HAPPY BECAUSE YOU ARE LOVIN’ IT.
WHOA! OH MY GOT! ALL DAT FOOD FOR LESS THAN $ 10 DOLLAR!!! «Damn Straight»
This my friends, is the power of McDonalds, all this food for so little cash money… which is probably why you should only come here if you want something fast to eat… XD…
Tip 1: Never take a woman here unless you have been married to her for 1+ years or are very stable relationship.
Tip 2: Take advantage of the free refills for your drinks and drink a lot! If you aren’t already aware of this be aware now… The drink is what fills you up because of the amount of carbonated drank you are consuming… make the most out of it.
Tip 3: You know those ketchup cups they give you that are all small and you can’t get much ketchup and you end up getting like 2 – 4 ketchup cups for yourself? DON’T USE KETCHUP CUPS. Use the lids, turn that lid over and pour on dat ketchup and make it rain. Max Efficiency my friends.
Anyways. Thanks for reading my review of one of my favorite, if not my favorite fast food place to go. This is my go to fast food place as there is a ton of variety and you can even eat somewhat healthy here if you choose so.
Get money. Get paid.

Not my favorite. It should be predictable, and here it is. Your fries will ALWAYS be too salty and cold. Your chicken nuggets, cold and rubbery. Your burger will have WAY too much sauce on it.
Not worth it… go across the street to Burger King. You have to watch them there if you order onion rings, to make sure they’re hot, but otherwise, they always do better than this McDs.

The food is consistent, they’re open when we need it, and I’ve never had these service issues before so 5 stars for me.
Consistency is always key and this McDonalds is no exception. They definitely follow the instructionals in Burger University and it shows through. Granted the majority of items we’re eating are breakfast foods, we never have fear that a hash brown will taste better or worse at any given day.
Drive through has always been accurate.
One complaint: Coming out of the drive through, you HAVE to take a right turn. Kind of a pain to have to make U-​turns all the time but that’s not McDonalds fault.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to! Not because the food was ill-​prepared or because the dining area was dirty… but because they lied to my face!
Mind you, this was a drive-​thru experience AND I only ordered a large fry. After ordering I drive up and pay and in return they gave me french fries but I noticed that the container was that of a medium size. Appalled at the returned exchange of goods I angrily waved to get the drive-​thru attendant’s attention and told him I was given a medium fry and in response I was told «No, that’s a large».
At what point in time did the concept of the customer always being right go out the door? Especially when the customer actually IS right!
I am severely disappointed at their audacity to lie to a paying customer into buying something that was of lesser value than what was paid for (insert angry face here). And also for not trying to remedy an upset customer’s complaint. I would give zero stars if that was possible.
Blast you Factoria McDonald’s! I shake my fist in the air at you!

McD’s — you know what it’s about. You know what you’re getting. It sure does beat rolling the dice with the other «better» restaurants in Factoria — at least McD’s has consistency. I work nearby and I’ve tried just about every restaurant here.
Had the Southern Style Chicken sandwich just now and thought about Unilocal.It is better than their McChicken, though worth the extra price, not sure yet.
I do like the big screen TV inside this McD’s. There’s actually some really cool framed pictures from Old Seattle inside as well.

The spawn of satan, the collective arm-​pit of the universe. Is there anything more vile, more saturated, and more disastrous to ones culinary palate and integrity than mcdonalds? Seriously. This place makes microwaving a Hungry-​Man dinner look like a spiritual quest.
