This was a pleasant surprise! I went on a Friday evening after work, and got right in! I was sold on the $ 12 basic mani, but the owner convinced me to go for the Shellac($ 25). Happy I did, he was an artist! Literally, painstakingly painted and perfected each nail, multiple times. So impressive. Will return(for a shellac mani, not sure how the other services are!)

I hate leaving bad reviews. I gave this place 2 chances and the 2nd time was even worse. The paint wasn’t smooth and it wasn’t fixed. It looked like a child painted it. I was on my way to the airport and I didn’t even have time to fix it myself or go to a different spot. There were also some things that were said that I found offensive but I know they didn’t mean it so I didn’t say anything but the whole atmosphere made me a little uncomfortable.

I’ve been coming here for a while now but there has been a management change. What used to be a really solid experience has turned mediocre. They used to really take care of my feet regardless of how long between my visits. This time the lady tried using the regular tools and its didnt turn out so good. The new operators also did hurt my feet whereas the previous operators never did. I don’t think I can come back…

Pros: — Didn’t have to wait for an apt — Decent price — $ 20 for a pedicure — Skilled nail tech did a great job of painting my toes and they look great! Cons: — Massage chair was weak! Could barely feel the massage pressure — The towels, though were probably clean, looked dirty with splotches of nail polish and other markings on them — The soaking tub for feet didn’t have good water pressure Bottom line: Wouldn’t mind coming back but nothing stood out as exceptional

My go-to salon is in Seattle and I had been so busy the last couple weeks to drive out there, so I was in Bellevue and had about 1.5 hrs to spare. I decided to get a new set of shellac put on. Normally it takes about an hour and twenty minutes to take off the old shellac off and put on a new one, I’ve been getting it for a while so I know the process. Shortly after they started, I was left alone with the remover on my nails for 25 mins as they jumped from one client to the next, then got back around to me at which time I stated I have an hour before I had to leave — they said«no problem we do it fast», I then said that I don’t want it fast, I want it done right — which the three ladies working seemed to ignore. After one gal finally took off the shellac I soaked my hands in cold water for another 20 mins until one of them finished a pedi on another client. They switches me to the pedicure chair to get a massage and relax for a few mins, the chairs were so uncomfortable and jamming my back so I asked to sit on the normal manicure chair. She thenstarted to clean up the nails/cutical, I was cut three times and she didnt even apologize. When she said she was done, I couldnt help but laugh out loud at her shoddy job! Not only was I bleeding, my nails were uneven, I had jagged edges and dry skin left everywhere. At this time I had only 15 minutes left and she is trying to tell me that she will finish the shellac in time. I told her that I wouldnt let her touch my nails with any other utencil and that I was done as i had run out of time, especially for the shellac to cure in time under the uv light. She insisted that she can have it done, raising her voice at me. Anybody that has done shellac knows that it is impossible to do shellac the proper way in 15 mins. In the mean time, 2 clients that had appointments waited for 20 minutes and finally became very frustrated and left because they told them to wait because they were busy. they were grossly understaffed and trying to stick clients into the chairs and soak their feet while they jump back and forth between other clients. At $ 30 for shellac plus $ 5 removal, save your money and go anywhere else but not here.

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now and they’re great at everything. The acrylics are the best and mani/pedis are awesome! I come here about 2 times a month to get waxed and its the best, i live in Redmond but i have to come here to get waxed. They completely re-shaped my eyebrows about 2 years ago and they’re perfect, i love them! I’m pretty sure the owners are a couple, I’ve gotten my nails done by both the husband and wife, and the wife always does my waxes. I LOVE this place!
