Stopped by to pick up some heels for my Halloween costume as well as some work shoes for a new job. Was very happy to see the BOGO sale going on! Every penny helps!
I didn’t catch the name of the girl helping me, but she was fantastic. Very friendly, personable, would actually walk me over to look at things instead of just pointing.
This store is pretty well stocked, seemed to have a good selection of styles and sizes. Clean and organized, easy to find what you’re looking for.

I love Payless Shoes! But for today’s trip to Payless, I was actually running an errand for someone else and had a specific request for various socks and styles. I was in a rush and the sales rep really made my trip super enjoyable and I was in and out in no time flat! I told the sales rep what I needed, and he matched things up for me perfectly and at a fabulous price. He was also quite funny and I had a few good laughs before I left the store. Check out was easy as a jif, and was on my way still smiling and laughing. I wish all my shopping experiences was as easy and fun as this one was!
