Horrible experience with Public Storage. I would NEVER go with them. If I could give them negative stars I would. I moved into a storage unit to find out a few days later that there was a water leak. I had movers help me move in and I obviously wasn’t going to hire them again to move me again. And since Public Storage takes 0 responsibility and according to their contract no members of the facility can help– I moved everything including a queen size bed and mattress down the hall myself. Did Public Storage offer to help or take any responsibility for this? Of course not. Then, 6 months later, I go to move my things out of storage and the roof has leaked. There is a huge puddle of water on the floor, on my things and mold is growing everywhere. Luckily I have insurance so I filed a claim. But it seems ridiculous that I have been paying $ 100 a month to keep my things safe, and they have clearly not been providing this service. Management will not budge. Apparently I signed away all responsibility on their part to ensure that my stuff isn’t damaged. Then what the heck have I been paying for? They argue again and again that they can’t see into the future and that they can’t foresee a water leak. But come on, 2 water leaks in 6 months? REALLY. You’re going to take no responsibility for this? RIDICULOUS. I can’t believe it. Learn from my mistake: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO WITH THEM.

Public Storage at this location is clean and safe.

I’ve used storage facilities many times over the years for short term help. I have never encountered anyone who was as professional, courteous and genuinely as helpful as the manager at this location. It was a real pleasure and a pleasant surprise. The facility is great and the contract just as it was just advertised.

I needed storage ASAP. Both the woman at the call center AND the on-​site gentleman (Raffiel) were VERY helpful. Everything was quick, easy and HONEST!
=). No hidden fees.
Would definitely recommend!
