R&R Party Rentals

I have used R&R three years in a row for progressively larger gatherings. Number 1 their staff is very responsive. I communicated with Tammy on the phone and email– very helpful. Second, I rented plates, silverware, chairs, tables, flutes, coat racks and linens. I e never received damaged or dirty items. The linens were spotless and perfectly ironed. Even though the China and glasses were delivered in pouring rain the packaging was excellent. Nothing was dirty. The crates make it really easy to stow/​load. I would definitely recommend them!

We rented a child’s 6′ table and chairs for Thanksgiving. Friendly on the phone, and helpful in loading our car. No complaints!

Event type: Small party — ordered 3 tables, chairs, plates, glasses, linens
Pros: Received a quote via email very quickly. Was also able to add more to my order 2 days prior to the event. All items that I reserved were delivered. Delivery men were quick and polite. Liked that they delivered/​picked up the day before and after the event. Seem to be comparable in inventory and prices to other companies.
Cons:
Even though the price was comparable to other companies, I found it to be expensive for the quality of the goods, especially the white plastic chairs which were scuffed and dirty. Also had trouble justifying the portage fee of $ 70 for the delivery men to take the elevator up to my floor (on top of delivery charges). I could justify this fee for stairs but not an elevator.
Received a 8 – 5 delivery/​pick up window and my delivery arrived at 7:40am. Being early is wonderful in most cases but not when you give me a 9 hour delivery window.
After my quote, no one responded to my emails, I had to phone the office for confirmations, updates etc. If you send me my contract and quote via email, I would expect to be able to communicate via email as well.

Ask about the hidden fees before you give your credit card. They won’t volunteer information about their «energy fee» until you ask. They have an F rating on Angie’s List. Wish i had checked there first.

We rented tables and chairs for an outdoor wedding. The delivery and pickup was easy and the crew was very nice. The event was on the weekend, they delivered Friday and picked up Monday which gave us plenty of time to set up/​break down. I defiantly recommend their services!

We have been renting chairs, tables, etc. for over 15 years. We have received excellent service and products the entire time. This is a first rate organization that makes no mistakes, delivers on time, every time, and is easy to work with whether on line or over the phone.

We ordered about 20 chairs, 6 small tables, and 2 large tables. Not a confusing order. However, they forgot to deliver the 2 large tables. Fortunately, they delivered the 2 larger tables about 4 hours before our guests were to arrive. Other than that glitch, the items were ok & pick-​up/​drop-​off was ok.

I got to see the work from the folks at R&R Party Rentals at a recent wedding and it was first rate. They provided equipment that perfectly suited the vision of my clients wedding day and helped make her look amazing to all her guests.

I went here a little while ago to get some plates and wine glasses for a wedding. When I got there is a huge lack in customer service, I felt like just another transaction for them. No questions about the event, they just asked if I had rented there before and how many items I needed for my day. Disappointing.

R&R Party Rentals donated 20 easels to our auction (Friendship Adventures) without hesitation. We really appreciate their kind and generous donation. They were very easy to work with and were very helpful during the coordination process. I would highly recommend them to anyone with event needs.

I ordered tables, chairs and linens for our Easter party. Everything was delivered in perfect condition and on time. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful in helping me choose the right tables and chairs for our party. This is our second year renting from R&R, and I plan to rent from them again for future events.

This is the second year in a row that I’ve rented dishes, a banquet table and table linens for Thanksgiving.
My service was great! This year I completed my request online and got a call early the next morning to confirm.
All of my items were in perfect condition. Pick up and drop off were incredibly easy.

I had a very pleasant experience with them. It was really easy to reserve online and pick up in the store. They loaded the chairs into my car and when I brought them back they unloaded the car also. Their prices are great!

I recently had a BBQ on my site and with only 2 days notice R&R was able to provide the full setup at my requested time. They set up the large tent, tables and chairs. Our employees were very impressed. This is nice, but I was blown away with the customer service. We ran into a jam the day of our event and had to get everything off the site a few hours after the BBQ. I called R&R thinking I had no chance or getting them out or possible paying a huge fee. They greeted me with understanding and had a crew out in an hour. They did a great job and because of their customer service I will use them again in the future!

We are satisfied with the ordering process, confirmation process and dishes/​linens for our Thanksgiving celebraton. What we were not so pleased with: We were shorted five plates and, while a smal amount, we had to drive back into Bellevue from Snoqualmie to pick them. up. Top notch customer service would be to deliver them OR offer — right up front — a discount. Secondly (and I see this from other reviews) the attitude of the staff at the warehouse was not very pleasant.

great service and affordable! Placed an order 5 days before I needed tall cocktail tables and chairs. The team was helpful and pleasant and loaded and unloaded in my car. I will definitely use their service again.

In a word, the staff is rude. The person in the office acted like she could barely be bothered to ask questions or give advice. When I asked her a question about some additional items that I wanted to rent, she started at me blindly, shrugged her shoulders as if to say, «I don’t care… do what you want» No one in the warehouse was perticularly friendly or engaged either. Also, I returned a couple of the things unused and still shrink wrapped and asked if I could be issued a partial credit. Instead of politely explaining why they couldn’t do it, one of the managers just said «No» and walked away. Definitely not the way that I want to be treated by someone who is providing a service.
They certainly have a large inventory so that’s a plus.

I ordered 6 48 «tables and 36 chairs. I added linens for the table. Did I mention my driveway? It’s steep. Those guys and gal brought those tables and chairs to my terrace. Awesome! So easy too. I made all of the original contacts online.

R & R was a great place to rent glasses for our wine tasting fundraiser. Being able to have the glasses the day before the event saved us the stress of running around on our event date. Customer service was very professional.
