Recently had my hair colored by Rosaline and she did a fabulous job. I had a previous balayage that left my hair two separate colors and wanted the light color to extend further into my scalp. I was really impressed by her technique and skill at getting what I wanted as I was not able to get that before at other well-named salons. I also want to comment that I have gray roots that are difficult to cover and usually the gray is pretty noticeable after a color. Whatever product she is using is very good and the color stays on the gray. Rosaline is not cheap so be prepared to pay, but I think you will find yourself pretty satisfied with the results.

I came here to get my hair balayaged. I did not achieve desired results, even after two visits. The reason for the bad review is that my stylist told me she was very confident she could get my hair the color I wanted within the first visit. After the second visit I was still unhappy with the copper color it turned out to be. I am more upset about the fact that after I told my stylist I worked that evening and asked if she would give my hair a light curling I was surprised by a $ 30.00 styling charge when I went to pay! This charge would have been avoided if she had at least told me before she started! Overall really unhappy with my experiences at this salon.

I got my haircut done by Rosaline and she did a very good job. However, for $ 150 plus parking I expected a little massage during shampooing or a deep conditioner or something. The girl who washed my hair barely touched it, I would be surprised if she removed all the conditioner out! I will not be back, the price itself is just not worth it.

I am so so very happy with my hair! I was recommended here by one of my barre instructors and I’m so glad I was able to get an appt before the holidays with Cassie. The salon is located in the Bellevue Pacific Center on 160th Ave NE, NE2nd is the nearest cross street. There is parking around the building, but there is also a parking garage, too, but the salon does not validate. I was able to park nearby and found my way to the elevator lobby, the salon is on the 4th floor. When you exit the elevator, just walk straight ahead down the hall, the salon is on your immediate left. The salon itself is gorgeous and was decked out in white for the holidays. Cassie greeted me right away, we got to talking about what sort of cut I was looking for and she knew exactly what I was talking about. The shampoo chair is so awesome, it’s like a big comfy recliner and the hair cleansing products she used smelled amazing. Once I was back in the chair, Cassie got to cutting, blow drying and styling my hair in such a way I’ve never been able to get it, I was ecstatic. Cassie is so personable and friendly, I loved chatting with her. Her prices are what you’d expect for the great quality of work she does, but I don’t mind paying a bit more for awesomely great-looking and fantastic-smelling hair. I will for sure be returning to see Cassie in the future.

I love the entire team here! They are so fun and very talented! Rose is awesome but it is her Salon and being the owner you can expect to pay more to see her-though that said my friends who go to Rose say it is worth every penny!!! I see Jean and my hair always looks great. More importantly I am happy about the health of my hair. I always had fine hair, but lots of it. About 9 years ago it fell out in droves and I even felt close to bald in some areas. So I had kids, got the«Mom Bob» and thought I would never again have good hair, long hair, nor pretty hair. Rose and Jean said that was crazy… so I took their advice, started using good products, not shampooing every day(more like every 3) and started to notice changes. Jean is the«Master» «Guru» of hair extensions and after seeing her do so many I asked her about them. She uses the copper bead ones and said she had even noticed clients hair thickening and growing faster with them in. I will be honest, I thought she was full of it, but I wanted longer hair sooner rather than later so I went for it. I had them in for about 7 months… my hair grew like crazy and did get thicker. I took them out for summer and when Fall came around we both agreed I didn’t need them! The best part… I have been asked 4 or 5 times if I have them… and I don’t…that is how good my hair looks. They never push product or appointments. I have pretty low maintenance color and cuts… and Jean tells me I can even go longer between appointments at times. Rose and Jean have done my makeup and it is AMAZING, you will stop traffic. Cassie, who is newer, has not done my makeup but has done two of my friends and it looked awesome! If you are looking for a change, or your hair needs rehab, or if you just want to make getting your hair done more fun… GO!!! You won’t be sorry!

Rose has been a godsend to me. I came to Rosaline two years ago after another stylist utterly damaged my hair. I have had the fortune of having my hair done from stylists in Los Angeles, Orange County and London and Rose is by far the greatest hair stylist I have had the pleasure of working with. She has literally resurrected my hair from the dead(I had sections of my hair that had broken off due to poor bleaching techniques from the prior stylist). Her expertise combined with the quality of the products she uses have reconstructed my hair and I am eternally grateful. Like most women, my hair is an essential part of my appearance and contributes to my confidence. I always leave Rose’s salon with healthy hair, styled exactly as I asked and feeling great about myself.
