We inherited our alarm system and company when we moved into our new house. This company has been nothing but a money pit. They do not assess or meet the needs of their customers and their product and service personal is unreliable. We have dealt with these folks for 1.5 years now and have not found a happy middle ground. I will be submitting a complaint with the BBB.
