I tried to hire ESI to re-key our new house. However, they charge a minimum fee of $ 150. I felt this fee was extravagant considering we only have two locks to re-key. The owner did offer for me to come in and pick up locks that would work. He was also very kind to call back after I had left a message. Perhaps we will use them in the future. I only wish that their minimum charge would be more reasonable.

Showed up right when he said he would, gave me quote up front, fixed and rekeyed door quickly. This is for my restaurant and the two locksmiths I called before didn’t show. I wish I had called these people first.

I had ESI install a security system for me 3 years ago. Recently they came to fix an issue, but the fix lasted only one day. They spent several other trips to try to fix the problem, but then blamed the problem on something outside of their control, leaving
me with a huge bill but no resolution. Now they have sent my account to a collections company. Poor service with an attitude. Stay away.

Over the years, Leo the owner has handled all of our locksmithing needs — two houses, a business, and a vehicle. On a Saturday afternoon, within one hour, he was on the scene. He’s an expert in the field and his prices are fair.
For home, business, or auto we always call Leo!
His staff has also worked on our home and business too. His staff is fantastic as well.
