I’m very unhappy with their service. The technician overcharged me every step along the way. He also did something sleazy by asking if I wanted the cash discount. I called a different locksmith, the next day and realized I would have saved more than $ 100 by going with a different company.

I took my time looking for a local locksmith and I’m glad I did. ²⁴⁄₇ Hawk Locksmith were honest, punctual down to the minute they said they’d arrive, and extremely knowledgeable of their trade. Al walked me through the process to solve the problem and the charges that would accrue. Totally professional, honest and friendly. Will use them again if the need arises.
