Subway

The bread was dry way too much condiments when I asked for them light, and I found a hair in the other half of my sandwich. At first I thought it was my own and grossly it wasn’t. A long piece of blonde hair wedged snugly in it, like they used it to measure a 12in. Lol

Last couple of times I’ve been to this location the staff has seemed grossly under-​trained or unmotivated. It’s clean, and everything looks fresh but customer service could use some work.

Accidently Vegan Friendly
Subway is one of our «go to» places when on the road as about half of their breads are vegan and we can get a veggie sub at a decent price. Unlike other chains, Subway tells their calorie count for their breads, too.
But we were really impressed with this store when my son and his friend went in for sandwiches and my teenage son, being funny, said «I want a salad in a bread bowl» and the young staff member played along. Only he cut the bread just in the center and not on the sides so the filling actually would stay in the sandwich instead of falling out all over the place. The young man was so jovial and helpful and careful in wrapping his masterpiece, my son’s friend was sad he did not also order the vegan sub.
If we are ever back in town, we will visit this store again!

I really enjoy Subway… most times. This was the worst service I had ever received. I repeated my request three times and he still got it wrong. Then he rolled his eyes when I politely asked him to toast the sandwhich. I will not be returning to this location.

Subways across the board are pretty consistent with the quality of their food, this location is no exception. Reasonably quick processing of orders and there is even a small selection of hand scooped ice cream available.

Stopped at this Subway on the way through Bellevue. It is a big store, a nice clean store. Everything tastes good, like a Subway should. Good service.
