Every. Single. Time I go here I receive bad customer service. The lady who I assume to be the manager always has an attitude and half the time doesn’t even acknowledge me as a human being. I keep vowing to not go back but then I do and it’s the same every time. From now on I am going to Jimmy Johns. Subway lost a customer that could have potentially been a daily one. Here’s a tip. Be freakin nice to ALL customers. It’s that simple.

Of all subway stores I go to, this has the worst service. Poorly treat customers. And today, they threw me a zinger I can’t figure out. I showed them a SUBWAY® promo coupon that said it was valid in on Western Washington stores. The lady said «well we don’t participate in these promos» and basically blew me off. I will avoid this particular subway store from now on.

I think the best thing on the menu here is definitely the meatball subs. They are soooooooooo good! Subway has fast service and their restaurant is pretty clean.

I love this place a lot. It’s usually quiet and the staff are very friendly. They are very attentive and they try their best to attend to all the customers and reduce the waiting time as much as they can. And their subs are always fresh and yummy! I feel that this branch is the best in whole bellevue. Thumbs up!

Worst customer service ever at a Subway.
Walked up to the counter at about 5:30. Waited about a minute. A guy, who was obviously eating in the backroom, finally steps out loudly sucking through his teeth. Pretty disgusting.
I tried to order «all day value» $ 5 foot-​long BLT. The guy says no $ 5 sandwich and points at the menu board. I told him I just checked on line. He checks something on the register and says $ 6.30. I told him again about on line. He just shrugs and implies that Subway no longer has $ 5 special, then walks toward the backroom.
Well, I didn’t and will never buy here. Too bad for them. I eat one sub a week and I just moved into a condo right above them. Their loss. Plenty other Subways around here.

I’ve been to a lot of Subways, and I am in no way that picky, but there are some that are better than others. This is one of them that is alright, but not one of the best. I mean, Subways are a make your own sandwich kind of place, you customize whatever you want, such as the bread, meat, vegetables, sauces and seasonings and what-​not. But I also care about service too. The folks who own this place is nice, but I did encounter some messy sandwiches the last few times I’ve been here. I know it’s supposed to be fast food, but the sandwich shouldn’t fall that bad in my first few bites. So the lower stars are for quality, but I just have to let them know next time. All in all, Subways are a nice quick fix for a rumbling tummy.

I love subway sandwiches but having been here multiple times, I have most of the time been disappointed. They may not post the specials and if they do, they would not like you ordering the subway sandwiches. And if you do they will make sure, your order would go wrong in some way.
This subway has the worst customer service I have had. I have been to subways in different US cities, India, Australia, Canada, China. This is the worst subway joint ever.
Again avoid it at any cost.

Great Subway! I order in a sandwich, she runs my credit card and it’s ready 10 minutes later. Fresher vegetables and cleaner than most subways. Definitely a fan!

Food is as to be expected from a Subway. Beware, they don’t honor many of the national promotions/​prices. If you’re expecting a $ 5 footling you saw advertised, better think again and find another subway to go to.

I go to a lot of subways. A lot. And I love them. However, this has been my least favorite of all. Manager/​Owner, an Asian Lady, was rude and disrespectful when I asked for an explanation regarding total cost. Store was clean and food tasted as subway always does, but walked out with a bad taste in my mouth because she was so rude. Won’t go back.

Came in one night after work around 9:30pm and the place closes at 10pm. Not a problem, right? Wrong. Almost everything was already put away and as I joked to the employee about nothing being out he didn’t even say anything to me. So as I was making the order he was annoyed the whole time. Horrible customer service. Don’t say you close at 10pm and not be ready for customers.

This is my favorite Subway of all time. I buy trays of sandwiches for my clients regurarly and have stopped by many Subways over the years, but none give the kind of service that Ann and her team give. It is always clean, fast and super friendly.

I’ve been coming to this Subway for quite some time now, it’s just that I haven’t made the time to write a review. Anyways, my orders are always quickly made. And when they mess up an order, they’ll either give me the sandwich for free or discount it, depending on the order. The ladies there are also really nice though you do have to excuse them if they are being a little fast paced.
As for catering, I;m pretty sure I can find something cheaper elsewhere but because this is the main subway that I come to, I figured why not. If you arrive on time, or even a few minutes early, and they haven’t finished making the order, they’ll give you a drink on the house. Kinda nice.
Overall, good customer experience.

This subway feels cleaner than other subways and they make good sandwiches. You just need to ask them for what you want, especially in cases if you want more of something such as veggies. Friendly people and always come here if I want subway.

Subway outlets are not equal. The one near Dominoes in Bellevue is the best Subway I’ve eaten at by far. (It’s at street level in a condo complex.) Like the McDonalds on 20^th St. near Evergreen Village, this Subway is apparently run by a Chinese couple. They set the tone for the rest of the staff by being friendly and efficient. This really makes a difference during the lunch hour. The line moves, and they serve enough people to keep the ingredients from sitting around too long. This can make a big difference in the quality of the sandwich.
You don’t like Subway? Jared isn’t your idol? Here’s my secret for how you can improve their sandwiches by one star: go to a well-​run Subway and ask for lots of lettuce on your sandwich. That’s all there is to it. You’re welcome.
Oh, on hot days park in the parking garage, but not if you’re arriving in a big vehicle during lunch time.

Subway sandwich shops are everywhere in downtown Bellevue. They are nearly as ubiquitous as a Starbucks Coffee. Overall, the sandwich experience is pretty much the same at any location where you order an item, tell them what ingredients you want on the sandwich and pay at the end of it.
Within downtown Bellevue, there are four Subway locations within several blocks of each other. This must be because of the large workforce working in this area during the weekdays. Having visited all four even though some are out of the way, I found this location to be the worse of the four. Visiting this location once was enough for me.
The sandwich itself was fine but the customer service was horrenduous. The Subway process was fine for the most part until the end where I was to pay for my purchase. Although I have noticed some the owners of these Subway stores seem to get highbrow when you try ordering the special sandwich served for the day and when you refuse to get a bag of chips or drink.
Anyways, I tried using the Subway gift card to pay for my purchase. I have had several problems using this card in the past as some of these shops don’t take it or the machine processing the card does not work. This experience fell under the category of the cashier not knowing how to swipe the card correctly.
After several minutes of waiting, she says that there is no money on the card (untrue as I checked on the site that there was still the balance left on it afterwards) and forcefully asks me to pay for my purchase. I found this to be extremely rude. I decided to just pay for it and even after doing so, she was rude to give me back my change. Perhaps this was because my transaction was slowing down the Subway order line, but it exemplified a lack of customer respect.
With the whole gift card fiasco and this location’s bad service, I have decided to avoid Subway if at all possible. Unlike other fast-​food restaurants which are chain-​owned, Subway locations are franchise owned. At least with a chain, I can expect a similar type of service with the food. But with Subway, I would not rather take this chance as this example shows that service to be inconsistent by proprietor.

I have not been to this place very frequently recently, but I used to come here all the time. The Asian couple that owns the place are super nice, and, full disclosure, after not having been there for almost a year and venturing to try the new pizza (~$ 5) which was almost surprisingly good, the woman remembered my name, where my parents lived, and gave me a free cookie for the holidays.
You pretty much either like Subway’s food offerings or you don’t as it doesn’t differ very much from location to location, but if you do, this location has pleasant and personable staff, ample and clean seating, and quick service.
