T-​mobile is now offering a single share of stock to loyal patrons. Sounds good doesn’t it?
After multiple attempts, 6 – 7 times to register for this «reward», and 15 attempts at submission, I am giving up my claim. Simply too much personal information required too many times in the process and they are still not happy. I am not happy as well. they have 2 pieces of my ID as well as online information And give no ease to the requirement of an ID that clearly states it should NOT be use for «identification purposes»
It’s a great way to «give» something and not «give it at all». Now that I am unwilling to participate, How can I get the ID files I sent them back? I am very uncomfortable with this.

Don’t.DO NOT. get into Lease Agreement with T-​Mobile. My daughter wanted the Iphone 6 so bad, that we opted for the Jump On demand. TMO charges us $ 26 per month for 18 months, and then for 18 months they give back $ 7.
TMO are so stupid, that ever since we got the phone, those idiots at TMO can’t seem to add the $ 7 promotion to my billing. I have to make 3 calls a month to those kindergartener kids in TMO’s CSR. explain the situation to them. Then those idiots send a request to the promotion team.
I mean how difficult do you think it is to add a $ 7 credit back to the billing account each month? Not to difficult I would say. But those idiots are TMO take this to a totally different relm.
In all my time that I have dealt with these fools — I was never offered a credit or some compensation for all my time that I had wasted telling them that they had messed up.
John Legere as the CEO of this company, can’t you do something with these kindergartner’s?
Why do customer’s have to suffer because you stupid systems don’t communicate with each other? I guarantee that this credit will not be applied to my June or July bills.

I usually have really bad experiences at tmobile but this location was great. A worker by the name of Sandeep (I think???) was very honest when helping me and my fiancé. He showed us the best deals for our needs and was very patient. Will definitely drive the extra distance for great customer service!

I switched over from Verizon to T-​Mobile and I don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner. The 4G and voice service is phenomenal in Bellevue. Well, I guess they better be since their headquarters is here. Much better plans, no roaming, and after you pay for the phone, the service fee goes down since you are done paying for it. Verizon keeps charging you the same rate after two years, what a ripoff. And Verizon has so much roaming charges.
The customer service at this store rocks! I don’t remember the manager’s name, but he came from CA so we were chatting while finishing up my phone purchase and transfer from Verizon when he noticed a suspicious person in the corner. He got the customers away from the guy and asked one of the reps to keep an eye on him. The suspicious guy then left but came back later and tried to rip the phone off of the cable! WTF… He couldn’t take anything and ran away. Kudos to the store manager for recognizing the suspect early and taking steps for customer safety. Great work!

Consistently excellent customer service at this location. I went in today because my mom’s phone was having a problem — screen was black. We assumed incorrectly that the phone had died and went in thinking that she’d have to buy a new one. Phi took a look at the phone, rebooted it and it was fixed! It was a simple solution, but saved us time and money. Phi was friendly and attentive. Previous experiences at this store have been just as good. Everyone I’ve worked with at this location is friendly, attentive, and willing to take the time to help you with whatever you need. Thanks for taking care of us today, Phi!

The wait was long. The service was ok. The store gave me conflicting information that customer care gave me.

My worst service experience happened at this t-​mobile retail store.
I ordered an iPhone 6 and a 6 plus on Nov-2−2014. Meredith, t-​mobile staff, told me that I need to call her if I changed my mind. I switched my account to AT&T the same day because the bad coverage. Then I called her immediately to cancel my order. She promised that I would not be charged and the phones would be cancelled. But on Nov-21−2014, my credit card was charged more than $ 1700 and i was informed that the phones had been shipped. Then I called Meredith twice and left massage since she was always unavailable. But unfortunately she never returned my call. I know she was pissed off by losing her commission.
Meredith is the most irresponsible service staff I have ever met!!! I will NEVER NEVER NEVER do any business with T Mobile any more!!!

Not a fan of this store. Twice burned now. First I went here to switch carriers took almost 3 hours to complete the transaction. Second go in to trade in my ipad to get iPad Air and after an hour half they finally figure out that there is a system issue and they can’t take my trade in due system error (IT has a ticket out for issue) and they will follow up with me later. Even though they have already activated a new line on my account for the new ipad that I don’t have yet. Nice people crap slow service.
And my new phone with supposedly amazing awesome coverage does not have service while I am at work. Makes me miss my old carrier.

This location by far doesn’t seem like Tmobile as all location for tmobile are rude and very unprofessional. This location is knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. I would have left tmobile if it wasn’t for this location. Other locations should follow in the steps of this place for customer service.

Very happy with service, actually I always was happy with their service.
I had T-​Mobile a few times and never really had a problem. I jumped ship to Verizon because I wanted to be on the largest and ‘fastest’ network. Although the network was large, the prices were too. Before coming back to T-​Mo, I tried some MVNO’s because of their promise of same service and low prices… you know what? T-Mo’s prices ended up being the same.
I have 4G LTE service which is noticeably faster than other peoples service (in Southern California). I pay $ 45 for unlimited everything and 1gb service for me and 3gb service for my wife on a family plan. I get wi-​fi calling if I want it and no contract or hidden fees. I traveled recently to Phoenix/​Glendale, Az and didn’t have an issue.
I think T-Mobile’s changing up the wireless industry has been a blessing for the consumer. Great job T-​mobile, you’ll have a customer for a while.

Awesome staff really helpful with what I was looking for I just recently switched from AT&T and to be honest I would recommend everyone to do so if you have more than three lines on a plan because they offer very good deals.
I told myself that I would never switch plans but then when I called AT&T and they were very resistant to make my plan better I switched over right away

I had a MAJOR snafu with my phone recently. I got a fix from the manufacturer, but while following their instructions ALL of the contacts were simultaneously erased from both my phone and my laptop. I was devastated, over 100 contacts lost to the ether, some of which were irreplaceable. For a week I tried to regain my lost phone numbers, e-​mail addresses and birthdates.
I tried everything I could think of, and decided as a last ditch effort to see if the folks at the T-​Mobile store could help me. I have had excellent customer service from the crew at the Factoria location before, and tonight was no exception.
Within a few minutes, Derek had not only resurrected all of my contacts, but also showed me how to save them so this would never, ever happen to me again. He went the extra mile for me, and I am very, very, thankful.
Thank you T-​Mobile team for understanding that not everyone is a techie. Some of us need a bit of help. The team at your Factoria location is a credit to your organization. They deserve a bit of recognition, and I am happy to bring their excellent customer service to your attention.

The folks at the T-​mobile store in Factoria helped my family and I straighten out a complex issue.
My family and I had been on the family plan for years with T-​mobile. Recently, I decided that I wanted to go solo on a $ 30 a month prepaid plan. When I got my phone in the mail it was missing the activation card. So, I went to the T-​mobile store in Bellevue Square to see what I should do. The sales associate was friendly, but told me I needed to pay a $ 10 fee (or something like that) to activate the phone and that the number that I had for years would need to be changed. This was sort of confusing as the sales associate admitted that my phone should have come with an activation card, and that my missing one was not at all typical… so then why would I need to pay $ 10 to get one?
Anyway, I went to the Factoria T-​mobile and they were able to activate my phone and allowed me to keep the same number at no cost. Their salespeople were friendly and helpful throughout.
I’ve been on the $ 30/​month unlimited data, unlimited texting and 100 min of talk prepaid plan for two months and love it.

This is a horrible company. They forced me out of my fav five no contract program. The new program was supposedly not a contract program. I was assured twice. Now they are charging me for an early termination fee. I did not agree or sign a contract. Just because they say it is does not make it so. They have also blocked me from their facebook page so I can not tell other about them.

Lost my phone. Lost my little device and the ability to enter the world. Life had grey and blurry pattern. Levi was my sherpa to the gates of colors, friends, pictures and happiness:)
Levi made the experience easy, quick and turned the light switch access back to texting, fb, work and life so pain and wait free that I have to thank him on Unilocal :)
Levi also has a great style and a professional approach.

A better experience than the self-​serve website although, be prepared for a wait because apparently I’m not the only person who has the same opinion of their website. The employees in the store can almost always find better deals for you than you can on your own. That’s reason enough for going to the store.

I have upgraded my phones with T-​Mobile when the G1 was first released and now the HTC HD2 released today. Both times I have been pushed to buy extra items or they would not sell me the phone. With the G1 it was a car charger and with the HD2 it was the warranty plan for $ 6 or $ 8 a month. They told me they wouldn’t sell me the HD2 unless i purchased the Warranty. I had to tell them it was illegal to make me purchase the Warranty to sell me the phone. The 2 times I upgrade and 2 times pushed to buy extra stuff. Not cool.
I am happy with T-​Mobile in general just not my experiences at the stores.

I’m a recent T-​Mobile convert, having previously been with Verizon since my first cell phone years ago. While I love having a cell phone, I absolutely dread ever having to enter a provider store. Ugh, the thought alone makes me cringe. The long lines, standing around waiting, the shrill repetative «your guarantee has expired,» it’s enough to make me chuck the phone myself.
So far, I’ve had much better luck with T-​Mobile representatives than I ever did at Verizon stores… Now don’t get me wrong, this Factoria branch isn’t anything spectacular, but the people working there do seem to know what they’re doing (which you would think would be a requirement of most sales companies, but alas, it isn’t).
Anyway…the manager here was very helpful. My phone was wigging out with an unusual problem that apparently no one at T-​Mobile had ever seen before, but they got me taken set up with a brand new replacement phone with no strings attached, no $ 50 deposit, no signing my life away. Simple. Quick. Easy. Just what I was hoping for.

OK, all cell phone companies are scum, but Anna Dennison at the Loehmann’s Plaza T-​Mobile store is a decent and helpful individual, so go talk to her if you want T-​Mobile and intelligent, friendly service.
I’ve been with T-​Mobile since they were VoiceStream, and was not wild about changing companies… so we upgraded my individual plan to a family plan, got new phones, and did all kinds of other confusing things to my service… not to mention that I’d just resolved a $ 600 dispute with the company which caused my account to be flagged as a troublemaker (I believe the exact language was «no account changes allowed — account watch»).
So poor Anna had to call the T-​Mobile internal-​agent customer service several times to get things straightened out for us. Not only was she nice about it, never casting aspersions on me which I could imagine some «customer service» minions doing, given the circumstances, but she also got us sodas to drink from her personal stash after we’d been in the store for an hour. She remained friendly and positive throughout the ordeal, never letting on what a pain in the behind the entire thing was… and she got all of our service and phones set up correctly, which is pretty amazing, considering.
FInally, she got all the rebate stuff totally organized for us and made the necessary photocopies and all of that. She didn’t have to do that, but she made it easy for me.
Anna’s the dope, and T-Mobile’s OK… definitely better than Cingular in our family’s experience.
