I switched from Verizon as TMobile was half the cost. 5 months later I can say without hesitation «You get what you pay for». In this case, the coverage, customer service and overall rating of TMobile is far LESS than half of Verizon. I am being charged for 2 more phones than I purchased (was 4 total, charged for 6) and accessories. Billing issue has been going on for 5 months and still not resolved. Billing deferred me to the manager at this facility as they were the ones who erred in the set up of the account with too many phones. Manager has been ineffective at getting this resolved and I continue to have to pay nearly a hundred dollars a month extra unitl this is resolved. You may not like paying more for Verizon, but you’ll dislike Tmobile cellular coverage and customer service less. If you do go Tmobile, don’t go to this branch.

I recently came to this location to setup a plan for my niece. I was a Little skeptical at first after reading the reviews for this location However this is the nearest location to me and I needed something quick. I was assisted by Lilly she went over different plan options and made it quick and simple which I needed since I was in a rush. I don’t currently have Tmobile as I’m on AT&T but after my experience at this location and with the representative I’m really thinking of switching my husbands and my line over !

Do not trust this store. I went in May wishing to switch from a prepaid account to family plan. The manager gave me false information and promised a credit he didn’t honor. This store changes manager and staff frequently and the new manager and staff don’t really care about my issue. Most of the employee look like they are bored, texted on their phone while helping me, and they plainly just want to sell me expensive phones and plans so they can get the commission. I don’t think they are very honest and professional. Go to the T-​mobile store in Factoria. Much better customer service there.

Be very wary of T-Mobile’s allegedly «free» international internet or you may end with a $ 600 bill like I did. On a recent trip to Europe I received a text from T-​Mobile welcoming me to Iceland and warning I might get roaming charges. I called the T-​Mobile number in the text and explained I was in Italy and confused. The customer service representative assured me he could tell I was in «free» countries and I could disregard the text, I would not be charged for internet.
A few days later I had racked up over $ 500 in roaming, what the customer service representative and I did not know is that I was being routed through the cruise ship’s internet. T-​Mobile has a text that says «welcome to cruise ship internet» but they did not use this with me so I am now paying almost $ 400 in roaming, they did reduce it by $ 200 but will not write it off as I should have believed the text messages and not the customer service representative. I can understand why T-​Mobile is being investigated for deceptive advertising.

Had a really terrible experience at this store today. First off, the woman checking us in gave me a condescending look when I asked her if the store was matching a promo I saw online (the look was followed by a «no»). Great start to the visit, huh?
We then had to wait 15 – 20 minutes before a representative could see us, which was fine – I understand that stores get busy on weekends, and have no issue with this fact. However, the representative that we got was incredibly rude and pushy. All we wanted was to buy a new phone outright as an upgrade, and all he did was keep pushing us towards the Jump program without actually explaining any cost differentials or real benefits to us. All he kept throwing around was the phrase «zero downpayment». We had both already done our research on this program, and knew that it simply delayed a payment differential for 18 months (after paying in instalments for all those months) – the actual phone wasn’t going to end up costing any less ultimately.
A trip to the store on Broadway in Seattle later in the day proved much more helpful and successful. Definitely never going to the Crossroads T-​Mobile outlet ever again.

All this started when on aug 17 i visited this store to check out new post paid plans. Paul at the store asked for my SSN and other details to do a credit check. After providing all those details, they ran a check and came back saying that i qualified for a good credit and shared what all plans i can get.
I left the store with the details but didnt commit on anything as i didn’t want to take the connection then.
In October i received a letter from T-​mobile saying that I was in their defaulters list and they were terminating my services for not paying past dues amounting to $ 444.30. Subsequently I also received a letter from a collection agency on behalf of T-​mobile asking to pay up.
I was shocked and surprised ! Initially i thought this was some kind of fraud. I called up T mobile customer care and they told me I had opened an account on Aug 17^th. I told them that i had only gone for a credit check. They asked me to go to the store where i had got the credit check done and get the account closed from there.
So i visited the store and told them the details. Paul was there. He was rude when i asked a few questions about why this had happened and how much time it would take to resolve as i didn’t want it on my credit history. He also didnt believe me when I told him it was he who had done my credit check in Aug and caused all this.
Instead of being polite and sorry about the mistake made by him initially, he rather was very rude and said it would take a week to get this fixed. I reasoned with him that the call center guy told me it was an instant thing at the store.
At this moment the assistant manager of the store who was there assured me that this would be done soon enough. Paul asked me to call the store again the next day and check the status. I was like -«Dude, its your mistake for all this harassment, at least have the courtesy to call the customer back.»
Super annoyed by all this i left the store. The next i called up in the evening and the assistant manager told me that the issue was resolved and the account was cancelled.
I will never go to this store again. Mistakes can be made but at least be polite enough to admit them and assure the customer, who is already harassed by all this, that the matter will be taken up urgently. You dont feel treated well enough as a customer. Bellevue square store is much better at this.

I just arrived in the US and needed a mobile plan for my phone. After a bit of online research I decided to go with T-​Mobile and visited this store. In under 10 minutes, I was set up!
Upon entering the store, I was immediately approached by the staff. Miguel was super friendly and certainly knows his onions! He was quick to help me set up everything while also advising me on & taking into account the special aspects of my case (EU smartphone, just arrived in the US). In under 10 minutes, I walked out with a working cell phone.
A+ Service.

Went in and there were way too many employees working at once, I was the only customer and felt uncomfortable. And all of them were guys for some strange reason.
Overall, I got much better service than I got in other T-​Mobile stores. Also got my screen protector done here, and was it done great and quickly.

I have been a loyal customer of T-​mobile for over 6 years, some experiences have been negative, but today I had the best experience. Miguel helped me for over an hour as I purchased several new phones, tablet, head set and mobile speaker. He was extremely knowledgeable with all products that I considered and purchased. He was also very friendly and engaging.

The new manager is a con. I went in to start a new line only to be lied to. I left to find out a month later i was billed for things i didnt sign up for. $ 50 dollar plan became $ 110.

The service is deceiving!
Do not ever go to this place. It is not authorized Tmobile store plus the owner is from CA.
Recently, I have switched to $ 100 for 4 lines from $ 89 for 3 lines. Now they want me to pay $ 152 include tax instead of $ 126 which is what I used to pay for month.

I wish I could give it 0 star. I went there to switch from ATT and had to trade in my phone with a new one. They gave me wrong information about their phones and prices and sold me a basic phone more expensive than existing smart phones. I realized it the next day and went back to exchange it but they made up a bunch of lies that the exact cashier has to be there for the return and I have to pay $ 25 for restock fee. Then I called the store supervisor and he also have me more unreasonable excuses. He said they cannot order online from the store and it’s a different department and I can’t do it either because I gave my phone to their store. In short, he was trying to make me buy something from his store and not online. He finally promised me to exchange my phone and waive the restock fee but he had be come out of reach (ignoring my calls) since then and the cashiers don’t honor his promise. So I talked with T mobile customer service an found out everything the store supervisor and his employees told me were wrong. The store has to get bak the phone and keeps his promises. Overall it feels like this store is trying to scam people.
Also, I was mocked by the store employee when I asked about a cheap phone which was very rude and unprofessional.

I always enjoy coming to this store, the staff is amazing the manger Gerson is awesome funny warm and welcoming always finding me deals! I always come to this location and always recommend my friends here too!

This T-​Mobile location has employees that don’t care about customers. I went there to get a phone. So the employee asked me for my phone # and such. While at that he was texting friends and kept me waiting for 5 to 7 minutes. As if this wasn’t enough the employee would go to his colleague and talk about the text message he got from their mutual friend. These employees are slow and instead of make a customer happy the are just being ignorant. So I ended up buying the phone I came in for. In about 2 hours when I set the phone up, I noticed that there is a hardware problem. I took the phone back to this place and showed the issue to the employee, he did confirm the issue. He needed manager’s approval to do an exchange. The manager said that he doesn’t see the issue and didn’t approve the exchange. I tried hard, but still nothing happened. I went to Bellevue Square T-​Mobile store and 2 employees in that location saw the problem and gave me an exchange. Just a completely different experience.

I’ve been loyal to Tmobile for more than five years and I have NEVER had the most efficient and thorough service as I did today at the Crossroads location.
A HUGE shout-​out to the Assistant Store Manager Sarah for helping me and making sure all of my needs were met.
They had three people on staff including Sarah and one person waiting before me. I only had to wait maybe five minutes before I was assisted by Sarah. My phone was running a lot slower since the upgrade to 4GLTE, it wasn’t taking a charge and I virtually had little service around the areas that I frequent.
A couple weeks ago when I visited a Tmobile in the Alderwood Mall, the representative just suggested that I needed a new SD Card… something else for me to buy. I didn’t take his advice.
Not only did I get a new phone (HTC M8) but I didn’t have to pay anything up front and the payments were the exact amount I was already paying on my previous phone. ALSO this process took less than 15 minutes and she invited me back in to see her to purchase a protective case and screen.
An hour later as I was easily transferring my data, Sarah called and informed me of a charge I no longer needed on my account. TALK ABOUT A++++ SERVICE.
I have never seen this kind of service from TMobile before and plan to only visit Sarah and this location for my future needs.

Don’t visit this store because it’s an independently owned location. The staff has high incentives to sell you an expensive package and will not give good service or honest service to those looking for cheaper options. They’ll send those customers to the Factoria store. It’s better to go to the Factoria store which is a non-​independently operated T-​Mobile store, so the service will be better and more truthful.
****I’ve been to the T-​Mobile in Factoria about 2 – 3 times now and they are more knowledgeable and more customer service oriented.

Miguel is awesome, funny, patient and helpful with a problem with a phone. We had to wait for some backups and resets and he made the experience easy and comfortable. If you’re near the Bellevue area, ask for Miguel. He has the Miguel touch! :D

Follow up– after calling customer service to tell them I had not signed up but got a 77 $ bill, she cancelled it and said I would get a zero balance «final» bill. A month later, I got a bill with some cancelled charges and a due amount of 2.35. Called customer service again and this person said the bill is a mistake and I owe nothing and the account is closed. She has no explanation for why I’m showing a past due partial amount.
Seriously, T-​Mobile. I had wanted your service. Until I actually had to work with you.

Looks like I should have Unilocaled before I visited or even called this store. Apparently, they will say whatever they can to get your tmobile number to show that they did work and had customers. Whatever you do, don’t give them any information until they have properly helped you! I thought it was fishy since all the other stores don’t immediately try to get your info before they even know what you need.
Then, they will lie as much as they can so you can drive to them, waste your time, and then feel like you have no options. They tried to sell me a phone they actually didn’t have. Direct lied to me to get into the store. Then tried to send one to my home, and then tried to sell me an older model of a phone they had in stock instead. Kind of dirty. If you have not enough customers, it is for a reason. So stop making T-​Mobile look bad! The others stores are helpful and honest! Why are you so shady?!

What a horrible company and a horrible store; I’ve had their service for a long time and they are the ABSOLUTE worst for multiple reasons;
Today I went into this particular location and wanted to do 2 things; pay my bill (their website isn’t letting my payments go through for some reason anymore; also their «My T-​Mobile» app is buggy as fuck so I can’t pay via the app either;even if it is in the beta phase it’s just god awful; half the time you try and open something it doesn’t work. The second thing I wanted to do was lower my monthly charges because i was paying 80/​mo for not even using 10% of my data/​minutes.
They charged me a $ 100 «migration fee» to switch my plan over to a «value» plan. So I’m paying 100 dollars; Google «Migration fee» if you want to learn more about this; to ATTEMPT to pay less per month. Pay money to save money? What a fucking joke.
