Tru Experience did an amazing job I had a time urgent cleaning and they really worked hard to fit me in same day. In addition, they did an incredible job at a fair price. The attention to customer service was exceptional. We will be coming back for sure.

This is not just a company that cares about high and fancy cars or high-​profile people. Down to earth, friendly, and exceptional customer service. I work full-​time and have two children (messy little boys to be exact). Needless to say my car can get messy with snacks park and beach play and Lord knows we have enough rain/​mud to get any car dirty. Well tru experience gave my car a detail service that I can maintain. They spotless cleaned and shampooed everything. If you’re thinking about reviving your cars life and feeling better about what you drive on a daily basis do not hesitate to call! I have added this to my wish list of Mother’s Day wants!

I own a custom vehicle shop in Seattle and occasionally need a detail service to come take care of customers’ vehicles after a project is completed (or sometimes before we start). I hired The Tru Experience to come by the shop and take care of three trucks at once — two smaller details and one full one including polish, shampoo, etc. The guys did a superb job. I’ve never gotten a better detail before, ever. The larger project truck was absolutely filthy and it looks almost new now, both inside and out (to the extent a 15 year old offered truck can look new). The two smaller details were so thorough I’m honestly a little amazed.
I can’t recommend these guys enough — we will definitely be working with them again in the future. Thanks again!

Thank you Gaylane. What a treat! My car needed a good cleaning and waxing and I had no time to be without my vehicle. I contacted Tru Experience mobile Detail they came to my office and while I was working, my car was getting a spa treatment. The best part is its very reasonable. I have since used there services several times including having my husbands extremely dirty truck cleaned. I will continue to have The TRU Experience come out and clean my cars.

I have never had my car detailed before. But I will be doing it regularly from now on. I have owned my car since ’08, and after the detail it looked practically brand new again. The guys who cleaned it were very respectful of every item in my car while cleaning it. even after 6 weeks my car still looks pretty clean, inside and out! I Highly recommend The Tru Experience.

What a fitting name for the service we received. We used The Tru Experience Mobile Detail for one of our company trucks and Wow, I wasn’t sure if I should put it back on the lot or drive it. Made me feel like the truck was brand new.

I’m in my car all day long for work and I really needed to get it detailed so when a couple friends told me about The Tru Experience I was all over it! While at home one day last week fighting the flu, I had TTEMD come over to MY HOUSE and detail my car while I sat on the couch and watched Nurse Jackie in my pj’s! Their attention to detail was spot on and I would definately use them again and again. And the fact that they come to you is just freakin’ awesome!!!

Absolutely amazing. Gaylane was completely amazing. He scheduled our vehicles for 8am and was more than prompt by showing up 10 minutes early and was setup and ready to go by 8. As a small business owner being prompt is HUGE in my book as other companies are typically late. He proceeded to tackle the van which probably hasn’t seen a vacuum in years and was covered in puppy hair. I am truly surprised to say the van now looks just as new as it was when purchased. Complete night and day. Next up was my Subaru impreza, which had been in good condition previously. It looks like he was able to get out some of the swirly marks that have been there for a long time. Very detail oriented and just did an absolute fabulous job. I’ve been taking my impreza to a local company and paying significantly more for the same detail work and in turn not having as good of a job done. Ill be calling again next time I’m in need of a detail. Thanks for all your hard work!
