Signature Auto Detail

Highly recommend this place. Very nice customer service, great people ! No matter the job is big or small, they do it with 100% effort. I am very happy with their work done.

This shop was recommended to me by the paint shop that did my paint job earlier this year and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone!

I wonder if any of the previous negative reviews had actually addressed their issues with the staff because I found Scott to be very easy to talk to as I looked over the work that was done.

These guys are great. Scott the owner knows the true definition of customer service. I took my car there in late July to have him buff and clean out one of my headlights and they had it done in less than 20 minutes. As a token of his appreciation, he gave me a deal that day that was completely unexpected. I’ll be going back to Scott for all of our auto-​detailing needs in the near and distance future. 5 starts and 2 thumbs up for these guys. Very impressed and definitely going back. Well, my husband has taken about 3 of our cars to this detailer. Each time he was satisfied. I took my husband’s word for it. However, after he took in our 4^th car to have it detailed, I decided to check it out. For nearly $ 200, there were still cookie crumbs in the middle console as well as the cup holders. Too busy for them to wipe that out? Really? Also, the film that builds up on the inside of windshields of any car, was not totally cleaned. In the sunlight you can see what huge area they missed. (Remember now, we paid nearly $ 200 – actually $ 185 to be exact). Then, there was a minor spot of sticky goo left from something like gum or syrup on part of the panel and they failed to even try to clean that. I simply took some Windex and a little bit of Goof Off and it came right out. So, thorough, this place is NOT. And I regret not checking on the other cars that my husband had serviced here. Time will tell how well they waxed the outside too. Won’t know until we get a real good rainfall. If the water beads up, I will be able to tell if they even waxed it. For now, we shall not return. I heard there are great places in Bellevue and Kent.

These folks did a phenomenal job on our Forester. We have a 3-​year-​old, and the inside of our car was trashed — like taffy-​stuck-​to-​the-​upholstery trashed. I was just hoping they could tidy up the car to make it look halfway decent, but they made it look like it just rolled off the dealer lot. Scott was even able to buff out a big scuff mark on the front bumper, and that was something extra I threw at him when I dropped the car off for service. No complaints. Next time we need to get the car tidied up (and it will happen again, no doubt), we’ll be back at Signature.

I have been using Signature Auto Detail for several years now (even back when it used to be a Karmichael). Scott and his guys are very friendly and always do a great job. Over the past couple years I have sold two used vehicles and each time I take them here first to get cleaned up. They have worked with me each time to make up a package that fits what the vehicle needed, and the results are always great. I also take my new cars here for a «manager’s special», usually quarterly and for a full wash and wax yearly. My Pilot is three years old now and it still looks brand new.

I took an F150 to Signature for a simple exterior detail.
In their own price guide it clearly says they clean the door jams as part of this detail package. When I picked up my truck they never even opened the doors, the jams were filthy. The tail gate was never opened to clean the bed jam. I am a painting contractor. If I over looked details of this magnitude I would expect not to be referred.
When I brought it to Scott’s attention he tried to play dumb. When I pointed out his own flyer lists the door jams and such as part of the very high priced detail task I was paying for. He developed an attitude and barked at one of his people to go wipe out the jams on my truck. It took the man all of 5 minutes. Cheating his customers out of something that takes 5 minutes speaks volumes of his character in business.
Buyer Beware…

I just picked up my white Accord. After a few years of neglect the paint was streaky and would leave white powder on your hand of you rubbed against it. To my surprise these guys were able to buff out the acid rain looking streaks and my paint looks glossy and amazing again! Definitely recommended for the quality and price. I’ll be stopping by twice a year from now on!

Super pricey for the full service detailing but it was the only place close to me that had an available, last minute opening. When I got the car back, initially, I thought it was awesome. But as the day went on, people started pointing out little spots that they had missed in the crevices of the seats, like under the passenger seat by the seatbelt buckle. However, they cleaned up the exterior pretty well! Most of the scratches had faded and weren’t as noticeable so I was pretty happy about that but some places look a little streaky. And the inside reeked of chemicals — I thought I was going to get poisoned. The smell stayed for a few days. I never brought the car back because it had been a few days since the initial pickup that I noticed these things and I didn’t want to bother with the drama. Sorry but I think I’ll be sticking to Precision…

I’ve had my Cadillac Escalade detailed here several times and have always been so happy with their services. They make it look like it is brand new again! Will keep going back for sure… Thanks guys! :)

We brought in our Navigator-​they did a great job. Very thorough and professional. They worked w my time restraints and best of all it was very affordable for a detail. From someone w 3 kids and a large dog-​I would highly recommend Signature! They made my car look and smell brand new!

These guys are true professionals! I work in the real estate industry so my vehicle must be looking good at all times. I have them regularly detail and wax my truck as needed. I am always totally satisfied with the results! That’s an impressive track record! Pricing is very fair and competitive. They have a loyal customer with me!

After having some minor body work and painting done on my 2003 Toyota Highlander some 4 months ago, the Body Shop owner, ‘Junior’ (whom I had known, and respected for several years), suggested that I contact Scott Young at Signature Auto Detail to put the ‘finishing touches’ on my vehicle.
Once the recently painted areas had cured, and since I had never had that type of service done in the 9 years I had owned my Highlander, I decided to follow Junior’s recommendation and contacted Scott at Signature Auto Detail in Renton to schedule the work.
Wow! :-o :-) Scott and his crew sure DID put their ‘Finishing Touches’ on my Highlander, both inside and out! :-o :-) My vehicle had never looked that GOOD since I first drove it off the showroom floor 9 years earlier!
If your vehicle is ‘showing its’ age’, or just looking a little ‘tired’, I heartily recommend Signature Auto detail. Scott Young and his crew did a remarkable job, and I give them a 5 STAR rating! :-)

Very professional and fairly priced. I’ve used this Karmichael location a couple of times now when my Mazdaspeed3 needed a bath and each time I walked away a happy customer. All the times that I’ve gone have been walk-​ins and I would only wait about 30−35min before my car was cleaned. During the summer I plan on coming back to this location and getting a full detail/​wax/​wash from them as I know it will be worth the money. From what I gathered on my last trip in however, they will be changing names here shortly and will no longer go by Karmichael Auto but will remain at the same address…

Did a great job!

i recently took my friends car there because a bunch of beer spilled in his backseat. they cleaned it and it smelled great when we left. 3 days later it reeked of stale, nasty beer. we took the car back and they worked some detailing voodoo magic because it still smells great 3 weeks later. They didn’t charge for the second cleaning and told us we can keep coming back until it was fixed. Awesome customer service and they ended up doing a good job.

I used a Living Social deal to check out Karmichael Auto Salon.
GREAT service, fine job, nice times & appointment availability.
Only con was it is far from my home.
