I’ve been here a few times with my friends. An incident occurred where the ladies’ restroom didn’t work for awhile so I went to co-ed that was located in the back. Upon going there, the restrooms were dirty and smelled heavily of cigarettes which was unpleasant. The food is alright, but the service is horrible. If I wanted a glass of water, the girls who are the servers would literally take their time to get some water for me. I am not sure if they got an attitude to me or it is like that to other customers who dine there. I wouldn’t want to go here to dine regularly, but overall, they do have okay food and karaōke.

I went to twilight 7 last night. I like the food, especially the bbq. The waitress serve us well, and table and chair is clean. It’s very good.

I love the shui zhu yu(xin pai) so much it’s simply the best I’ve ever had in the US, including Newark, NYC, SF, LA, you name it. only missing one star because they cannot offer the other type of fish other than catfish EACH time we order it. Why not remove it if you can’t find it for your customers?

Where do I start? They asked if I wanted to order a drink and I said«Hot Tea please». She snapped back«We have no free tea. You pay» and slapped a tea menu in front of me with tea at $ 5.99. I then said«just bring me water». She brought me a plastic tumble of hot water. The food portions were meager at best. Service terrible. They slap the food down with nary a pleasant word and you don’t see them again until you seek them out to pay. Warning: this place illegally tries to extort a fee for using your credit card if you spend less than $ 15.00! They do not warn you with signage anywhere which would still be illegal. They try to get you to pay cash. Why? no pay tax dat way. Refuse to go along with this extortion. Special warning to single people regarding this discrimination because you will likely face this scenario if paying by credit card. The seating is dirty old pine tables so don’t look for atmosphere here.

Terrible service. Very long wait. If you come in with a full stomach, you would starve by the time food is served.

Great place for party! Reasonable price and delicious food. We had fun in karaōke with my friends. The service is average, all Asian girls. Good karaōke quality. Small room is big enough for 6 person. Like!!!

My bf and I were craving Spiced but unfortunately it was closed so we decided to try out Twilight 7. The food… there wasn’t anything too exciting, honestly. It also didn’t help that we didn’t know what to order bcos there were no pictures. Visuals help a lot! Oh, I didn’t know if the edamame was suppose to come out cold or else I would have not ordered it. It seemed like it was sitting in water or off to the side until someone orders it. Because we went on a weekday, it wasn’t busy and we were able to call our servers over if needed. Overall it was an okay experience. Nothing really stood out to me. I may come back to give it another try.

They have the most authentic Szechuan style food and Kebab in Bellevue. Though the service is kinda poor and it is not a decorated house, the food is amazing if you know how to order. Their Grilled Fish is very fresh and delicious. They also have karaōke rooms.

We ordered five dishes. 3 out of the 5 were not hot, which is a knock for me. The spoon+pen combo used to write down our order was clearly dirty on the inside and did not look pleasant. We had to shoo away a fly a few times from our food. This place could definitely be cleaner. Half of the food was average, the other half meh. Nothing really tasted fresh, even the shrimp or noodles. The service was good, but it was not crowded when we were there, so it should be good. The atmosphere was nice and I’m sure it’s fun to karaōke here. But for this area, expectations are high and you’ve got to do better to earn business with so much competition around.

I understand working as a server could be hard and they usually deserve fair amount of gratuity in order to show our appreciation of their hard works. However, it does not exist at twilight 7. I am going to make bullet points regarding of our«self-service» experience in the karaōke room tonight. 1) We didn’t get a single glass of water until we walked to the bar from our karaōke room 30 mins after we arrived. 2) No one come and ask us if we need any food of drinks for 40 mins until we walked up again and gave them our order sheet. 3) The number of utensils, glass, plates and napkins were short every time. Maybe they don’t know how to count. 4) We used a table knife to cut the birthday cake. 5) No body came over to clean our plates until we walked over and asked for it politely. Okay, I can suck up all of the above because they might be very busy, so they«couldn’t» come over and serve us. But… I don’t think they deserve an «included» 18% gratuity if they treated us like this. I might say okay to that 18% because we have more than 6 people. However, they gave a shxxx face when we paid for the bill because they were so busy and having their employee dinner. I didn’t hear a thanks from them. Some people will just treat their customers really bad because they know how much you would tip them and you can’t tip them less to their bad service and attitude. Sigh… This is my second time going karaōke in there and I think it will be the last time.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Yes, there are lots of young pretty girls dressed in short shorts and all, if that is your reason of going out to restaurants. If only these pretty girls also did their job, but that’s too much to ask apparently. It is sad, because food here is quite amazing, especially for those who love spicy. Just go if you have the patience to wait for your fork, rice, dishes you ordered, and don’t expect for the servers to actually listen to what you are asking for. Very very bad training, or very very lazy employees. I came in to celebrate a friend’s birthday one evening, hoping to eat good food and then switch to karaōke. But according to the very rude waitress, we «should have told her» in the beginning that we want the room, for at this point there were non available. I thought we were pretty clear about getting the meal+karaōke deal, but with so many different servers coming our way and not communicating among each other, our requests came unattended to. Same with asking for rice, which never came after several reminders, so we just gave up trying. Not only they kept forgetting our stuff, but they were super rude in replying to us and blaming us on not communicating well. Such an unpleasant situation. After finishing our food, we had to take our«karaōke business» to another nearby karaōke bar. All in all, I am not paying to look at your short shorts, I’m paying to eat delicious authentic food and enjoy a fun night of karaōke with friends. The owners of Twilight 7 have got to start hiring experienced servers or training the current ones better. There’s no way this place will be blooming with business at the rate that they’re disrespecting their customers.

It was my first time as well as last time to dine here. 1) service Each table is given a fill-out menu. Our server led us to a table, handed us one piece of menu, and left no pen. Then she disappear for 10minutes. I had to find a pen myself. In general, servers were careless and unattenative. Waiting time was long while the restaurant did not look busy. 2) food We, four adults, paid $ 130+ for skewers, a soup, noodles, and side dishes. Squid skewers tasted nasty and burned. It is the worst I have ever had. Also it is insane to see each squid skewer featured with three pieces 2cm*2cm squid meat plus taste awful. Yuk. Hot and sour soup had too much pepper power with very unbalanced taste. I am surprised how the kitchen screwed a soup that can be hardly made nasty.

Very authentic chinese food and great setting too. Taiwanese style worth music and pretty waitress. Not too spicy or real Sichuan but close enough and rare chances of chinese barbecue plus some exotic food options!

Probably the best Chinese restaurant I’ve tried around Seattle. BBQ and the fish dish are really good if you like spicy food. They have so many options, we want to try their dry pots next time. Definitely will come again!

whoa! this place is super random! young girlies dressed in red tank tops and skirts with feathers in their hair(kinda reminds me of 20’s flappers). semi safari themed décor but with collegiate banners hung from the ceiling in the main dining area. then there’s the back area with private karaōke rooms… what in the actual F?! *shrug* oh well, ambiance is only a small part of the reason i go some place to eat. lol. aside from the surreal mash up of styles, this restaurant offers some solid sichuanese cuisine. skewers are hit or miss(squid legs, bomb. the other squid options, meh. get the gizzards, tho). spicy chicken wings were nice and mala(numbing spice). our plan is to run through and try all them appetizers/skewers eventually. the a-choy(taiwanese lettuce) is great here. stir fried with loads of garlic, it holds up very well against the more pungent dishes despite being, well lettuce. i’d never had dry pot before i came here but i’d heard of it. we got it with tripe and tendon. if you’ve ever had tendon, you’ll know there’s a delicate balance between under cooked and chewy and over cooked and disintegrated. they dance the line here well. flavors are great when cooked with the variety of chilies. my only gripe is the pieces are small. there’s plenty in there but i think the size helps them cook it faster. minor gripe only. the tripe absorbs all of the flavors of the dry pot and is a nice little contrast in texture with the tendon. the water cooked fish is a winner as well. not sure why it’s called that as it’s literally swimming in chili oil, garlic, and veg… there’s no water to be found. perhaps it’s a literal translation? i dunno. it’s on par with what i’ve had at Spiced and they have a great version of this dish. the clientele and staff mostly appear to be mainland chinese and very young. i’ve not had horrible service here, nobody’s ever rude on purpose, but i’ve only been twice. waters were refilled without being asked, they checked on us periodically. that’s basically all i care about. language barrier is there(i can understand mandarin ok, but for both our sake’s don’t make me speak it) but we always figure it out. if you’re headed to skate king and want some chow, you could do worse in this neighborhood.
