Isabel was a wonderful massage therapist! She worked hard at finding all my problem areas. She was attentive to my needs and always asked for feedback on pressure. Not sure if she does this for everyone but she helped stretch me out at the end to further loosen up and wake up my muscles.
Similar to any professional establishment, make sure you book an appointment and show up on time. We booked a day ahead and was graciously welcomed upon arrival.

Isable has excellent massage skills, like many others who left reviews here, no disagreement there.
However, what I want to comment on is her professionalism. She often leaves clients in the middle of the massages to answer phone calls and speak to customers. This is very disruptive and causes a bad taste in an otherwise great session. Recently, she overbooked and didn’t inform us.
If the business can improve on these points, it would be THE place to go to, but for now, I’d stay away.

Fantastic spa I recommend this place to anyone needing a good massage. As an older athlete I need deep tissue massage to work out the knots. I am a regular visitor and always feel younger after an hour massage.

Isabel is amazing I came here twice during a business trip and she is very accommodating! The spa is clean and well kept and the environment feel very welcoming! She is very knowledgable and targets the exact spot perfectly! They even have a relaxing massage chair in the waiting area! Definitely recommend this place to all Bellevue travelers! 5 Stars!!!

Yi Spa was very close to the Hyatt hotel only a short 3 minute walk. A nice little shop. She hit all the spots and the 2 hours went by like 20 minutes! I would come back again!

My back was in bad shape while traveling. Went to Yi Spa and received a great massage from Isabel. The room was very warm and the massage was fantastic. Isabel did a great job stretching my lower back as well.

Yi Spa is a small spa located in a small strip mall with parking. It is clean and tastefully decorated. The therapists are friendly and professional. I exercise moderately, but do not take enough time to stretch, so my muscles are tight. The massage did wonders for loosening my muscles and also was very relaxing. The massage was tailored to my preferences as far as how much pressure to apply, but I let the therapist use her judgment as to how much time to spend on each muscle group. You could probably go to a fancier spa and pay more money, but I doubt the massage would be any better. I highly recommend Yi Spa.
