My friend and I along with his daughter came to this store to purchase ¹⁄₃ sheet of mint chocolate chip ice cream cake on 01/​01/​2016 for a birthday party. Once the children were done singing the birthday song, it was time to cut the cake and serve it. We were shock to find to out that the flavor was strawberry ice cream cake and not mint chocolate chip as indicated on the label. My friend called the store to inform the employee of this discrepancy. Josie advised my friend to speak with her manager, Rosie, who was not even working. No one in the store would take ownership of this error. Clearly display of poor customer service | lack of professionalism. We will never come back to store and definitely will not recommend this store to others. To others out there. Be Very Careful What You Buy In This Store. You’re taking a big risk

Wow i came in and found out they got rid of the new girl. She was so nice and helpful but now theres no young vibe to the place. Never going back there again!

The new girl finally brought some customer service to this place, she’s super helpful! Unfortunately I can’t say the same about everyone else. This place needs to be more cheerful. reminder it’s an ice cream shop!

The ice cream was as good as always and the service was pretty prompt. In the store, the sun comes through the windows a bit strong but it’s not that big of a deal. The only reason for the reduction is that when in there, there was a strange woman that was having a full blown conversation by herself, out loud and with full arm animation. As strange as it was, because of the swift service I was outta there in no time.
Chocolate chip for me! Like $ 2.60 a scoop now days but they have a special on the 31^st for like $ 1.50 or so.

I CANNOT stand the customer service at this specific location! Very disappointing for a loyal customer like myself. Never fails, every time I go into this B.31.R. The employees are always moody and must really hate there jobs. I say this because of the two ladies that were there tonight. And because last year this one girl that use to work here was also a grouch… Which I later saw working at Pollo Loco next door. I went in tonight hoping to try their flavor of the month «Oreo n’ Cake» it was ~8:30pm, they close @10pm (website claims), but apparently they were «out» of about half of their flavors… Or could it have been because the ladies were cleaning up and hoping to leave early? -.- hmmm…

Wow this store is shitty. Complete with crooked cabinets, and messy counters, as well as a loud rattling from one of the ice cream freezers. It doesn’t really seem like the employees care about the place. And on top of all of that, the hot fudge is cold and runny.

Love my free bday ice cream sugar cone… delicious! That did a stomach good. now I’m hungry :-)

My experiences at this location have generally been decent. My reason for for this review though literally takes the cake.
I went into the store a few days ago to pick up a few scoops of ice cream. Upon entering I noticed a family of four or five being helped by the employee. To my left was another employee speaking with a customer near the ice cream cake book area.
A few minutes go by and the family has just now gotten their first item and she was making the second item for the dad. I’m still patiently waiting and look to my left to see that the other employee is still helping out the customer. The employee tells him to hold on for a moment then comes to help us. My daughter asks for a sample of the Spiderman ice cream which the employee scoops out and gives. My daughter is ready to order but the lady has gone back to the guy at the counter for more talking. Maybe a minute or two later, as we are waiting still, she ends up KISSING the guy at the counter!!! This whole time I thought it was a customer but nope it’s her boyfriend.
At that point we just walk out and leave empty handed and disappointed.
The next day I call the corporate office and relay the above. I am promised a phone call back from the store owner with 24 – 48 hours. It has now been almost a full week later and no call. Surprise, surprise! I called corporate back and let them know that no phone call was received (per their instruction)).
From here on out its Yogurtland for us!

As a person I don’t really have a sweet tooth, but we all have those days were ice cream is a MUST!!! I normally get my plain jane vanilla flavor, but something in me decided to change it up today. I ended up getting strawberry cheesecake as was not let down. I wasn’t even aware that there were more flavors on the other side !!! One day when I’m having a piggy parade, I will buy an ice cream cake !!! The girl that helped us was nice, but the other lady seemed rude. I was also so happy to receive a coupon for discount near the end of the month!!! Can’t wait to come back and try some more delicious flavors.

Ice cream flavors are great, like at any other location. Hence, the 3 stars. However, often times service is inconsistent. It seemed like female employees were flirty/​nice to male customers but cold/​mean to females. The ice cream is sometimes «frostbitten». Shady area, and I’m not talking trees. I love Baskin Robbins ice cream, it’s just that this location could do better.

This place used to be great, sadly it’s horrible now. The manager is SO unfriendly, and stingy. I bought a shake, it came out to 5.49, I gave her 5.50, and she didn’t even bother to give me my change, not a big deal, but it just shows you how rude they are. Ridiculous to pay high prices for terrible service

Of course I would get a Mother’s Day cake last minute. I quickly went in to get a Chocolate Chip ice cream cake and two pints of ice cream which were Jamoca Almond Fudge and Peanut Butter and Chocolate (my mom’s two favorites). The ice cream cakes are always a big hit with my family and friends so I enjoy bringing them to parties when I can even if they are a bit pricey.
The employees are always friendly which I love and why I keep coming back to this specific location.

I give this place a full five stars! Why? Well, I have three reasons. First, they have a new flavored ice cream called «Mom’s Makin’ Cookies» and omg it is incredible! It’s brown sugared flavored ice cream filled with chocolate chip cookie pieces, chocolate chips, and a decadent cookie dough batter ribbon!!! Oh so good! This is slap your daddy two times good! I just had two scoops and wouldn’t mind a second helping!
Second, Their «World Class Chocolate», oh wow! Chocolate mouse and white chocolate mouse folded together… need I say more? Makes a bad day totally forgotten by the second spoonful!
Third, Jamocha Almond Fudge! No explanation needed. This is food porn at its finest!

Its a great places to get ice cream and just kick it on a hot day, great service and clean place.

Get offered a free sample or you get a free scoop! Buy a double scoop and get a waffle cone free! These are some of the BR promotions that were going on in the store this past weekend. Friendly staff, clean store, steady stream of customers on a Sunday evening.
So many flavors to choose from, even frozen yogurt (less fat) in scoop form. Waffle cone was crispy and didn’t drip melted ice cream.
I had the Nutty Coconut, which was coconut ice cream with pieces mixed nuts.

Yo!!! Bubblegum Ice Cream was da bomb! Late night Ice cream snack. I live in Boston where we have 1, yes one measly Baskin Robbins. So it was nice to go to one while I was visiting.

I came here yesterday on a Tuesday to get my scoop for 1.50. Bill came out to 3.83 for two scoops and I asked if the deal was gone and the lady said starts next week. Uhh okay… it’s not the money it’s the principle. I believe it’s under new management. I’m not sure if she’s the new owner or what but the worse part was when I got home. The scoop on the bottom was literally three bites. Ridiculous a full scoop would’ve cost them pennys. Stingy place I rather drive out of my city than to go back there. Instead of taking care of customers and having them come back they rather make an extra 8 cents by cutting corners. Avoid this baskin Robbins.

They suck. Unfriendly people they wouldn’t know good customer service if it smack them in the face. The scoops at this particular BR are extra small.

Its the only place near by where I can pick up a quick Ice Cream cake however I would rather not have a cake than go to this dirty ass rat hole again. The workers there are obviously unhappy with their management and therefore take it out on the customers… ok for instance:
I called and order, the morning of my dad’s 51^st birthday, a birthday cake. The girl over the phone, with a thick ass, nasty accent, said it’d be ready by 7pm. I asked how much it’d be and said $ 24…okay, for a 9 inch cake, no big.
I get there at 8pm and she says I ordered a 6 inch. At this point I have to just take it and tell her its fine. I look at the cake and they SERIOUSLY fucking wrote my message super fucking cramped. I hand over a coupon I got online and she punches in 6inch cake, and it pops up as $ 20.95 and I think cool 3 dollars off makes it about $ 18 and then she has the balls to add 3 more dollars (for idk what reason) and is like «ok $ 21…»…I’m standing there arguring with her why and she’s like thats the price u were quoted and shows me the receipt and along with that I plainly see 9 inch cake… fuck them fuck their loser lives, they argued with me and wouldnt give me the order form and barely wanted to give me the receipt so yea I will never EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER go there again.

Cool place for sure.
Most workers seem to be the high school girls from across the street. Don’t come around the hours that school is out as all the worker’s little lover boys congregate here and droll over the ladies… and be cool… with their high school coolness in ful effect.
