This is the place I go a lot with my family & this Monday was a disappointment it was super pack we waited to be seated it took about 20 minutes or so! It was super loud & stuffy the AC was not on so it was super HOT!!! Finally the waitress came took our order and first she came back with the drinks & my sons orange juice glass has lipstick stain on the edge of the glass I was upset & discussed that the waitress would bring us juice in a dirty cup so I immediately told her about it and she took the glass an apologized than I spoke to the manager and all he said was sorry too! Like he could have given us a discount or something!!! At this point I’m pissed so she brings our food and let me tell you the eggs were under cook the hash browns were burnt and it seemed like they just threw everything on my plate my food was everywhere!!! I had also said NOBUTTER on my pancakes & they gave me butter Smh!!! Anyways I don’t think I will be coming back they need to focus on there cleaning of the restaurant & the washing of the dishes & that they cook the food right!!! I’m so disappointed

Went to this Dennys on 5−22−16. Our server was great and very attentive and polite but other then that, the eggs were expired, they smelled real bad, my sister had to return her whole plate because it smelled old and nasty. After our meal, I went to pay and the girl charged my card, I went back to get my things and she comes and says my card was declined. The manager or owner whatever he is that went to the table with the girl over charging me was rude when he was telling me my card was supposedly declined. NO it WASNT! We ended up paying twice. I even showed that the transaction went through on my account and he still had us pay again and said that if it posts that he will return my money. Why would I go eat out if I don’t have money that’s stupid! I cn Guess what, ITPOSTED! and they are giving me a hard time on refunding my F*#@&% money. I will not go to this dennys ever again!

I wanted to treat my grand kids for a bite to eat after school. The hostess was good but the waitress was horrible. The food was ok… Nothing to brag about, I won;t be returning to this one.

I can’t believe Denny’s accepts a waitress like Claudia to work at their restaurant. She is so rude and disrespectful. I will never go in Denny’s again. Claudia needs to get a job where she doesn’t have to deal with people. And shame on Denny’s.

I called to place an order last night at 1030 pm and there was no answer. I called four more times and still no answer and when I drove over to place my order the manager was standing at the register on a personal phone call, so now I had to wait to place my order and wait for them to cook it. Then while placing my order she tried to rush me so she could get back to her phone call.

I called in an order for pickup and they told me 10 minutes. I got there in 15. When I walked in there were two ladies near the kitchen just talking, not working. They asked how many, and I said I’m here to pick up. They did not say anything to me. I look behind the register where the to go orders usually are and I see a bag of takeout. 15 minutes passes, nothing. Then the lady starts ringing people up and I get in line. She handed me the same bag that had been sitting there all this time, then she grabs it after handing it to me and says no this is not your order. So now even though I have been waiting half an hour at least my food is going to be fresh right? 15 minutes later another lady comes out and tries to hand me the same bag thats been sitting there for 45 minutes. How terribly unprofessional and appalling. I walked out and ordered from a different Dennys. Longer drive but worth it. I would not come here if I can help it. Even the bill was different so you know that order was terribly wrong. What a joke

My area kinda sucks since it all cheap crappy hamburgers places or tons on lousy Mexican food or bad Chinese food in the area of paramount. I order the the super bird which is sandwich with sliced turkey, tomato, bacon and Swiss cheese. The first version was pure crap 2 slices of turkey that looked nasty, the ends of tomatoes, 2 pieces of over cooked bacon and 1⁄3 slice of cheese and cheap bread. So the manger offered to remake the sandwich. His version was not to much better and using the way too much of imitation butter on the sandwich made oily on the bread and dripping on the plate. This was almost $ 10.00 for this crap sandwich. Don’t waste your time eating here. My 3rd time and every time it’s just horribly!!!

Wife and I went into this Denny’s restaurant at 9312 Rosecrans Blvd., Bellflower, CA around 9:30AM on Monday January 25, 2016. Nikki acknowledged us with a smile as soon as we walked in the door with“Good morning nice to see you.” This is the type of warm welcome we like and I would like other Denny’s to be this cordial. Nikki seated us immediately by a front window facing Rosecrans. Brought us two coffees $ 2.19 each and water. We both ordered Sr. Omelette $ 7.89 each. The Omelets arrived in less than 10 minutes. They were fairly tasty with bacon chopped onions and peppers. They were definitely not greasy almost a little on the dry side but good. Total bill came to $ 21.97. This Dennie’s Looks clean and sanitary on the inside along with the men’s room which also was clean. The only negatives where we had to ask for cream for coffee’s and then later had to ask for a refill. John M.

The service has been excellent every time I done here. This is my favorite Denny’s Restaurant. I’ve been coming here for years and they are always polite and welcoming. The food is great for a diner. I recommend this place.

Poor service really I waited 10 min in the front register to ask for coffee and toast because never bothered to come and ask at my table if I wanted something then am waiting for my coffee and toast for 20 min and the first thing they brought out is cream

Terrible service. We come here about once a month today we were very disappointed with the service and food. Half of our party did not get their meal when we were served. Toast and hash browns were cold. My daughter did not get her avocado, my other daughter did not get her hamburger so they gave her a free soup while she waited. Our server was rude and seemed to get angry when we reminded him of what we needed. They ended up taking $ 20.00 off our bill but that was not the point. I don’t think we will return to that location.

As we arrived we got seated right away, but it took our server to approach us 7 minutes. He was friendly. I order super bird with side salad instead of the fries and my sister order nachos. I saw that it took my server a very long time to get my salad because conversation with co-workers was more important, after he finally fixed my salad he had it on his hands for a good 5 minutes continuing with his conversation. The food was really good no complains, they really need to work with satisfying the customer instead of talking.

STICKYMENUS. Seriously wipe them down!!! We’ve been here for almost an hour and my drink hasn’t been refilled. Oh and there’s lovely lint on the side of our booth. To stare at while we hope a waiter passes by. Never again.

It’s a Denny’s so it’s not in the same realm as a three star Michelin restaurant but I was expecting decent service with decent breakfast. Boy was I wrong! First the waitress had an attitude that would get one fired immediately. She could not be bothered and ignored my first request for sugar(I ordered coffee, which was burned). Second, the food… If it could be called food. I had previously been there and the food made me sick. And I know, I’m practically asking for it, but my boyfriend insisted on coming here since he’d forgotten about our previous experience. Surprise, surprise! I’m sick again. The food took forever so you’d think it would be well cooked but it wasn’t. My tip: STAYAWAY!

This was my first time here around 6:45am it was only 4 other people here, I had to wait about 3 mins. to be seated, the staff was friendly and very talkative the place very clean, the food took about 15 mins. to come out, the food was just ok and I was hungry too… its like they say anything taste good when you are hungry, and this is funny I was able to pick up free Wi-Fi from Kaiser across the street then free Wi-Fi at Denny’s, well I not in hurry to get back here.
