AWFUL SERVICE!
I ordered a pizza for dinner around just before 9pm and didn’t get my pizza until 11pm.
they first got the wrong address. So once I called them back they said they would bring me the pizza. so they did, way later. oh and once they finally did, they forgot the soda. so they had to rush back with that. this place is a joke!

I love the companies pizza but the service is terribly horrible and the manger was extremely rude #Carlos. If I have to drive to another Pizza Hut establishment that is not in my delivery range I’ll do so just not to be so irate as I try to enjoy the meal that I pay my hard earned money for…

This Pizza Hut is currently cover for the alondra and paramount location, the Manager and staff are very friendly their was a slight error with my order but the manager fix it quickly with no hesitation the food quality is excellent. I think I have new location I will be going to in the future thank you!

Love it!!! Best pizza in town and the best ive tried love the crust and how theres always a variety for you to choose how to make your pizza the way you want it

Very friendly customer service, ordered tonight at 850PM… Juan was extremely helpful, he was very courteous, and professional.
I’d recommend coming to a pizza place or anywhere with this kind of humbleness. the world would be a better place with more people like juan, thanks juan! Supreme stuff crust baby!

don’t understand why others have bad customer experience with this pizza hut, maybe we were lucky that day… we placed our order online… it said that will be ready in 20 minutes… we arrived maybe 25 minutes later to their store, our name was on their TV and said our order was ready… cashier greeted us very enthusiastically and we were out in 2 minutes… pizzas were hot…
oh, but don’t order your pizza with that weird white type of sauce… it makes your pizza really salty and you feel that is uncooked… also, don’t get the pretzel crust… unless you really like salt and want to drink lots of water to cleanse your tongue… LOL

This place is frekn horrible seevice. Im sorry but they cant keep up with the orders and they are super unorganized. No wonder there are longer lines at little cesaers pizza. Never again coming here

Staff is so lazy and unfriendly.
Food sucks and takes forever. We got there to pick up our ordered scheduled to be ready by 815, pizza was ready getting cold and wings where not ready.
30 minutes later, wings are ready, pizza and cinnamon sticks are cold.
Lazy workers in the back joking around and not even taking care of customers walking in

First and last time I order from this dump… First of all I get a call from an employee that sounds like she is bored of being there talking about how she needs to verify my info before delivery because there’s people that order and they arent there upon delivery so in other words she is accusing me of using a card that doesnt belong to me. When it says on their website that the delivery person will ask for my card and id which she never asked for only for the card she called me just to tell me the same thing. Second I ordered my pizza at 822 pm and get an email that my pizza will get here at 912pm when my pizza was delivered at 1000pm it was nice and cold. I called them several times and they told me it took 1 hr to 1 ½ hrs to be delivered but that was never mentioned on the email. When I called to complain the manager sounded just like her employee lazy and bored out her mind. Like seriously pizza hut where do u hire your employees from? By far the first and last time I ever order from here… Bunch of incompetente people working at this place. If u dont want to work then go home and dont mess with people’s order just cause you’re a bunch of lazy bitches!

Would give zero stars if I could. I’m a very patient person and understand that it can get busy at a pizza place (used to manage one) However, this pizza Hut has the absolute worst service ever. Over two hours since I ordered online, now a full 45 minutes past the quoted delivery time, called the restaurant and after five minutes on hold was told that the guy left with my food over 30 minutes ago. We live like 5 blocks from the store! Insane, and this is not the first time I’ve gone through this with this particular store. I gave you all a second chance and even a third, but tonight is three strikes and you are now out. I’m done and they really should just shut this place down if they can’t deliver a pizza in less than 2.5 hours!

Im still waiting for an order after 2 hours I ordered 45 minutes before they closed I dont know if they canceled my order because ive had zero contact with them to know

They have good service, one Night I came from work and I was hungry so I called this place and it was around 1140pm and still deliver to my house and was fast service. So about 1205am I was eating crust stuff pizza with red wine Stella Rosa delicious.

I always get their boneless wings on Wednesday with their chicken Alfredo pasta and it is delicious! Their pizza is great also I just get pepperoni but it’s always fresh and fast.

Great pizza. long wait when u do a pick up… Btw I hate ordering online with them it’s confusing… They don’t honor online prices… So I have to stand there n order it online with my iPhone. Pretty stupid

I call them for carry out pick up order at 12:15 Miguel store manger told me that the store was close for pick up but I see the store hour online stated 1:15 closed I don’t think that this store will ever get my business anymore

Slow service!!!

Not bad… Not bad.
I just ordered lunch. I ordered and 8 piece of wings. On Wednsday’s they offer the Wings half off and you can range of many differ flavor’s. I ordered the Hot Buffalo and they were pretty good. I would come back… Cashier was nice and helpfull.

This place is the worst! I called to order a pizza for my parents and they told me it would be 1.5 hours. Are you freakin kiddin! For a pizza! So I hung up. I drive by to go get a pizza from local pizza joint instead and notice that the no one is even getting a pizza. There’s just 2 people in there working… and they were just talking… Oy… never again.

Sometimes, something delectably greasy is yearned for, especially after imbibing in excess of spirits containing 40 to 50 percent ethyl alcohol such as whiskey and the like. When your head is pounding and you feel slow on the uptake after a night of hedonism and debauchery, Pizza Hut will deliver on the grease factor. While their fare may not be able to turn a cardboard box translucent, they do come closer to the mark than any other chain I’ve experienced thus far. =)
